Real questions from APEX clients in Athens: matching, booking, hotels, travel, dress code, payment, confidentiality.
On average 30-90 minutes. At peak (Thursday-Saturday after 21:00) — closer to 90, sometimes 120 in high yacht season. On a weekday afternoon — 30 minutes. If the scenario is complex (Spondi with dress code, travel out to Vouliagmeni, a specific language) — add 20-30.
Yes, it's one of our common scenarios. But the choice in that moment is narrower than a week ahead — the most-requested models are already in play. If you want a specific one, write 1-2 days ahead; that way it's certain, especially from June to September.
Hotel Grande Bretagne, King George, Four Seasons Astir Palace, Grand Hyatt Athens, Athens Marriott, NJV Athens Plaza — in a "client's guest" format no questions arise, provided the visit is done correctly. At lower-tier hotels they may ask for an ID — the model is ready, passport always with her.
Yes, 24/7. Night hours in Athens are a standard working slot, especially Friday and Saturday: bars in Kolonaki run until four, and a meeting often starts after midnight. The manager replies, models travel.
It's a standard format, especially May to September. Transfer 30-40 minutes from the centre. If the scenario is dinner on the coast plus a night at Astir Palace, that's more sensible than driving back to the centre. We agree it ahead so the road is factored into the time calculation.
Yes, the "yacht trip" format runs from two days to a week through the Cyclades (Mykonos, Santorini, Paros, Hydra, Ios) or the Saronic Gulf. All costs — cabin, meals, transfers — on the client. The model's fee on a daily rate, agreed before sailing. Planned 5-10 days ahead, the model needs a current passport.
English — for most of our Athens base, the mandatory minimum. Greek — for several models, mostly conversational level for small talk. French, Italian, Russian — selectively, with particular models. When you ask, specify — we'll match the language.
Yes, that's standard practice. If the model has the requested slot free — we book her. Many returning clients in Athens work with one or two models for years. If the slot is taken — we'll suggest a comparable alternative.
Cash (USD or EUR) — everywhere. Bank transfer — through the manager, details in chat. Crypto (USDT TRC-20 / ERC-20, BTC) — by agreement, a convenient option for visiting clients. Returning clients — post-payment, deposit arrangements.
In most cases — a 30-50% deposit a day before the meeting, the balance on meeting. Exact terms are set by the manager depending on the scenario and the amount. For returning clients a deposit usually isn't required.
Discussed immediately, not after the fact. If on meeting it's clear the model arrived in different attire or the format isn't what was agreed — write to the manager that same hour. Depending on the cause: refund of part of the fee, replacement, scenario adjustment. Our statistic — cases like this run under 2% and usually trace back to incomplete brief at the coordination stage.
Yes. We call it "client's private location". For a first meeting with a new client we more often suggest one of our proven hotels; for returning ones — your address is agreed without further discussion. Common at villas in Kifisia, Psychiko and Vouliagmeni.
Yes, we have 48 cities. If you need a companion in Mykonos, Santorini, Dubai, Istanbul or London — the manager either picks up our model from the destination city, or arranges an Athens model to travel with you (transport, accommodation, fee). The second option — from 24 hours and up.
From 24 hours to 7 days. The model accompanies you: breakfast together, daytime activities, evening — by agreement. Destinations — Aegean islands, the Peloponnese, trips to Istanbul, Dubai. All travel, accommodation and meals — on the client; the model's fee separate, agreed before departure.
Yes, a separate category with separate pricing. 2 hours — from 3,500 USD, 4 hours — from 5,000 USD, the rest by agreement. Access to this pool opens after several successful collaborations. We don't put new clients into the media category for first contact.
Each profile goes through three stages: photo verification (so the photos are recent and genuine), in-person meeting with a manager, trial format — a short meeting for level assessment. We take fewer than one in twenty. We check education, languages, manners, scenario experience.
A separate part of the base — models with experience of cultural events. They know how to carry themselves at the open-air Odeon of Herodes Atticus, they understand the tempo of the evening: performance — light dinner — bar. Dress code — full-length dress, restrained jewellery. Booked 5-10 days ahead.
We keep only what's needed for the current meeting. After the meeting — addresses, details, photos are wiped from working chats within 72 hours. Client data — name, phone, payment details — held only with the manager, access restricted. Not shared with third parties. We follow GDPR practices; deletion on request — within 24 hours.
Communication only through messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp). It's not a reluctance to talk — it's a deliberate position. All details should be in writing for accuracy, and end-to-end encryption is more reliable than ordinary phone lines. For urgent matters messengers respond faster than a phone call.
Free of charge — minimum 12 hours ahead. Later — there may be a compensation share (usually 30% if the model is already en route). Cancellation an hour before the meeting on the day — payment of half the slot. Rescheduling with the same model — no penalty if she's free.
Athens is our Greek hub since 2012 and one of 48 points on the APEX map. Of all the Mediterranean cities in the network Athens is the latest: dinner at ten in the evening, bars until four in the morning, and the meeting peak falls on Thursday, Friday and Saturday after twenty-one hundred. The coordination office sits on Vasilissis Sofias a step from Syntagma, the manager team on shift 24/7, direct contacts with the maître d's of Spondi, Hytra, Tudor Hall and the reception desks of Hotel Grande Bretagne, King George and Four Seasons Astir Palace.
For hotel meetings we work in the five-star segment of Athens — three categories by city geometry. The first is Syntagma Square: Hotel Grande Bretagne (Marriott Luxury Collection, 1874), King George (a sister-property next door, with Tudor Hall on the roof), NJV Athens Plaza. This is the centre, ten minutes on foot to the Acropolis and five to Kolonaki. The second category is the Vasilissis Sofias and Syngrou axis: Grand Hyatt Athens with the Roof View rooftop bar, Athens Marriott on the road between the centre and the coast. The third is the Athens Riviera: Four Seasons Astir Palace on its own peninsula in Vouliagmeni, thirty minutes from the centre and thirty from the airport.
The hotel choice depends on the scenario. For a guest in town for 1-2 nights — Grande Bretagne or King George, the most central and the most recognisable reception. For a long summer format with a beach — Astir Palace. For business clients commuting between Glyfada and Syntagma — Athens Marriott in the middle. For privacy with the centre kept — King George and NJV Athens Plaza.
The Athens dining scene over the last ten years has grown into one of the most dynamic in Europe. In our pool — four Michelin stars: two at Spondi in Pangrati (flagship French cooking with Greek accents from chef Arnaud Bignon, a wine list of 2,000+ positions) and one each at Hytra (modern Greek, the sixth floor of Onassis Stegi), Soil (author tasting sets in Ampelokipoi) and Varoulko Seaside (seafood on the water in Mikrolimano, chef Lefteris Lazarou). Plus two view flagships without stars but reference-grade — Tudor Hall at King George and GB Roof Garden at Hotel Grande Bretagne, both with a direct Acropolis view.
We book the tables ourselves. Spondi for Friday-Saturday in high season takes a month; Hytra and Tudor Hall — two to three weeks; Varoulko and Soil — two weeks. Without our contacts, getting in on the right evening is often impossible.
Dinner at a premium restaurant remains the most frequent request, especially May to October. Hotel meetings — second most frequent: the five-stars of Syntagma and Vouliagmeni. The Athens Riviera — a separate summer format based at Astir Palace. The yacht scenario from June to September — charter trips through the Cyclades (Mykonos, Santorini, Paros) or the Saronic (Hydra, Aegina), duration two days to a week, departing from Marina Zeas or Flisvos. The cultural format — Athens Festival Epidaurus at the Odeon of Herodes Atticus under the Acropolis in summer, year-round concerts at Megaron Athens, performances at Onassis Stegi. Weekends and trips — Sounion, the Peloponnese, the near islands, trips to Istanbul and Dubai. Client's private locations — villas in Kifisia, Psychiko, Vouliagmeni, yachts in Mikrolimano.
Our clients in Athens fall into four main groups. First: yacht tourists ahead of an Aegean cruise, most often from Russia, Germany, the UK, the UAE — two or three days in town and a charter departure. Second: Russian entrepreneurs with residences on the Athens Riviera and the Cyclades, for whom Athens is a permanent base. Third: guests of the Athens Festival and other cultural events, flying in for specific performances. Fourth: business delegations — Greek shipowners of the Onassis class, foundation representatives, guests of forums and conferences. The shared trait — a value placed on time, an understanding of etiquette, a need for service without snags.
APEX doesn't take requests under two hours, mass events without a personal client, or sharing of model photos with third parties. These boundaries let us hold the standard of service we've built over thirteen-plus years in the industry, working in 48 cities.
The Athens rate card is standard premium: 2 hours from 1,200 USD, 4 hours from 1,500 USD, a night from 2,500 USD, a day (12 hours) from 4,000 USD, two days from 6,000 USD. The media segment — a separate pool with separate pricing: 2 hours from 3,500 USD, 4 hours from 5,000 USD, the rest by agreement. Payment — cash (USD or EUR), bank transfer, crypto (USDT TRC-20 / ERC-20, BTC) by agreement. Returning clients — flexible terms: post-payment, monthly retainer, individual arrangements. Yacht-scenario and island-trip pricing is separate: the model's fee on a daily rate, all costs (cabin, meals, transfers) on the client, agreed before sailing.
Communication only through end-to-end encrypted messengers — Telegram and WhatsApp. Client data (name, phone, payment details) is held in protected form by the manager, with restricted access. After the meeting, addresses, details and photos are wiped from working chats within 72 hours. Sharing information with third parties is architecturally impossible. We follow GDPR practices as a requirement of Greek and European law; deletion on request — within 24 hours. This is one of the reasons returning clients stay with us for years across each of the 48 cities in the network.
Returning client for two years. They work in different cities to the same standard — that is especially noticeable now as I move between countries often.
Confidentiality at the level of a Swiss bank. All communications on Telegram, nothing by email, nothing by SMS. After the meeting everything is wiped — I checked.
Dinner with partners — the format went well, the companion looked the part. One downside: the profile did not flag that the model smokes, I found out on site. Not critical, but I will ask next time.
Booked a companion for a four-day business trip. Visa, tickets, accommodation — all through my assistant, the model's fee on a separate track. Logistically clean.
In three years working with APEX there has not been a single meeting that made me want to switch agencies. That says a lot.
