Your evening at GITEX
The day on the floor is done. The pitches are delivered, the cards handed out, the lead list forty lines deep in your phone — and ahead of you is the stretch of evening that at a tech forum sometimes decides more than the hall itself. Dinner at Zuma, a late conversation on a terrace over the Marina, a fund reception in DIFC. One question: spend that evening between the laptop and room service — or have beside you someone who holds the table, speaks the guests' language and doesn't ask the wrong questions. We're the second option. Twelve years of it.
Dinner
Zuma in DIFC. La Petite Maison. Nobu at Atlantis. After a day on the show floor — a table where everyone speaks English and the waiters don't hover.
Reception
Closed-door formats for investment funds and delegations during the forum days. Dress code agreed in advance. In the room she belongs.
Continuation
If the evening runs past midnight — the schedule is settled beforehand. After that it's the guest's call.
NDA for public guests
Models sign a non-disclosure agreement. Photos from meetings are never published — not once.
Holds the room
Fluent English plus part of the roster in Arabic. At a delegation reception she reads as one of their own.
Chat lives 72 hours
Then it's deleted. That's been the standard since 2018 — not an option on request.
Video verification
Who's in the photo is who arrives. No match — the model doesn't go.
About the forum
GITEX has run in Dubai since 1981 — the oldest and largest IT exhibition in the region. On paper it's five days of stands, pitches and panels. In practice it's the point where more deals and introductions are made in a week than some funds manage in a quarter. At the 2025 edition over 200,000 guests arrived from 180+ countries, 6,800 companies exhibited, and among the attendees were 1,200 investors with 1.1 trillion dollars in assets under management.
In 2026 the forum changes address for the first time. For thirty-odd years GITEX lived at Dubai World Trade Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road — this year the main exhibition moves to Dubai Exhibition Centre on the grounds of Expo City Dubai, in the south of the emirate. The summit for senior executives on December 7 stays at DWTC; the exhibition on December 8–11 takes place at Expo City. For planning evenings this matters: the new venue is farther from the Marina and Downtown, and we work out transfers against the new addresses.
The GITEX crowd is not your average Dubai guest. These are people with eight meetings a day who fly in on Sunday, check into the Palm or Downtown, ride out to the forum and back, and spend their evenings in closed fund formats and at dinners in DIFC. They don't need a tour of the Burj Khalifa. They need the evening to run to their own script with no logistics questions — and the companion at a delegation reception to never fall out of context.
We've worked with this crowd since 2015. We know which restaurants won't hold a table during major forums without a booking two weeks out, which models have native-level English, and which speak Arabic for delegations from Riyadh and Abu Dhabi. The tech crowd is its own type of client: calmer in pace, higher in what they expect from conversation. We keep a separate roster for them.

How we operate during the forum
In ordinary times we take bookings a day ahead. During GITEX — no. The schedule is tight, the models are booked out, and the city's hotels run at a hundred percent. So:
— The ideal lead time is two weeks before December 7. In that window we settle everything: type, languages, days, venues, dress code for specific evenings.
— The minimum lead time is three days. We'll take it, but the choice is limited to whoever's free.
— Same-day — only if there's an open slot. On December 7–11 that's rare. Usually the answer is "today won't work, there's an option for tomorrow."
The languages we keep for GITEX:
- English — native or close to native; it's the forum's baseline
- Arabic — a dedicated roster for delegations from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar
- Russian — for guests from the CIS, more of whom come to GITEX every year
- Chinese, French, Italian — on request
What we do without being asked:
- Agree the dress code for the specific evening. We know the difference between "dinner at La Petite Maison" and "a fund reception in DIFC."
- Calculate logistics around the new Expo City venue — it's farther from the center than the familiar DWTC.
- Don't use the guest's work chat during the evening. All questions go through our manager, not the model.
- Keep the local context in mind. Dubai is a city with its own rules in public; in public places we conduct ourselves accordingly, without drawing attention.
Where guests stay
GITEX guests stay all across the city — some closer to the new venue in Dubai South, others on the Palm and Downtown as usual. We work with all of them, but there are addresses where we have established relationships with the concierges:
Atlantis The Royal
Crescent Road, Palm Jumeirah. Opened in 2023 and immediately became a draw for guests with a large budget — Nobu, Gaia, terraces over the bay. About 35 minutes to Expo City with clear roads. Chosen by those who want the evening on the resort itself.
One&Only The Palm
West Crescent, Palm Jumeirah. Quieter and more private than Atlantis — low-rise, a private beach, the STAY restaurant. For guests who are at the forum all day and want calm, not a crowd, in the evening. 30–35 minutes to Expo City.
Burj Al Arab
Jumeirah Road, Umm Suqeim 3
The famous sail-shaped tower. More often the choice for delegations under diplomatic protocol and guests from the Gulf. About 30 minutes to Expo City along Sheikh Zayed Road.
Armani Hotel Dubai
inside the Burj Khalifa, Downtown. For those who want the center rather than a villa: the Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera and the DIFC restaurants fifteen minutes away. 30–35 minutes to Expo City by the highway. Convenient when the evenings are downtown and the forum is a daytime affair.
Bulgari Resort Dubai
Jumeirah Bay Island. A seashell-shaped island of its own, a marina full of yachts, the Italian restaurant Niko Romito. The most intimate on the list — few guests, high privacy. About 35 minutes to Expo City.

Forum day logistics
Logistics during the GITEX days in 2026 are a story in themselves: the venue has moved, and the familiar routes have changed with it. Here's what we know.
Morning — the trip to the forum.
Dubai Exhibition Centre sits in Expo City, in the south of the emirate. From the Palm and Downtown it's 30–35 minutes with clear roads; during the delegation arrival hours, an hour and more. There's a metro (Expo 2020 station on the Red Line), but high-profile guests almost always travel by car. Departure is usually 8:30–9:00 to make the floor opening.
Day — on the floor.
Catering at Expo City is organized, with lounges and meeting rooms on hand. If the guest has no plan to spend eight straight hours there, they often return to the hotel after the key meetings, rest, and change for the evening. It's a fair distance between the forum and the center, so the daytime round trip is rare.
Evening.
The most interesting part of the GITEX days isn't at the exhibition itself. Closed fund and corporate receptions, dinners in DIFC and on the Palm. Zuma, La Petite Maison, Coya, Nobu at Atlantis, Gaia. Late formats on the Marina rooftops and at the beach clubs — we won't put those in writing here, but the manager will share the current list if you ask.
Back to the hotel — after midnight.
That's normal. We agree the schedule in advance: either the model accompanies you to the hotel, or you say goodbye at the restaurant. It's the guest's call.

GITEX is one of our long-standing recurring cases in Dubai. A short chronicle:
GITEX 2023 (October 16–20) — the 43rd edition at Dubai World Trade Centre. The year AI became the forum's headline theme in earnest, not a line in the program. In those days our models with fluent English were booked well ahead: tech guests plan their trip a month out, and the forum bookings landed back in September.
GITEX 2024 (October 14–18) — the theme "Imagine AI in Everything," 41 halls, more than 180,000 guests. The most "investor" year: the requests came not from startup founders but from funds — a different type of client, calmer, leaning toward dinner and conversation rather than a program that runs till morning.
GITEX 2025 (October 13–17) — the 45th edition, record international attendance: 200,000+ guests, 6,800 companies, 1,200 investors. The last forum within DWTC's walls before the move. For the first time during GITEX our models with fluent English were gone by Wednesday. Plan ahead — we mean it.
GITEX 2026 (December 7–11) — the first forum at the new Expo City Dubai venue. The dates shifted from October to December, the venue moved south of the city. We've already recalculated logistics against the new addresses and are waiting for the first wave of requests for the forum dates.

Frequently asked questions
How far ahead of GITEX 2026 should I book?
Ideally two weeks. Minimum three days. Same-day usually won't work — December 7–11 are booked out in advance.
Where does GITEX take place in 2026 — wasn't it at DWTC?
In 2026 the forum is moving. The summit on December 7 is at Dubai World Trade Centre; the main exhibition on December 8–11 is at Dubai Exhibition Centre on the grounds of Expo City Dubai, in the south of the emirate. We work out the evening logistics against the new addresses.
Do you take requests from abroad?
Yes, the main channels are Telegram (@Apex_concierge) and WhatsApp. The guest's time zone doesn't matter — the manager replies within 5 minutes at any hour.
Do you have models with fluent English?
Yes, and for Dubai it's the baseline. Some are native level (study or life in the US/UK), others speak confident working English for a social dinner. We'll match precisely to the evening's format.
Arabic, Chinese, other languages?
Arabic — a dedicated roster for delegations from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar. Chinese — yes. French, Italian — on request.
How discreet is this? I'm a public figure in the industry.
The standard: we don't keep correspondence longer than 72 hours, photos from meetings are never published, and models sign an NDA for working with public guests. Extra requirements (no phone during the evening, incognito, a separate hotel entrance) are arranged case by case.
Dubai is a city with strict rules. Isn't that a problem?
We understand that and work carefully. In public places — the restaurant, the hotel lobby, a reception — the companion behaves as your guest, without drawing attention. Everything beyond that stays private. After years working in the city, our rules on this are clear.
Can I pay in dollars or dirhams?
Yes. We accept AED and USD in cash or by transfer; for guests from the CIS, rubles by arrangement. Cards aren't the most convenient option during the forum days — best to check with the manager ahead of time.
What are the rates during GITEX?
A seasonal rate applies during the forum days — 30–50% above standard. That's the December peak load, not the type of guest. The manager will send exact figures for your format: dinner, reception or evening program.
What if I want a companion for dinner only, with no continuation?
That's a valid and frequent request at GITEX. A business dinner at Zuma or La Petite Maison, conversation, parting at the restaurant — a separate format, 3–6 hours.
What if my request is cancelled?
Cancellation 48 hours out or more — no charge. 24–48 hours — 50%. Under 24 hours — 100%. During GITEX there's no refund without a genuine reason — the dates are peak and the slot is reserved for you in advance.
Can I book one model for several evenings in a row?
Yes, and it's the format we prefer — the guest and the model already know each other, and the evenings run more smoothly. A package of 3 days or more — 10–15% off.
Any guarantee the photo on the site is the model who'll arrive?
Mandatory video verification before the meeting. If the photos don't match — the model doesn't go. That's been the standard since 2018.
Is the new Expo City venue far?
From the Palm and Downtown it's 30–35 minutes with clear roads, longer during arrival hours. It's farther than the familiar DWTC, so we plan the evening formats closer to the guest's hotel rather than at the exhibition itself.
Do you work with investors and funds, not just startup founders?
Yes, and there are more of those guests at GITEX every year. For the investment crowd there's a separate type: a calm evening, dinner, conversation, no program till morning. The manager factors that into the selection.
I've arrived at GITEX with no booking — can anything be arranged now?
Message the manager and we'll see what's open in the next 2–3 hours. During the forum days it's rare, but sometimes it works out.
How do I book an escort for GITEX 2026?
Message the manager on Telegram or WhatsApp two weeks before December 7 — we'll send 2–3 profiles for your evenings: dinner, reception, program. Selection, languages and dress code are agreed in advance.
Can I have a companion at the forum for just one evening?
Yes, it's the most frequent format at GITEX — a companion for a single evening: dinner, reception or evening program, 3–6 hours.
Do you work with foreign delegations at GITEX?
Yes. A separate roster with fluent English and Arabic for delegations from the Gulf and Asia. Languages and protocol are agreed for the specific reception.
