Your evening at ADIPEC

A day at ADNEC ends the same way every time: the last panel in the conference wing, a five-minute conversation at a stand that the whole trip was built around, a stack of cards you'll sort through on the plane home. Then comes the evening, and during ADIPEC it is rarely empty. Dinner on the terrace at Emirates Palace, a delegation reception on Yas Island, a late table at Zuma. One question: spend it in the room with your inbox — or have someone beside you who carries the conversation, knows where the social part ends and protocol begins, and doesn't ask the wrong questions. We're the second option. In Abu Dhabi since 2012.

Dinner
Hakkasan and Talea at Emirates Palace. Zuma on Al Maryah. Li Beirut in Etihad Towers. We take the table ourselves — ten to fourteen days out.
Reception
Corporate evenings hosted by the majors and delegation receptions — Yas Island and the Corniche hotels. Dress code agreed beforehand. In the room she belongs.
Continuation
If the evening runs past midnight — the schedule is settled before the meeting. After that it's the guest's call.
NDA for protocol guests
Models sign a non-disclosure agreement. Photos from meetings are never published — not once.
Holds the room
Fluent English and part of the roster in Arabic. At a delegation reception she reads as one of their own.
Chat lives 72 hours
Then it's deleted. That's been the standard since 2018 — not an option on request.
Video verification
Who's in the photo is who arrives. No match — the model doesn't go.

About the forum

ADIPEC began in May 1984 in the meeting rooms of the InterContinental in Abu Dhabi — a few hundred petroleum engineers and a stack of Society of Petroleum Engineers papers. For most of its history the exhibition ran every second year; it moved to an annual cycle in 2013. Today it is the largest gathering of the energy industry anywhere in the world. The full name is the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference, the host is ADNOC, the organizer is dmg events, and the forum runs under the patronage of the President of the UAE.

The scale of the last edition: 239,709 attendees from 172 countries, more than 2,250 exhibiting companies, around 16,000 conference delegates and over 1,800 speakers. On the second day ADNEC received more than 70,000 visitors in twenty-four hours — a record not only for ADIPEC but for the venue itself. The week brought the emirate roughly 400 million dollars in additional revenue, most of it to hotels and transport.

The venue hasn't changed in years: ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi on Khaleej Al Arabi Street, in the Capital Centre cluster. Fifteen minutes from AUH airport, about the same from the Corniche. The dates are traditionally November and fit into four days from Monday to Thursday: 2025 ran November 3–6, 2026 November 2–5. The organizer has not yet announced the exact numbers for 2027; as soon as dmg events confirms the calendar we'll update both the dates and the booking window here.

The ADIPEC crowd is not the Dubai tech public and not the Grand Prix crowd. These are oil and gas executives, energy traders, EPC contractors, investment funds and state delegations from the Gulf, Russia and Asia. The level of protocol runs higher than usual: receptions are closed, guest lists are agreed in advance, and some evenings take place with ministerial delegations in the room. The bar for discretion is higher too — this is the case where "we don't publish photos" is a working condition rather than a line on a website. We have worked in Abu Dhabi since 2012, and ADIPEC week runs on its own footing.

How we operate during the forum

In ordinary times we close a request in Abu Dhabi within 60 to 120 minutes. During ADIPEC — no. In the first week of November the emirate's hotels go to zero availability, the key restaurants are held two weeks out, and the models are spoken for well ahead. So:

The ideal lead time is three to four weeks before the forum opens. In that window we settle everything: type, languages, days, venues, dress code for specific evenings, transfers.

The minimum lead time is five days. We'll take it, but the choice is limited to whoever is still free.

Same-day — only if a slot has opened up. During the ADIPEC days that's rare.

The languages we keep for ADIPEC:
- English — the working language of the forum; for this roster it's a requirement, not a bonus
- Arabic — a dedicated selection for delegations from the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar
- Russian — for guests from Russia and Kazakhstan, of whom there are noticeably many at ADIPEC
- Chinese, French, Italian — on request, with the level agreed beforehand

What we do without being asked:
- Agree the dress code for the specific evening. A dinner at Talea, a major's reception on Yas and a working table at Butcher & Still are genuinely different briefs — she arrives with the look already decided.
- Work out the logistics from the guest's hotel rather than from the exhibition. If he's sleeping in Dubai, the ninety-minute return leg goes into the plan from the start.
- Keep out of the chat anything that ties the guest to a company, a delegation or a deal: no employer, no stand number, no names from the negotiating table.
- Remember where we are. Abu Dhabi is stricter than Dubai in public: shoulders and knees covered at the door, and in a lobby or at a reception the companion behaves as your guest.

Where guests stay

ADIPEC week spreads guests across the whole emirate: some take the Corniche because of the receptions, some the financial Al Maryah, some go out to Saadiyat to sleep. We work with every address, but there are hotels where the arrival procedure is already worked out:

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental — ADIPEC, Abu Dhabi, где останавливаются гости форума

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental

West Corniche Road, Al Ras Al Akhdar. The capital's main protocol address: under Mandarin Oriental management since 2020, staff used to state delegations, private entrances. Hakkasan and Talea by Antonio Guida are both on site, both with a Michelin star. About fifteen minutes to ADNEC.

Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island — ADIPEC, Abu Dhabi, где останавливаются гости форума

Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island

Al Maryah Island. The ADGM financial cluster outside the window, a direct link into The Galleria, Butcher & Still and Café Milano downstairs. The choice of a guest flying in for two or three nights and combining the exhibition with meetings.

Rosewood Abu Dhabi — ADIPEC, Abu Dhabi, где останавливаются гости форума

Rosewood Abu Dhabi

Al Maryah Island. The neighbouring address with a quieter front desk. It works when the day is meetings at ADGM, the evening is dinner nearby, and less visibility is the point.

Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers — ADIPEC, Abu Dhabi, где останавливаются гости форума

Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers

Corniche Road West. In the Etihad Towers, a couple of minutes from Emirates Palace. Observation deck on the 74th floor, Li Beirut and Scott's downstairs. Our pick when the guest would rather not run into his entire industry on the Corniche.

The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort — ADIPEC, Abu Dhabi, где останавливаются гости форума

The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort

Saadiyat Beach Drive. A resort on the beach: butler service in the rooms, private cabanas, the Louvre Abu Dhabi five minutes away. The furthest address on the list — 25 to 30 minutes to ADNEC — and the quietest.

Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi — ADIPEC, Abu Dhabi, где останавливаются гости форума

Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi

Capital Centre, Khaleej Al Arabi Street. In the leaning Capital Gate tower, right up against ADNEC: you can walk to the hall entrance. 18 Lounge sits at the top. The logical choice when you resent every minute spent on the road.

Who you can spend the night with at these hotels

A hotel suite is only half of the evening. Below — companions available during the forum in Abu Dhabi. Choose a face; the manager confirms whether she is free for your dates.

Forum day logistics

ADIPEC week is not just an exhibition; it's a city that rearranges itself around one. Here's what we know.

Morning — the drive to the exhibition.
ADNEC Centre stands on Khaleej Al Arabi Street in the Capital Centre cluster. From the Corniche and Al Bateen it's about fifteen minutes, from Al Maryah 15–20, from Saadiyat and Yas Island 25–30. Departure is usually 8:30–9:00. On ministerial session days there are motorcades and temporary closures around Capital Centre — allow an extra twenty minutes on day one.
Day — in the halls.
The conference side runs on badges and delegate lists; the exhibition side is more open. A guest with meetings from morning to evening often doesn't leave ADNEC before six. The trip back to the hotel to change is a fixed part of the schedule, not an optional one.
Evening.
The interesting part of ADIPEC doesn't happen in the halls: corporate dinners hosted by the majors and their contractors, national pavilion receptions, closed evenings for funds. On the Corniche — Emirates Palace with Hakkasan and Talea, Etihad Towers with Li Beirut. On Al Maryah — Zuma, Butcher & Still, Café Milano. On Yas Island — Etihad Arena, the marina and the island hotels. Tables are taken ten to fourteen days ahead, and we do that ourselves.
The Dubai leg.
Part of the crowd flies into DXB, stays in Dubai and comes down to Abu Dhabi for the day. The E11 run is about ninety minutes each way, longer in the evening. If dinner is in Abu Dhabi and the bed is in Dubai, we build the evening so the return leg starts before the highway seizes up. The other option: the day at the exhibition, the evening back in Dubai.
Back after midnight.
Normal for this week. We agree the schedule in advance: either the model accompanies you to the hotel, or you say goodbye at the restaurant. It's the guest's call.

ADIPEC is one of our standing November cases. A short chronicle of recent editions.

ADIPEC 2023 (October 2–5) — the last October edition before the move to November. The theme was "Decarbonising. Faster. Together", with more than 184,000 attendees from 160 countries and 8.8 billion dollars in deals. Requests that year came in evenly and without spikes — the date sat well clear of the Grand Prix.

ADIPEC 2024 (November 4–7) — the fortieth anniversary edition. 205,139 attendees from 172 countries, more than 2,200 exhibitors, 30 national pavilions and over 10 billion dollars in agreements; the organizer noted that 95 percent of guests were decision-makers. This was the year we first had to open bookings a month out.

ADIPEC 2025 (November 3–6) — the 41st edition and a record on every line: 239,709 attendees, up 17 percent year on year, and 46 billion dollars in agreements. For our Abu Dhabi team it was the densest week of November — the Thursday evenings closed out first.

ADIPEC 2026 (November 2–5) — the same venue, with the organizer's emphasis on energy security.

Frequently asked questions

How far ahead of ADIPEC 2027 should I book?
Ideally three to four weeks, minimum five days. Same-day usually won't work: the forum days are spoken for in advance, and the emirate's hotels run at a hundred percent that week.
Are the exact ADIPEC 2027 dates known?
Not yet — the organizer hasn't announced them. The forum traditionally takes four days from Monday to Thursday in early November: 2025 was November 3–6, 2026 November 2–5. As soon as dmg events confirms the calendar we'll update this page. The venue is unchanged — ADNEC Centre on Khaleej Al Arabi Street.
Do you take requests from abroad?
Yes, the main channels are Telegram (@Apex_concierge) and WhatsApp. Time zones don't matter — a manager is on shift around the clock.
Do you have models with fluent English?
For the ADIPEC roster it's a requirement. English is the working language of the forum, and at a reception it's needed for a conversation about markets and the industry, not for ordering a taxi. We pin the level down during selection: small talk, business, near-native.
Do I need Arabic? My delegation is from Riyadh.
There's a separate selection with Arabic for Gulf delegations. Tell the manager who's at the table and where the guests are from, and we'll match precisely.
How discreet is this? I'm a public figure in the industry.
We don't keep correspondence longer than 72 hours, photos from meetings are never published, and models sign an NDA for working with protocol guests. The company name, the stand number and the negotiating lineup never appear in the chat. A separate hotel entrance, no phone for the evening, incognito — arranged case by case.
Abu Dhabi is stricter than Dubai. Is that a problem?
It's context we plan around. In a lobby, a restaurant or at a reception the companion behaves as your guest: a restrained look, shoulders and knees covered at the door, alcohol only in licensed venues.
What does a companion cost during ADIPEC?
The base Abu Dhabi grid is 1,500 dollars for 2 hours and 2,000 for 4 hours. A night, a full day and longer formats are arranged individually. A seasonal supplement applies during the peak week; the manager gives you the final figure before the booking, not after the meeting.
Which currency, and is a deposit required?
Cash in USD or AED, bank transfer, crypto by arrangement; rubles are discussed separately. On the ADIPEC dates a deposit is always taken — usually 30–50% the day before the meeting, because the slot is held weeks in advance.
What if my request is cancelled?
Cancellation 48 hours out or more — no charge. 24–48 hours — 50%. Under 24 hours — 100%. During the forum there's no refund without a genuine reason: the slot is taken off the board well ahead.
I need a companion for a business dinner only, with no continuation.
A frequent format at ADIPEC. Dinner at Hakkasan, Talea, Zuma or Butcher & Still, conversation, parting at the restaurant — 3 to 6 hours, a separate scenario.
Can I book one model for several evenings in a row?
Yes, and it's the format we prefer: the guest and the model already know each other and the evenings run more smoothly. A package of three days or more — 10–15% off.
I'm based in Dubai and only come to Abu Dhabi for the day.
The standard pattern for this week. The E11 run is about ninety minutes each way. Either dinner in Abu Dhabi with an early return leg, or the day at the exhibition and the evening back in Dubai — we have a parallel team there and it stays one request.
I need a companion at a corporate reception with a delegation.
One of the main formats at ADIPEC. Dress code, languages, how you met and how she carries herself in the room are all agreed before the evening. For receptions with ministerial delegations we use a separate roster with protocol experience.
Any guarantee the photo on the site is the model who'll arrive?
Mandatory video verification before the meeting. No match — the model doesn't go. That's been the standard since 2018.
How far is ADNEC from the hotels?
From the Corniche about fifteen minutes, from Al Maryah 15–20, from Saadiyat and Yas Island 25–30. Andaz Capital Gate is closest of all — you can walk to the hall entrance.
I'm already in Abu Dhabi for the forum with no booking. Any chance?
Message the manager and we'll see what's free in the next few hours. During ADIPEC it's rare, but it does sometimes work out.
How do I book a companion for ADIPEC 2027?
Message the manager on Telegram or WhatsApp three to four weeks before the forum — we'll send 2–3 profiles for your evenings: dinner, reception, business programme. Languages, dress code and logistics are agreed in advance.

Don't spend the forum evening alone

Tell the manager which evenings you are closing — dinner, reception, a late conversation. We match a companion to the format: the delegation's language, the dress code, the venue. Reply within 5 minutes, any time zone.

Describe the evening — we'll send 2–3 profiles for it.
