Scenarios run longer more often — "weekend" and "week" on villas with private grounds. On yacht charters during these months we agree a daytime format rather than overnight — weather is unstable.

Each profile goes through three stages: photo verification, an in-person meeting with a manager at the Wong Amat coordination office, a trial format (a short meeting in resort format, level assessment). We take fewer than one in twenty. We check education, languages, manners, experience in resort and yacht formats, the specifics of corporate guests.

We keep only what's needed for the current meeting. After the meeting — addresses, yacht coordinates, villa numbers, photos — wiped from working chats within 72 hours. Client data — name, contact, payment details — held only with the manager, access restricted. Not shared with third parties. Deletion on request — within 24 hours.
