The pace of the city

Pattaya runs on two calendars at once. From November to February — dry season, Pratumnak and Wong Amat beaches operate as full resort locations, villas and resorts run at 80% capacity, and requests come in four days ahead. From June to October — monsoon, the rhythm is calmer, bookings come in for tonight or tomorrow more often, and the model selection is wider.

Our peak load — Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 20:00 to 01:00. In those slots half the requests are "tonight at nine", and the manager closes options in chat within ninety minutes. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays selection runs 30 to 40 minutes.

Unlike Moscow, where clients live in the city, in Pattaya 90% of meetings are with visitors. Business guests from Bangkok on the weekend, expats from Singapore and Hong Kong, long stops by yachtsmen at Ocean Marina, golf groups from Korea and Japan. That changes the logistics: transfers from Suvarnabhumi (140 km, 2 hours), meetings in resort lobbies, coordination across time zones.

Season and events

Dry season November to February is the main one. In November, Loy Krathong on the Jomtien and Wong Amat beaches — clients often plan an evening around the ceremony plus dinner on a resort rooftop. Pattaya International Music Festival in March on Beach Road — a mass-format event; on those days our segment moves to Pratumnak and the villas.

Songkran in April is a particular period: Thai New Year, the city centre running with water fights, and for our format we move meetings to closed-grounds resorts on Pratumnak and Najomtien, where the streets are sealed off from the water battles. Top of the Gulf Regatta at Ocean Marina (April-May) — a reason to run the yacht scenario: a day charter, dinner on the water, a night at Renaissance Pattaya.

Pattaya Marathon in July and the summer monsoon — low season by volume, but these are the months when our longest formats happen: "weekend" and "week" on the Pratumnak Hill villas with a private chef.

Where we work

Pratumnak is our principal location. Royal Cliff Beach Hotel on the cliff, InterContinental Pattaya Resort, Le Meridien with a private beach, The Cliff Boutique Resort with private villas. This is the southern part of the city, separated from the main strip by a natural hill — quiet, private, and still seven minutes to the business centre.

Wong Amat is the northern address: Centara Grand Mirage with the lagoon, The Sanctuary Wong Amat by U Hotels, Cape Dara on the headland, Pullman Pattaya Hotel G. Less of a crowd here, cleaner beach, and logistics to the airport are 20 minutes shorter.

Jomtien and Najomtien — a longer stretch of coastline: Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa, Veranda Resort, Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach. This is for clients who want a real resort rhythm without urban density. Ocean Marina at Najomtien is our home pier for yacht scenarios — day charters, overnight, two-day formats.

Beach Road in Central — the business format: Hilton Pattaya, Avani Pattaya Resort. Golf resorts of the Eastern Seaboard (Pattaya Country Club, Siam Country Club, Laem Chabang International) — a separate scenario for guests who come on a tour and take accompaniment for dinner and the evening.

Etiquette and dress code

Pattaya is a resort city, but the high-end segment here works tighter than it looks from the outside. In the resort lobbies of Royal Cliff, InterContinental Pattaya Resort, Le Meridien the model arrives in smart casual: a light dress, sandals or low-heeled shoes. No club looks, no beachwear in the lobby — that's what sets us apart from what clients may have seen on the main strip.

In the resort restaurants — Edge at Hilton Pattaya, Mantra at Avani, Cape Dara — the format is resort-evening: cocktail dress, tasteful jewellery. On the yachts at Ocean Marina — neat smart casual with a change-of-clothes option: light dress for dinner, swimsuit plus pareo for the daytime format.

At the golf resorts of the Eastern Seaboard after a round — business-dinner format: the model arrives in a full-length dress or a strict cocktail, understands the specifics of Korean and Japanese corporate clients, holds steady English. Models like this are booked three to five days ahead.

Things we say plainly

Pattaya is a city that, in mass perception, splits into the main tourist strip and everything else. Our segment is everything else — Pratumnak resorts, villas on the hill, yacht charters, golf tours, private resorts on Jomtien. We don't work the main tourist strip, we don't do mass "bar walk" formats, we don't take meetings shorter than two hours.

Pricing in USD — the Asian tier of APEX. Standard segment: $1,000 for 2 hours, $1,500 for 4 hours, $2,200 for a night, $3,500 for a day, $5,500 for two days. Media-tier (opens to returning clients): $3,000 for 2 hours, $4,500 for 4 hours. Costs of a yacht charter, a golf tour, a villa with a chef — separate, billed against actual invoices.

Sharing a model's photos with third parties is forbidden. No haggling after the meeting. Any format adjustments — at the moment of the meeting, not "we'll sort it later". Since 2012 — fourteen years in the industry, 48 cities in the network, and in Pattaya we hold exactly these simple rules.
