Scenarios and venues in Abu Dhabi
Meeting formats and venues we work with: five-star hotels in the centre, signature restaurants, theatres, private spaces.
Dinner in Abu Dhabi
Dinner is the most frequent scenario in Abu Dhabi. A 3-4 hour format: meeting at the restaurant or at the hotel lobby, dinner, a light walk along the Corniche or Saadiyat depending on the location. We book the table ourselves in advance — we hold direct contacts with the maître d's of the keystone restaurants in Emirates Palace, Galleria Mall and on Saadiyat.

Bvlgari Resort, Jazeerat Al Lulu
Modern Italian
Niko Romito's authored restaurant (3 Michelin stars at Reale, Italy) inside Bvlgari Resort. An intimate format, limited table count, tasting menu. For clients who treat the kitchen as the main event of the evening, not the backdrop.
Tip:
for Thursday-Saturday in high season — book 7 to 14 days ahead; for F1 weekend (December) — a month ahead; Hakkasan and Niko Romito — 14 to 20 days even outside the season
Hotel Meeting
For hotel meetings we use the emirate's five-star segment — Emirates Palace, Four Seasons Al Maryah, St. Regis Saadiyat, Park Hyatt Saadiyat, Rosewood, Jumeirah at Etihad Towers, Conrad, Ritz-Carlton Grand Canal. In each we know the reception specifics, the private entrances, the butler-service options. The model arrives in the lobby, you meet, then — room or hotel restaurant by your choice.
