Antalya runs at two speeds. April through October it's one of the busiest beach-and-resort regions of the Mediterranean — golf trips to Belek, yacht season in Kalkan and Kaş, corporate retreats at Rixos and Maxx Royal, private villas along the coast from Side to Kemer. November through March the tempo halves: what's left is clients on golf wintering in Belek (the courses run year-round) and a small flow into the city hotels of Konyaaltı.
In the peak months 70% of our requests are Belek. The rest splits between Lara (city polish, airport at hand), Kemer (the headland format, Mövenpick Tekirova) and the western coast — Kalkan, Kaş, Çıralı for those who want quiet. Friday, Saturday and Sunday are peak: 80% of yacht charters and 60% of golf-resort bookings fall on those three days.
The manager replies in the first three minutes around the clock. Model selection in Antalya takes a touch longer than in Moscow: 60-120 minutes on a normal day, up to three hours on a July Saturday. The reason is simple — part of the model roster flies in to clients, so the math factors in the Istanbul–Antalya hop (1 hour 15 minutes) or the direct flight from Moscow (3 hours 15 minutes).
The main zones are Belek (the golf belt running 35 kilometres east of the airport), Lara (beaches and city five-stars 15 minutes from the centre), Kemer (a headland of resorts on a rocky shore, 40 kilometres west) and Konyaaltı (the city beach and waterfront of Antalya itself). Beyond that — Side with the antique theatre and a beach format, Alanya for longer trips, the western coast Kalkan and Kaş — those are already two to three hours from Antalya airport, agreed as a "trip".
For yachts we work out of three marinas: Antalya Marina in the city itself (the launch point for short cruises along Konyaaltı and to Kemer), Setur Kaş Marina (three-day charters depart from here to Kekova and back), Kalkan Marina (private launches and sailing yachts on the Greek-side route). Yacht chartering is seasonal — late April through mid-October; in winter we can arrange locally, but without a guarantee of full service.
The Kalkan villas are a separate world. Six- to twenty-bedroom plots with private pools, infinity views over the island of Meis, their own staff. A trip there is always a "journey", from two days. Same for the private villas in Çıralı and Adrasan, the boutique zone in the Lycian mountains.
The Belek golf resorts — Maxx Royal, Regnum Carya, Rixos Premium Belek, Calista — receive guests on a clear procedure: the model arrives at the lobby, is registered as a guest companion, passes through without questions. On resort grounds in the daytime — a light dress; for dinner at the club restaurant — cocktail, no beach sandals or swimwear without a cover-up. That's written into the rules at most Turkish five-stars, and it's part of the overall tone.
The golf scenario has its own code. The model doesn't go onto the course — that's an industry rule and ours internally. Onto the clubhouse terrace after a round, to a tournament dinner, to a European Tour gala — yes, and for that we keep a separate pool of models with experience of these events. Pro Shop, long dresses for dinner, English without strain — that's already the norm.
On a yacht — a different format. Swimsuit plus cover-up by day, a light dress for an evening mooring at Kekova or Kaş, comfortable shoes for the tender-to-shore step. Wind, salt water, noise — the model is ready for it; this isn't a "glamour beach". For a Kalkan villa the dress code is at-home and relaxed; dinner with the villa chef — light dress or smart casual.
Antalya is premium tourism, but it isn't Dubai or Monaco on the bill, and our honesty here matters. Minimum meeting — 2 hours from $1,000 in cash or USDT, dollar prices fixed, no seasonal coefficients on the standard pool. Media-tier models — separate pricing from $3,000 for two hours, and access to that pool opens after several successful meetings. No haggling after the fact — terms are locked before the model arrives.
Meetings under two hours we don't take. Massage parlor, the "quick hour" and "popped into the room briefly" scenarios — not our format. Sharing a model's photos with third parties is forbidden; if it happens, the case goes to lawyers.
