Scenarios and venues in Las Vegas
Meeting formats and venues we work with: five-star hotels in the centre, signature restaurants, theatres, private spaces.
Dinner on the Strip
The most classic APEX scenario in Las Vegas. Joël Robuchon (3 Michelin stars) — the city's number-one dinner; Picasso (2 stars) — number one with a terrace and a fountain view; Le Cirque — for an intimate evening. SW Steakhouse at Wynn for a meat classic, Carbone at Aria for a loud New York Italian, Sinatra at Encore for a romantic Italian.
Joël Robuchon Restaurant
3799 Las Vegas Blvd S (MGM Grand), Las Vegas, NV 89109
Modern French
Three Michelin stars, the only three-star restaurant in Las Vegas. The 16-course tasting menu is the headline format. Booking 7-14 days ahead for an ordinary evening, 4-6 weeks for peak. We have a direct contact with the maître d' — for our…
Picasso (Bellagio)
3600 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109
French/Spanish
Two Michelin stars, a restaurant inside Bellagio with actual Picasso works on the walls. The terrace looking onto the Bellagio Fountains is a specific set of tables we keep in focus. For our format — the top dinner of the city if Joël Robuc…
Le Cirque (Bellagio)
3600 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109
French
An intimate Bellagio restaurant (only 80 seats), Parisian circus concept in the interior. An alternative to Picasso for those who want a more intimate format. Booking required well ahead.
Carbone (Aria)
3730 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109
New York Italian-American
The same New York Italian that travelled from Greenwich Village to Vegas and became a city hit. Spicy rigatoni vodka, three-pound veal parmesan, lobster tail. Booking 2-3 weeks ahead, peak — a month. The loudest of our list — for a fun even…
Catch Las Vegas (Aria)
3730 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Seafood/sushi
The Hudson Yards original in a Vegas staging. Sashimi, lobster, the seafood hit list. Higher than average energy, scene-restaurant vibe. Fits a Friday dinner before an event, not a business conversation.
SW Steakhouse (Wynn)
3131 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Steakhouse, headline
Wynn's flagship steakhouse, dry-aged meat at the top end, a wine list of 1,500+. Seating by the Lake of Dreams — a separate experience with the on-water show. For a business dinner and for a classic Vegas scenario — number one in our networ…
Sinatra (Encore)
3121 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109
Italian classic
A tribute to Frank Sinatra — his music, photographs, voice recordings. Italian classics done at a high level — osso buco, pasta from scratch, veal Milanese. Romantic format, a strong wine cellar. Often our pick for the second or third dinne…

for Friday-Saturday in high season book 2-3 weeks ahead; Joël Robuchon and Picasso on F1 weekend and NYE — 4-6 weeks

Super Bowl weekend: Allegiant Stadium headline suites, post-game dinner, suite at Four Seasons. Championship boxing/MMA at T-Mobile: Friday weigh-in, Saturday fight, after-party at Wynn or Bellagio.

CES, corporate dinners, deal closing
The business scenario in Las Vegas is mostly CES week in January, sales kickoff weekends for major companies, deal-closing dinners. The model works in business code, speaks English (on request — Russian, Mandarin, Spanish), knows negotiation etiquette. Often a two-part format: the first hour at a corporate reception, then dinner alone at SW Steakhouse, suite at Aria or Resorts World.

for CES — book 6-8 weeks out; for sales kickoff — a month; for private deal-closing dinners — ordinary timelines, 7-14 days
Vegas weekend and travel
From 24 hours to 5 days. The model accompanies on the full schedule: breakfast in the suite, day programme (spa at Bellagio/Wynn, shopping at Forum Shops or Crystals — not pool-party), evening with dinner and event, night, repeat. The "weekend + Grand Canyon helicopter tour" scenario is a frequent ask; "weekend + private jet to Aspen / Cabo" — less often, but it happens. Day trips to Death Valley fit the same frame. All travel, hotel, food and activities — on the client; the model's fee separate.
