Scenarios and venues in Los Angeles
Meeting formats and venues we work with: five-star hotels in the centre, signature restaurants, theatres, private spaces.
Dinner in Los Angeles
Dinner is the most frequent scenario in LA, and the choice of place sets the tone of the evening. Spago Beverly Hills — for the business format where it "needs to look serious". Nobu Malibu — for a relaxed evening with the ocean. Gjelina — when you're in Venice or Santa Monica. Providence — when the dinner itself is the event. We book directly through the maître d's of these places, so in most cases we find a table even in high season.
Spago Beverly Hills
176 N Canon Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90210
Modern Californian / fine dining
Wolfgang Puck's flagship restaurant on Canon Drive since 1997. Open terrace, serious kitchen, blazer-required dress code for men. Our standard for a business dinner in Beverly Hills where it "needs to look serious". Booking 7-14 days ahead.
Nobu Malibu
22706 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA 90265
Modern Japanese

Gjelina
1429 Abbot Kinney Boulevard, Venice, CA 90291
Californian farm-to-table
The epicenter of Abbot Kinney in Venice — farm cooking, an open pizza oven, a courtyard patio. Less formal than Beverly Hills, but kitchen quality at top-3 in LA. Fits when the client is staying in Venice or Santa Monica and wants variety f…
Providence
5955 Melrose Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90038
Seafood / fine dining
Michael Cimarusti's two-Michelin-star — LA's strongest seafood restaurant. Tasting menu and a la carte. A serious format, not for chatter — for those rare dinners where the food itself is the event. Booking 14-21 days ahead.
République
624 S La Brea Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90036
French / Californian
Charlie Chaplin's historic 1928 building — high ceilings, open kitchen, brasserie format. Dinner and brunch at level; less ceremony than Spago, but the kitchen is strong. A good option when the client is in the Mid-Wilshire or The Grove are…
Vespertine
3599 Hayden Avenue, Culver City, CA 90232
Conceptual fine dining
Jordan Kahn's conceptual two-Michelin — an experimental multi-hour tasting in an architecturally singular building. Not for every meeting; for the ones where you want "something else". Booking 30 days ahead, format runs 3-4 hours.
Tip:
for Friday-Saturday in Beverly Hills and Malibu, book 7-14 days ahead; for the Oscar weekend and Coachella — 21 days; for Vespertine — 30 days, always
Hotel Meeting
For hotel meetings we work the high-end segment of Beverly Hills and West Hollywood. Beverly Hills Hotel — our flagship since LA opened. Hotel Bel-Air — when maximum closure is needed. Tip:
if you're booking the hotel yourself — name it to the manager and he'll point you to the specific floor, room type and approach; at Beverly Hills Hotel we recommend bungalows for stays of 2 nights or more
Entertainment industry and events
A scenario specific to LA, not at this volume in any of our other cities. Accompaniment to premieres, after-parties, agency dinners, private producer receptions. Award season (January-March) — peak. The model doesn't go to the ceremony itself (Oscars, Golden Globes); she goes to the private after-parties at Beverly Hills Hotel, Sunset Tower, residences in the Hollywood Hills. We match against the specific guest circle and the format of the night.

Bel Air, Malibu, Pacific Palisades residences
The residence-meeting scenario — in LA this is a substantial share of our meetings, particularly with returning clients. Beverly Hills (90210), Bel Air, Malibu Carbon Beach and Broad Beach, Pacific Palisades, Hollywood Hills, Brentwood. For a new client the first meeting is usually at a hotel or restaurant; from the second — at your address. We don't store the address — it's passed to the specific model for the specific meeting.
Client's Residence
A format that's bigger in LA than in most of our cities. Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Malibu (Carbon Beach, Broad Beach), Pacific Palisades, Hollywood Hills, Brentwood — our returning clients often have residences in these areas, and meetings ha…
Tip:
for Malibu factor in PCH traffic on Friday evening (up to 90 minutes from Beverly Hills); for Hollywood Hills via the canyons — Mulholland or Laurel Canyon, both with time built in
Concert, opera, cultural programme
Hollywood Bowl in summer (June-September) and Walt Disney Concert Hall September-June — the two main cultural points of LA. Box seats at Hollywood Bowl with dinner — the strongest summer-evening format, romance without formality. Disney Hall — a serious evening outing, dress code stricter. We pick a model with the right cultural background.
Hollywood Bowl
2301 N Highland Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90068
An open-air amphitheatre seating 17,500 in the Hollywood Hills — summer LA Phil concerts, classical, jazz nights, pop programmes. Box seats for four — our standard accompaniment format, dinner in the box included. Season June-September.

Frank Gehry's building in Downtown LA — home of the LA Philharmonic. Gustavo Dudamel and his programmes, classical and contemporary. Season September-June. Boxes and stalls — our format for a cultural evening.
Tip:
at Hollywood Bowl, box seats need to be booked yourself 30-60 days ahead; the model arrives an hour before the start, dinner in the box begins as the gates open
Weekends and trips
From 24 hours to 7 days. Within the region — Malibu (a villa on PCH), Palm Springs (Parker, Korakia, La Quinta), Santa Barbara (Four Seasons Biltmore, San Ysidro Ranch), occasionally Big Sur (Post Ranch Inn, Ventana). For the Coachella weekend — Indio. Longer trips — Aspen in winter, Hawaii (Big Island, Maui), Cabo San Lucas, helicopter to Las Vegas for 1-2 nights. Lodging and travel — on the client; the model's fee separate.
