About the forum
REW has run since 2017, hosted by the Roscongress Foundation together with the Energy Ministry. The venue stays the same — the Manege Central Exhibition Hall, a stone's throw from the Kremlin, with the energy-equipment exhibition running alongside it at Gostiny Dvor. This isn't an abstract "business meeting." It's the forum where Russia, OPEC+ and the Gulf states set their clocks on oil, gas and nuclear for the year ahead.
The numbers climb year over year. REW 2025 drew more than seven thousand participants from a hundred countries — against just over five thousand from 81 countries in 2024. The largest delegations in 2025 came from China, Venezuela, Iran, the UAE and South Africa. The business programme runs to more than sixty sessions and dialogues across three days.
The REW crowd isn't your average Moscow guest. These are people from oil, gas and energy who fly in the night before, spend three days at the Four Seasons or the Metropol, shuttle to the Manege and back, and spend their evenings in closed formats hosted by Gazprom, Rosneft and the regions. They don't need a tour of the Tretyakov. They need the evening to run to their script with no logistics to solve.
We've worked with this crowd since 2014. We know which hotels near the Manege check guests in on a foreign passport, which restaurants won't take you during forum days without a booking two weeks out, which models speak fluent English and which speak Arabic for the Gulf delegations. For the October REW days we prepare Arabic-speaking companionship ahead of time: demand for it is higher at every forum than the last.

How we operate during the forum
In ordinary times we take bookings a day ahead. During REW — no. The schedule is tight, the models are spoken for, the centre around the Manege is closed off for motorcades. So:
— Ideal lead time is two weeks before October 14. In that window we agree on everything: type, languages, days, venues, dress code for specific evenings.
— Minimum lead time is three days. We'll take it, but the choice will be limited to whoever is free.
— Same-day — only if there's an open slot. On October 14–16 that's rare. Usually we say "today won't work, there's an option for tomorrow."
The languages we keep on hand for REW:
- English — native or near-native
- Arabic — a separate pool for Gulf and OPEC+ delegations
- Chinese — native speakers for the Chinese delegation, traditionally the largest
- French, Spanish — on request (Venezuela, Francophone Africa)
What we handle without being asked:
- We agree on the dress code for the specific evening. We know the difference between dinner at White Rabbit and a reception at the Energy Ministry.
- We know which hotels near the Manege won't admit guests without pre-arrangement during forum days — Four Seasons, National, the Metropol — where we have a line to the concierges.
- We don't use the guest's working chat through the evening. Every question goes through our manager, not through the model.
- We keep messages for 72 hours, then delete them. That's the standard, not an option.
Where guests stay
REW guests stay in a tight ring around the Manege — five to seven minutes on foot to the venue. We work with every hotel in that ring, but there are favourites where the relationships with concierges are already built:
Lotte Hotel Moscow on Novinsky Boulevard sits a little further from the Manege, but has its own spa and quiet meeting rooms; Asian delegations are often placed there.

Forum day logistics
Logistics during REW days are a task of their own. The centre around the Manege is closed for motorcades, and Tverskaya and Mokhovaya grind to a halt. Here's what we've learned about running the day.
Morning.
The move from hotel to the Manege. If the guest stays in the Okhotny Ryad ring, it's five to seven minutes on foot — and that's faster than any car in a closed-off centre. Delegations from further hotels leave an hour before the session: by car through the cordon you can crawl forty minutes per kilometre.
Daytime.
The programme runs at the Manege, the energy exhibition next door at Gostiny Dvor. There's catering and there are lounges on site. If a guest has a gap between sessions, he often heads back to the hotel to change for the evening — most are within walking distance anyway.
Evening.
The most interesting part of REW days isn't at the forum itself. Closed receptions hosted by Gazprom, Rosneft, the Energy Ministry and the oilfield-services companies. Dinners at Turandot on Tverskoy, White Rabbit on Smolenskaya, Savva at the Metropol, Café Pushkin for guests who want a recognisable Moscow. After 11 pm — club formats we don't spell out in plain text, but the manager will share the current year's list.
Heading back.
Back to the hotel after midnight is normal. We set the schedule in advance: either the model accompanies you to the hotel, or you part at the restaurant. That's the guest's decision, not ours.

REW is a long-standing October case for us, and each year runs at its own temperature.
REW 2022 (October 12–14) — a forum at a turning point: over 270 speakers and guests from 83 countries, the theme of rebuilding energy ties. That was when demand for Arabic and Farsi first jumped sharply for us — Middle Eastern delegations started arriving noticeably thicker.
REW 2023 (October 11–13) — "The New Reality of Global Energy." Five thousand participants from 84 countries. The year we finally set up a separate pool for Gulf delegations and stopped promising Arabic "on request" — we began keeping it permanently in rotation.
REW 2024 (September 26–28) — shifted to September, theme "Energy Cooperation in a Multipolar World," 5,300 guests from 81 countries. An easy forum on logistics, but the most "oil-heavy" by makeup: the Chinese and Iranian delegations led the way.
REW 2025 (October 15–17) — "Creating the Energy of the Future Together," and for the first time a hundred countries and more than seven thousand participants. Over those three days our models with fluent English were booked out from the second week of October. For 2026, plan ahead — we mean it.

Ideally two weeks. Minimum three days. Same-day usually won't work: October 14–16 are booked out ahead of time.
Do you take requests from abroad?
Yes, the main channel is Telegram (@Apex_concierge) and WhatsApp. The guest's time zone doesn't matter, the manager replies within 5 minutes.
Do you have models with fluent English?
Yes, plenty. Some are native-level (study or life in the US/UK), some are confident working English, enough for a social dinner. We'll match precisely to the format of the evening.
Arabic for Gulf delegations?
Yes. At REW the delegations from the UAE, Iran and the Gulf come in thick, so Arabic is a permanent pool for us, not an option on request. We also have Chinese and Farsi.
What about discretion? I'm a public figure in the energy sector.
The standard — we keep messages no longer than 72 hours, photos from meetings are never published, models sign an NDA for work with public guests. No phone at the table, incognito hotel entry — we arrange those separately.
Can I pay in dollars, euros or dirhams?
Yes. We accept USD, EUR, AED in cash or by transfer to a foreign account. For Russian delegations — rubles, by transfer or in cash.
What are the prices during REW days?
Forum days run on seasonal pricing — 30–50% above standard. That's about peak load, not about the type of guest. Two hours — from 80,000 ₽, overnight — from 160,000 ₽. Media-known models are priced separately by arrangement.
I want a companion just for the forum or a reception, with no extended evening?
A valid request, and a frequent one. The "companionship for a business event" format — the model comes to a specific session, dinner or reception. Three to six hours, from 60,000 ₽.
What if a request is cancelled?
Cancellation 48 hours out or more — no penalty. 24–48 hours — 50%. Under 24 hours — 100%. During REW days we don't refund without an objective reason (forum cancellation, force majeure).
Can I have one model for several evenings in a row?
Yes, and it's the format we prefer — the model and guest already know each other, and the evenings run more smoothly. A 10–15% discount on a package of three days or more.
Any guarantee the photo on the site is the model who arrives?
Mandatory video verification before the meeting. Photos don't match — the model doesn't go. Standard since 2018.
Which hotel near the Manege is most convenient to stay in for the forum?

Those with a university degree (Moscow State, MGIMO, Western programmes), social fluency and experience in a corporate setting. Each profile lists education, languages and experience. The manager matches to the format of the evening.
Can you arrange an evening within a company's closed reception?
Yes. We agree on the dress code and protocol for the specific reception — Gazprom, Rosneft, a regional delegation. In the room the companion doesn't stand out from the guests.
What if I've arrived without a booking and want something for today?
Message the manager — we'll see what's open for the next 2–3 hours. During forum days it's rare, but sometimes it works out.
What if I just want a business dinner and conversation, with no scripted meeting?
We'll take it. Not every guest during REW days wants an extended evening. Often it's dinner at Turandot and a goodbye at the hotel. That format is ours too.
