How to reach APEX on Mykonos
Mykonos runs on island hours: the beach club from lunchtime, sunset at seven, dinner at ten or eleven, the bars after one in the morning. The APEX manager is on Telegram @Apex_concierge or on WhatsApp at the same number, with the shift running 24/7 from May to October. A reply comes in 1-3 minutes. Everything closes in a single chat: matching the model, booking a table at Nammos or sunbeds at Paraga, a dinner table in Chora, a private driver, arranging the tender's approach to the yacht. Do not call — communication runs through encrypted messengers only. And do not come to the address of the coordination point in Chora: it is a working space for the seasonal shift, not a reception.
Time zone and hours
Mykonos runs on Europe/Athens, GMT+2 in winter and GMT+3 in summer (last Sunday of March to last Sunday of October). For a client in Moscow there is no difference at all in summer and one hour in winter. The manager replies around the clock; matching a model takes 30-60 minutes in May, June and September and up to 120 minutes at the July-August peak. Peak hours are double: 13:00-19:00, when the daytime programme runs at the beach clubs, and 23:00-05:00, when Chora is awake. From November to March the island is effectively closed; the manager is still reachable, but the programme comes down to a hotel and dinner at one of the few tavernas open in Chora — and we say so honestly at the request stage.

- The coordination point is APEX Liaison, Chora, the Matogianni area. No meetings take place there — it is the space where managers hand over the shift in season.
What to put in your first message
The more precise the brief, the faster the match. Ideally the first message contains: the dates (and, right away, whether you are on a yacht, in a hotel or at a villa); the format (a day at Scorpios or Nammos / dinner in Chora — Matsuhisa, Interni, Kiku / a meeting at the hotel — Belvedere, Cavo Tagoo, Santa Marina / a yacht run through the Cyclades / a night programme with a continuation); the duration; the area (Chora, Psarou, Paraga, Ornos, Panormos, Tourlos); and your preferences on the model's type and her experience with the specific format. For a yacht — the name of the vessel, the port or the anchorage, and the time for the tender. For a beach club — whether you need the table and sunbeds booked, which we will handle ourselves. Without these details the match will take an extra 30-60 minutes, and in August rather more than that.
