About the forum
Technoprom has been held in Novosibirsk since 2013, and over that time it has grown from a regional event into one of the country's largest technology platforms. In 2023 the forum drew 33 thousand people and 43 countries, with 79 agreements signed on the sidelines. In 2024 — delegates from 35 countries and nearly six hundred speakers. In 2025 — around thirty thousand attendees and fifteen foreign delegations.
The theme of the 13th forum in 2026 is "Russian Science — the Foundation of Technological Leadership." The year is a special one: the forum coincides with the opening of the SKIF synchrotron in Koltsovo and the launch of the second phase of the NSU campus. So the city will host not only negotiators but the people building serious science — and that is a different crowd, a different pace to the evenings, different conversations at the table.
The Technoprom audience is not your average Novosibirsk guest. These are people on a tight programme: they fly in the day before, spend three days living downtown or near the Expocentre, travel to Stantsionnaya and back, and spend their evenings in restaurants and at the theatre. They don't need a tour of Akademgorodok. They need the evening to run on their script with no logistics to sort out — who books the table, who gets the NOVAT tickets, what language the companion speaks.
We have worked with this audience for several years now. We know which hotels block rooms for the forum and fill up a month out, which restaurants won't seat you without a pre-order during the Technoprom days, which models have fluent native-level English, and which speak Chinese for the Asian delegations that grow in number every year.

How we operate during the forum
In ordinary times we take bookings a day ahead. During the Technoprom days — no. The city is full, the models are booked out, the central hotels have no rooms free. So:
— The ideal lead time is two weeks before August 26. Within that window we agree everything: type, languages, days, venues, dress code for the specific evening.
— The minimum lead time is three days. We'll take it, but the choice will be limited to whoever is free.
— Same-day — only if there is an open slot. On August 26–28 that is rare. Usually the answer is "today won't work, there's an option for tomorrow."
The languages we keep on hand at Technoprom:
- English — native or close to native, for international delegations
- Chinese — a separate pool for the Asian delegations, which grow in number every year
- French, German — on request
What we do without being reminded:
- We agree the dress code beforehand for the specific evening. We understand the difference between dinner at T1 and a premiere night at NOVAT.
- We know which hotels block rooms for the forum and work with the concierge on pre-orders — DoubleTree by Hilton, Grand Autograph, Domina.
- We don't use the guest's work chat during the evening. Everything goes through our manager, not through the model.
- We keep messages for 72 hours, then delete them. That's the standard, not an option.

Technoprom guests settle in two zones: downtown near Lenin Square and the cluster closer to the Expocentre on the left bank. We work with all of them, but there are hotels where we have relationships with the concierges in place:

The newest of the city's large hotels, a couple of steps from the Opera House. More often the choice of company heads and speakers with protocol. The central location makes it easy to walk out to the evening venues.

Next to the railway station and Garin-Mikhailovsky Square, convenient for those arriving by train or combining Technoprom with a trip around the region. A working format with nothing extra, exactly right for a business guest.

Forum day logistics
Logistics during the Technoprom days are a job of their own. The Expocentre sits on the left bank, on Stantsionnaya, while most guests stay downtown, on the right. Between them are the bridges over the Ob, and during forum hours they grind to a halt. Here is what we have learned about putting a day together.
Morning. The trip from the hotel to the Expocentre.
From downtown it's 25–30 minutes with no traffic, 45 minutes or more across the bridge during the forum days. Sessions start around ten, guests leave at 8:30–9:00. There's no point going back to the hotel between sessions — the bridge will cost you an hour.
Day. The programme at the Expocentre.
Catering there is handled, the lounge areas are in place. If a guest has no plan to spend nine hours straight at the venue, after the second session he often heads back to the hotel to rest and change for the evening.
Evening. The best part isn't at the forum.

Technoprom is our recurring August case, and it grows every year. A short chronicle.
Technoprom 2022 (August 23–26) — the 9th forum, the year technological sovereignty became the headline theme. After February the makeup of the delegations shifted, the Asian direction grew noticeably, and for the first time we brought a model with fluent Chinese onto the forum. That direction has only grown since.
Technoprom 2023 (August 22–25) — the 10th forum, the most crowded to that point: 33 thousand people, 43 countries, 79 agreements on the sidelines. During those days our models with fluent English were booked out from the start of August. Demand for companions at international dinners rose sharply that year.
Technoprom 2024 (August 27–30) — the 11th forum, delegates from 35 countries and nearly six hundred speakers. The year the Asian delegations first outweighed the European ones in requests for Chinese. One guest booked a companion for all three evenings in a row — a format we now propose ourselves.
Technoprom 2025 (August 27–30) — the 12th forum, around thirty thousand attendees and fifteen foreign delegations. A quiet year by our standards, but that was the first time during the forum we ran out of free models with fluent English for the middle two days. The lesson is simple: plan ahead.

How far ahead of Technoprom 2026 should I book?
Ideally two weeks before August 26. Three days at the minimum. Same-day usually doesn't work: August 26–28 is booked out in advance.
Do you take requests from abroad?
Yes, the main channels are Telegram (@Apex_concierge) and WhatsApp. The guest's time zone makes no difference; the manager replies within a few minutes at any hour.
Do you have models with fluent English?
Yes, and quite a few. Some have native-level English (study or life abroad), some have a confident working level, enough for a polished dinner with an international delegation. We'll match precisely to the format of the evening.
Chinese, other languages?
Chinese — a separate pool specifically for the Asian delegations, which grow in number at Technoprom every year. English is the main one. French, German — on request.
What about confidentiality? I'm a public figure.
The standard — we don't keep messages longer than 72 hours, we don't publish photos from meetings, and models sign an NDA for work with public guests. Additional requirements (no phone during the evening, incognito, a separate hotel entrance) we arrange case by case.
Can I pay in dollars or yuan?
Yes. We accept USD, EUR, CNY in cash or by transfer. For Russian delegations — rubles, by transfer or in cash.
What are the prices during the Technoprom days?
A seasonal rate applies during the forum — 30–50% above standard. That's down to the peak load on August, not the type of guest. Two hours — from 60,000 ₽, a night — from 120,000 ₽. Media-known models — a separate rate by arrangement.
I want a companion for the forum only, without the evening?
That's a valid request. We have a separate "business-event companionship" format — the model joins a specific session, dinner or reception. Duration 3–6 hours, from 45,000 ₽.
What if the request is cancelled?
Cancellation 48 hours out or more — no penalty. 24–48 hours — 50%. Under 24 hours — 100%. During the Technoprom days we don't refund without an objective reason (force majeure, cancellation of the forum).
Can one model cover several evenings in a row?
Yes, and it's the format we prefer — the model and the guest already know each other, and the evenings run more smoothly. A 10–15% discount on a package of three days or more.
Any guarantee the photo on the site is the model who arrives?
Mandatory video verification before the meeting. If the photos don't match, the model doesn't go out. The standard since 2018.
I want conversation without a meeting script?
We'll take it. Not every guest during the forum wants an evening with a continuation. Often it's a business dinner and a parting. That format is ours too.
Which models suit business formats best?
Those with a degree and experience in a corporate or academic setting — at a technology forum that reads through. Each model's file lists education, languages, experience. The manager matches to the evening.
Can we go to the theatre — NOVAT or Krasny Fakel?
Yes, it's a frequent request at Technoprom, especially on season-opening nights. We handle the tickets and the protocol. We agree the dress code beforehand.
Can there be a trip out of town — to Akademgorodok or Koltsovo?
Yes. In 2026 many guests are heading to the SKIF opening in Koltsovo and to the NSU campus. We arrange companionship for such a trip, with a transfer fee added.
I arrived without a booking, I want something now?
Message the manager — we'll see what's available for the next 2–3 hours. During the forum days it's rare, but sometimes it works out.
How do I book an escort for Technoprom 2026?
