The pace of the city

Omsk is a city of two rivers — the Irtysh and the Om — and the oil-refining capital of Siberia. Gazprom Neft, the petrochemical plant, the major Siberian holdings — our client here most often comes from that environment: industry top managers, regional banks, visitors in town for sector forums. Less often — visitors from Moscow and Tyumen on business, staying one or two nights.

Requests get planned ahead. For tonight — about a third, the rest for tomorrow or for the end of the week. Peak days are Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 21:00 to 02:00; on Avangard home-game days at G-Drive Arena (September to April) the centre comes alive late after the final whistle, and part of the bookings shift an hour or ninety minutes later than usual.

Time zone — GMT+6, three hours ahead of Moscow. A client booking from Moscow for "tonight" should keep these three hours in mind: 8 p.m. in Moscow is 11 p.m. in Omsk.

Where we work

The centre — Lyubinsky Prospekt, Lenina Street, Krasny Put, Marshala Zhukova, the Tarskie Vorota gates, the Irtysh embankment. The main hotels and restaurants sit here, and most of our clients come here. From the Tarskie Vorota gates to the Serafimo-Alekseevskaya Chapel — a fifteen-minute walk, and a regular part of the evening after dinner.

Chernoluchye is a separate story: a resort area 50 km from the city, a pine forest on the bank of the Irtysh, country bases and a resort format. We go out there for the "weekend" scenario — agreed ahead, with transfer, minimum a day. Sometimes there are requests for Krasnoyarka and the further reaches of the Irtysh floodplain — handled individually, taking the season and road conditions into account.

Season and sport

Avangard hockey club is the city's main winter stage. Home games at G-Drive Arena pull a crowd where entrepreneurs, regional officials and media figures cross paths. The "match plus dinner after" scenario is a frequent one, and for it we keep a separate pool of models who understand the hockey context and dress for the arena, not the theatre.

In summer — the Siberian International Marathon in August and City Day on the first Sunday of August. Irtysh navigation is open from May to October: pleasure boats, private vessels, the embankment as a meeting point. Winter in Omsk is harsh (down to -35°C in January), and transfer between points isn't a discussion — it's simply built into the plan.

Etiquette and dress code

Cosmos Omsk Hotel, AZIMUT, Ibis Centre — international evening code, no special features. For restaurants on Lyubinsky and in the centre — business evening or cocktail dress, no club. For the Omsk Drama Theatre and the Music Theatre — dress and heel; for premieres — full-length.

For G-Drive Arena there's a separate code: quality smart casual, not evening dress. In winter the outerwear has to be of real quality — that's not a question of style, it's common sense in the Siberian climate. Models on our Omsk roster know this and dress for the season without needing reminders.

Things we say plainly

Omsk is smaller than Novosibirsk and Moscow, and our base here is more compact — several dozen models on regular rotation. In peak slots the choice narrows to whoever's free; a week ahead the choice is wider, on the day itself it's from those available. We take only those who match our communication standards: literate Russian, conversational English with part of the base, the ability to hold an evening.

Pricing in Omsk sits in the regional Russian tier. Standard: 2 hours — 120,000 ₽, 4 hours — 180,000 ₽, night — 250,000 ₽, 24 hours — 400,000 ₽, two days — 650,000 ₽. Media segment: 2 hours — 350,000 ₽, 4 hours — 550,000 ₽, beyond by agreement. Payment — cash, bank transfer, by agreement crypto. Returning clients — flexible terms.

What we don't take is the same as in other cities of the network: meetings under two hours, mass events without a specific personal client, sharing model photos with third parties. These boundaries aren't regional, they're shared across APEX in 48 cities.
