The rhythm of the island
Phuket doesn't run like a megacity. Here there's no "in from talks at seven, Bolshoi at nine" — the day starts later and ends closer to morning. Breakfast on the villa at eleven, lunch at Catch Beach Club or by Andara, evening in the Six Senses or Banyan Tree spa, dinner at ten, night — on the beach, at the villa bar or on deck.
Because of this the average slot in Phuket is longer than the Moscow one. Base format isn't two hours — it's 4 hours or a night. Half the requests run for 24 hours and up, because the client flies here not for a meeting but for a week of holiday, and a companion is needed across the whole rhythm. Season
High season in Phuket is November through March, dry months, calm sea, yacht routes open to Phi Phi, Phang Nga Bay (James Bond Island), Similan and Surin Islands. This window holds 70% of our annual meetings.
May through October is monsoon. The sea churns, some beaches close to swimming (red flags), yacht charters run only along sheltered routes. Villa and resort rates fall 30-40%, and a portion of our returning clients fly in specifically in low season — quieter, no crowds. We work all year, but logistics in monsoon are planned more carefully: weather can shift a yacht departure by a day.
Songkran (Thai New Year, 13-15 April) is its own story: the island half-shuts, mass water on the streets, not the best slot for a business scenario. Phuket Vegetarian Festival (late September through early October) — local exotic, more spectacle than meeting format for island guests. We flag these dates with the client in advance.
Where we work
The west coast is the core zone. Surin Beach, Pansea Beach, Layan Beach, Bang Tao, Kamala, Naithon — concentration of flagships here: Amanpuri, Trisara, The Surin, Banyan Tree, Anantara Layan, Andara, Keemala. The model arrives here in 15-40 minutes from the coordination point.
The south of the island — Nai Harn Bay, Cape Panwa, Rawai. The Nai Harn, Sri Panwa, private villas on the cape. The drive from the north-west is 50-70 minutes on serpentine road, so southern scenarios are usually planned as a night or 24 hours, not as a quick dinner.
The north of Phuket and mainland Phang Nga — Natai Beach (Iniala), the crossing to Six Senses Yao Noi by ferry from Bang Rong (25 minutes). That's already an "island next to the island" format — agreed as a trip from 24 hours.
Cape Yamu and Layan — a zone of private rental villas: 4-6 bedrooms, chef, pool, direct access to the sea. The "group of friends for a week" request often lands here — a separate format, agreed with the manager in advance.
Etiquette and dress code
Phuket doesn't run on Moscow five-star lobby rules. This is a resort, and at Aman or Trisara the concierge sees dozens of guests with companions — the format is received calmly, no questions at reception. The key thing is no beachwear in the resort's public zones in the evening, and an appropriate look for dinner at the hotel restaurant.
For the villa — a light summer dress or beach luxury, nothing club. For dinner at Diavolo (Trisara), Arun (Banyan Tree), Black Ginger (The Slate) or Breeze at Cape Yamu — cocktail or smart casual. For the yacht — swimsuit under the dress, open shoes or barefoot on deck.
For a business scenario on the island (visits to conferences, corporate events at Pullman or JW Marriott) — a light business dress, fabric for the tropics. A Moscow City winter suit doesn't work here — 30+ heat year-round.
Things we say plainly
We don't take meetings under two hours. On Phuket this rule tightens: under two hours makes no sense in the resort rhythm — by the time the model gets from the coordination point to a southern villa, the two hours are gone. Base format on the island — 4 hours, a night, or 24 hours.
Pricing on Phuket — Asian tier. Standard: 2 hours from $1,000, 4 hours $1,500, night $2,200, 24 hours $3,500, two days $5,500. Media category (models from public life): 2 hours $3,000, 4 hours $4,500. Costs for yacht charter, transfer, model's stay at the client's villa (if agreed) — separate, on top, agreed before departure.
Sharing a model's photos with third parties — forbidden. No haggling after the meeting: terms agreed before are the terms in force. Twelve years in the industry built themselves on exactly these simple boundaries.
When to write and how long to wait
The APEX manager in Phuket replies on Telegram within the first three minutes, 24/7. Model matching — 30-90 minutes depending on scenario and load. At peak the choice tightens naturally — best to write 1-2 days ahead. In season (peak Nov-Mar (dry season), Phuket Yacht Show in January, King's Cup Regatta in December, Songkran in April, Phuket Vegetarian Festival September-October, low season May-October — monsoon) the premium segment tightens significantly — booking 2-3 weeks ahead is required.
How a meeting is organised — step by step
01. Request on Telegram
You write to the manager on Telegram or WhatsApp: what scenario, what dates, how many days on the island, where you're staying (resort, villa, yacht), any preferences on companion type, language, format. The more precise the brief, the better the match. "4 nights at Trisara, need a companion for dinners and a yacht trip to Phi Phi on day two, English required" — that's almost a finished brief.
The manager replies in the first 3 minutes, any hour. The shift runs 24/7 in Bangkok time, but for a Moscow client writing at midnight MSK the reply still lands without delay.
02. Selection and agreement
The manager sends 2-4 profiles fitting your scenario. Photo, height, age, languages, experience for the format (resort, yacht, villa, restaurant). On Phuket part of the roster works seasonally — comes to the island for November-March from Bangkok, Moscow, Dubai, so in high season the choice is wider. In low season — a tighter base of those who live here year-round.
Agreed at this stage: date and time, place (villa, resort, yacht, restaurant), duration, dress code, payment method, transfer. If a yacht trip — we briefly walk through the route (Phi Phi, James Bond, Similan), duration, departure point (Royal Phuket Marina, Ao Po Grand Marina, Boat Lagoon). Time from request to a fully agreed booking — 60-120 minutes.
03. Coordination
After confirmation the manager runs everything up to the meeting: the model receives the villa or resort address, dress-code briefing for the specific place, transfer if needed from the Surin coordination point to the southern part of the island. The client receives a confirmation and a contact for direct communication with the model on the day.
Payment on Phuket — cash USD/THB, bank transfer in USD/EUR, crypto (USDT TRC-20/ERC-20, BTC) — the most common method for international clients. For returning clients — post-payment and a seasonal deposit.
04. The meeting
The model arrives at the agreed time. To a resort — usually 10-15 minutes ahead, waiting in the lobby or at villa reception. To a yacht — arrives at the marina at the agreed departure time, boards together with the client. To a restaurant — you meet at the entrance.

Villa on the West Coast
The most frequent Phuket scenario. The model arrives at a resort villa or a private rental villa in Surin, Layan, Kamala, Cape Yamu. Format of 4 hours, a night or 24 hours. Includes dinner at the villa (often with a chef), evening by the pool, morning in a breakfast format. No public outings, maximum privacy.
Tip: for a Cape Yamu villa or a private rental of 5-plus nights — agreed 5-7 days ahead; format works for a couple with a companion and for a single client alike
Dinner at a Resort Restaurant
Diavolo and Pru at Trisara, Baba Nest at Sri Panwa, Rock Salt at Nai Harn, Dee Plee at Anantara Layan, Aziamendi at Iniala. The model meets the client at the restaurant entrance or in the resort lobby, dinner 2-3 hours, then — continuation of the format (villa, resort bar, walk along the beach).
Tip: table booking — 3-5 days ahead through the resort concierge; in high season Pru and Baba Nest need a week's lead time
Yacht Charter on the Andaman
A day or multi-day charter to Phi Phi (Maya Bay, Bamboo), Phang Nga Bay (James Bond Island, Hong Island), Similan and Surin Islands (high season only). Departure points — Royal Phuket Marina, Ao Po Grand Marina, Boat Lagoon. Format of 6-8 hours (day) or 1-3 days (multi-day with overnight stays in bays). The model accompanies on board, changes before entering a public bay, ready for a photo set.

Spa Day and Resort Programme
A day in a spa-treatment and slow resort-programme format. Spa Banyan Tree, Mala Spa at Keemala, Asaya at Rosewood, Six Senses Yao Noi programme. The model accompanies on couples treatments (couples massage, hammam, hot tub), lunch by the pool, afternoon rest at the villa. Format 6-8 hours or 24 hours.
Tip: spa treatments are booked ahead through the resort, minimum 24 hours; couples programmes — 2-3 days ahead in high season
"Island for a Week" Scenario
From 3 to 7 days. The model accompanies the whole stay: breakfasts at the villa, daytime activities (beach, spa, shopping in Phuket Town or Patong), dinners, evening outings, yacht trips and trips to neighbouring islands (Phi Phi, Yao Noi). Formats: one location for the whole stay, or a combination of 2-3 resorts with transfers. Pricing is package-based, agreed individually.
Tip: format of 5-plus nights with movement between resorts or a yacht charter mid-stay — agreed 7-10 days ahead; for a couple with a companion — separate selection from the "for couples" model category
Client's Private Location
A villa rented by the client, a private house, the client's own yacht in the marina, a closed resort club. For returning clients agreed without further checks; for new ones — usually the first meeting at one of our trusted resorts, then the format expands to the client's private space.
Tip: the villa address or the marina yacht slip is passed only to the specific model for the specific meeting; the APEX base doesn't store the address; after the meeting the coordinates are wiped within 72 hours
Pricing and formats
Pricing in Phuket: $1000–$5000. Standard tier and media segment. Payment — cash, bank transfer, crypto by agreement.
Etiquette and dress code
Each venue in Phuket holds its own code: central five-star hotels — cocktail or evening attire, premium restaurants — business or evening, cultural events — full-length dress and heel. We don't have to brief this with the client — the model knows.
Confidentiality
Communication only through end-to-end encrypted messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp). Client data held in limited scope, after the meeting — wiped from working chats within 72 hours. Private addresses don't enter our database. GDPR compliance, deletion on request — within 24 hours.
