Yes, it's our principal season in Vladivostok. On the DVFU campus, in the campus hotel, at corporate receptions of the forum. Booking for September opens in June; by early August there are almost no free slots on the key EEF dates.

Across Russky Bridge — 25 to 35 minutes from the centre in normal conditions. During EEF we factor in an hour because of the queues at the entry. Transfer is ours: vetted drivers, we don't use taxis on this route.

Yes. Meeting an arriving guest with transfer into the city (45 to 60 minutes to the centre) is a standard scenario, especially for EEF guests or international flights from Seoul, Tokyo, Beijing. Agreed in advance with the flight time.

Yes, for EEF guests this is a working format. Agreed in advance, factoring in campus registration and the forum's pass regime. The model receives entry instructions.

Tikhaya Bay (Otrada Resort, southern Primorye) — a "weekend by the sea" format, a frequent summer scenario. Nakhodka (3 hours' drive) — a separately agreed format. Sakhalin and Kamchatka — by arrangement, with travel and accommodation covered by the client.
