Bangkok doesn't hurry — and yet it's always in motion. In Silom Business District negotiations wind down by eight, in Thonglor dinner doesn't start before ten, on the Riverside time runs along the river. There isn't one tempo. Each district has its own.
Our clients in Bangkok divide roughly in half: Russian-speaking expats who live here or spend several months a year in town, and city visitors — business trips, weeks of holiday, transits through other Asian capitals. The first know the city; the second trust us to organise it. For both it works the same way: write on Telegram, get profiles inside thirty to ninety minutes.
Peak load — Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 20:00 to 04:00. Weekday requests come in too, but morning slots and early evenings give wider choice. If the scenario is complex or you want a particular model — write a day ahead, that way it's certain.
From November through February Bangkok becomes a different city. The heat drops to 25-28 degrees, the humidity lifts, evenings turn light. This is the principal season for Russian and European visitors: that's when a dense flow of people comes to town wanting more than a beach — a full city itinerary with dinners, business meetings and nightlife.
Mandarin Oriental and Capella are most in demand in this period — they're booked three to four weeks ahead. The best tables at Le Normandie and Gaggan Anand — two to three weeks. If you arrive in December or January — plan ahead, or trust the organising to us.
March to October — rainy and hot season. Fewer visitors, wider choice, hotels more flexible on price. For business meetings it's often more convenient: no tourist load, a table is bookable on the day. Storms run an hour or two a day, almost always after lunch — evenings stay free.
Sukhumvit — the main axis for expats and business visitors. Ari and Thonglor — the neighbourhoods where people live and dine if they know Bangkok beyond the guidebook. Silom and Sathorn — business districts with their own restaurants and hotels. The Riverside along the Chao Phraya — the most atmospheric zone: Mandarin Oriental and Capella both sit there.
Suvarnabhumi Airport — 35-45 minutes, up to an hour in traffic. Transfer for the model is agreed if needed: the manager knows when to leave. Outside the city — Pattaya, Hua Hin, Koh Samui — we work, but those are formats from 24 hours and agreed separately.
Mandarin Oriental and The Peninsula in the evening — cocktail look, not casual. Gaggan Anand — smart casual, but no shorts. Mezzaluna at lebua — dress and heel mandatory. We brief the model on this directly: she knows the specifics of the place and arrives ready.
Temples and cultural sites — covered shoulders and knees, separate footwear. If the scenario includes Wat Pho or the Grand Palace — the model brings everything she needs. The Thonglor club zone runs softer rules, but the venue tier dictates the look: Maggie Choo's or Above Eleven want the right image, not a resort one.
Minimum slot — 2 hours. We don't take less. In Bangkok, with its traffic, a meeting under two hours is forty minutes there, thirty minutes together and forty back. Inconvenient for the model, half-formed for you. We start at two hours — that's more honest.
The bill in Bangkok is in dollars. Two hours from $1,000, a night from $2,000. Media segment — from $3,000 for two hours, the rest by agreement. Haggling after the meeting doesn't work: terms agreed beforehand are the terms in force.
Confidentiality matters here no less than in Moscow or Dubai. Communication only through messengers. Meeting details are wiped from working chats within 72 hours. Client data — held only with the manager, no third person has access.
Names stay private — this is what our clients value. What we can show is roles, scope and the work each person does in your scenario.

On shift in chat. Replies within the first three minutes. Holds the full picture of the day: who is free, who fits the scenario, what is booked at which venue. The first person you talk to.
Works with returning clients on a personal basis. Holds preferences, scenario history, the small details that make the second meeting easier than the first. Manages weekend and travel formats.
Holds the box-office contacts for the city, knows the dress codes by venue and by event class. Briefs the model when the scenario includes a premiere or a closed reception.
Coordinates trips beyond the city: visa timing, transfer logistics, accommodation, on-site fixers when needed. Plans 2-7 day formats and inter-city moves.
