MWC and Business Accompaniment
Mobile World Congress is our separate season. Clients are American and Asian executives, the format runs 3 to 7 days straight: Fira Gran Via receptions during the day, corporate dinners in Eixample in the evening, after-party in Barceloneta or Diagonal Mar at night. Models for MWC are a separate pool, with English at business level, the ability to hold telecom and big-tech topics at small-talk level, the stamina for a packed schedule.

A Michelin dinner is a frequent request. Disfrutar (3 stars, El Bulli lineage), ABaC (3 stars, Jordi Cruz), Cinc Sentits (1 star). For an intimate informal format — Cal Pep with its tapas counter in Born. Length — 3 to 4 hours on a tasting menu, then usually a bar or sky bar.

Seaside Evening, W Barcelona and Eclipse
An evening on the beachfront strip — Hotel Arts or W Barcelona, dinner at Enoteca or one of the hotel restaurants, continuation at Eclipse Bar on the 26th floor. In summer — a walk along Barceloneta, a stop at one of the beach bars. A 5 to 8 hour format, the classic "Barcelona" evening.

Weekend in Cadaqués / Costa Brava
From 24 to 72 hours. Cadaqués (2 hours by car) — a fishing bay with Dalí's house, an iconic Costa Brava spot. Begur and Sa Riera — a medieval village and secluded beaches. A scenario for clients who want to step out of city bustle but stay inside the Catalan atmosphere. The model accompanies breakfast, walks, dinners, evening.

Opera at the Liceu or a Concert at the Palau
A cultural evening — opera at the Liceu or a classical concert at Palau de la Música Catalana. Combined with dinner before the show (Mandarin Oriental or Cotton House — close to the Liceu, 7-10 minutes on foot) or with a late dinner after (ABaC, if you want to continue in full format). The model — from a separate part of the base with cultural-event experience.

Yacht in Port Olímpic / Port Vell
The yacht format is a frequent scenario from May through October. Barcelona is one of the principal yacht harbours of the Mediterranean, Port Olímpic and Port Vell handle vessels year-round. A sea route along Costa Brava with stops in the bays, dinner on board, return by night. Length — 6 to 12 hours; for longer routes — several days with overnights on board.

For a first meeting with a new client we usually suggest one of our proven options (hotel or restaurant); for returning ones — your address is agreed without further questions. Especially relevant in the summer season when some of our clients rent villas for 1 to 3 months.
