The pace of the city

Houston runs on the calendar of oil and gas and sport. March — Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, NRG Stadium full to the rafters three weeks straight, hotels in Uptown and Downtown go to zero availability. May — Offshore Technology Conference, four days at NRG Park, delegations from around the world; in those days APEX managers work about a third heavier than usual. September through December — Houston Texans season, home games at NRG, corporate boxes. This isn't New York with its even load — here the peaks are pronounced, and you plan accordingly.

In ordinary weeks 80% of meetings fall on Thursday to Saturday from 21:00 to 02:00. Business Houston dines late, a restaurant at 21:30 is the norm, not the exception. The manager in chat is a real person, not a bot, replying in the first 3 minutes. The model is matched in 30 to 120 minutes depending on district and scenario: faster in Uptown, longer in Energy Corridor with a transfer.

Where we work

Uptown and Galleria — the main zone: The Post Oak, Hotel Granduca, Westin Galleria. Downtown — Four Seasons, JW Marriott, Thompson, C. Baldwin, Hotel Alessandra, Marriott Marquis next to Discovery Green. River Oaks — The St. Regis, restaurants Tony's and La Table. Memorial City — Hotel ZaZa. Museum District and Rice Village — for less formal evenings. Energy Corridor (I-10 West) and The Woodlands — by-arrangement trips, factoring the drive: 30-50 minutes from Uptown depending on traffic.

Inside Loop 610 — standard mode. Sugar Land, Katy, Pearland, Galveston — separate trips, minimum a day ahead, with transfer factored in. NASA Clear Lake and the Kemah marinas for the yacht scenario — season runs April through October.

Etiquette and dress code

The Post Oak Hotel — Forbes Five-Star, Mokara Spa, Bentley arrival service, a reception desk that takes the client's guest calmly, no awkward questions when coordination is done right. Four Seasons Downtown and The St. Regis in River Oaks — same level, same quiet check-in. The model arrives in cocktail or evening attire to fit the format — Texas-luxe reads better here than New-York-strict.

Tony's, Brennan's of Houston, Steak 48, Mastro's, Pappas Bros. Steakhouse — masculine steakhouse format, where the model in formal cocktail fits, club attire does not. For River Oaks Country Club and private receptions — full-length dress, minimum jewellery. At the Rodeo and sporting events at NRG — smart casual, plus we have a couple of models in our base with a clear western touch if the client is going under the Rodeo scenario.

Things we say plainly

We don't take meetings under two hours — given Houston's distances a slot like that makes no sense for anyone. Sharing a model's photos with third parties is forbidden; if it happens the photos go to lawyers, and that's the first thing we make clear at the coordination stage. Manager ≠ model ≠ concierge service: the manager coordinates on Telegram, the model arrives at the meeting, the concierge service is APEX as a brand.

Houston base rates by the American tier: 2 hours — $1,200, 4 hours — $1,800, overnight — $2,500, 24 hours — $4,000, 48 hours — $6,500. Media segment: 2 hours — $3,500, 4 hours — $5,500. Payment — Zelle, bank transfer, cash USD, USDT by arrangement. Since 2012 we've held the same principle: terms agreed before the meeting are the terms in force. No haggling after.

The APEX team

Names stay private — this is what our clients value. What we can show is roles, scope and the work each person does in your scenario.
