Scenarios and venues in Houston
Meeting formats and venues we work with: five-star hotels in the centre, signature restaurants, theatres, private spaces.
Dinner in Houston
Dinner is the most frequent scenario in Houston. A 3-4 hour format: meeting at the restaurant or at the hotel lobby, dinner, a light walk or cocktails after. We book the table ourselves — direct contacts with the maître d's of the keystone steakhouses and Tony's. Mastro's has the convenience of being inside The Post Oak Hotel — no need to travel after dinner.

Continental fine dining
Tony Vallone, a legend of Houston dining, open since 1965. A wine list in the thousands, serious service, the city's business top tier dines here. Booking on peak days — a week or two ahead.
Brennan's of Houston
3300 Smith St, Houston, TX 77006
Creole / Southern
Creole cooking in the New Orleans manner, Texas Creole as the signature genre. The patio with garden and fountain — one of the most picturesque dinner spots in the city. Bananas Foster prepared tableside — a tradition since 1967.

Premium steakhouse
A modern steakhouse in Highland Village, Wagyu and dry-aged as the main format. Among the leading steakhouses in the Galleria zone. Lively atmosphere, acoustics that allow conversation.
Mastro's Steakhouse Houston
1650 West Loop S, Houston, TX 77027 (in The Post Oak complex)
Premium steakhouse
Mastro's inside The Post Oak Hotel — the convenience of not having to go anywhere after dinner. Living piano bar, an evening that rolls into cocktails. One of the most expensive steaks in the city, and earned.
Pappas Bros. Steakhouse
5839 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX 77057
Classic steakhouse
A classic Texas steakhouse, Wine Spectator Grand Award wine list. The format where locals know every server. Not showy, serious.

Client's Private Locations
A rare but working format. If the client has their own place — an apartment in River Oaks, a house in The Woodlands, a yacht in Kemah, a ranch outside the city, a private club (River Oaks Country Club on a member's invitation) — we work there too. For a first meeting with a new client we usually suggest one of our proven options; for returning ones — your address is agreed without further questions.

Tip:
the address isn't kept on file; it's passed only to the specific model for the specific meeting; after the meeting the coordinates are wiped from working chats within 72 hours
