Frequently asked questions — London

Real questions from APEX clients in London: matching, booking, hotels, travel, dress code.

How quickly can a companion be matched for tonight?

On an ordinary day — 30-60 minutes. At peak (Thursday to Saturday from 19:00) — up to 90. In high season (Chelsea Flower Show, Wimbledon, Frieze) — models for specific requirements may already be in play. If you want a companion for Friday evening in July — write in the morning.

Can I book for tomorrow or the day after?

Yes, standard practice. If you want a model with French and experience of art events for a particular evening — write 48 hours ahead. The more specific the request, the more the lead time matters. With no special conditions — a few hours is enough.

Which London hotels does the model enter without questions?

The Dorchester, Claridge's, The Savoy, The Ritz, Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square, 45 Park Lane — at any of these hotels the model walks in as the client's guest with no questions at reception, provided everything is done correctly. At apart-hotels and lower-tier hotels it can be different — check with the manager for the specific address.

Are there models who speak good English?

English — for most of our London base. A share of them live in London permanently — that's not tourist English but working English, with a feel for the British context. Individual models speak French, Italian, Arabic, Spanish. When you ask, specify — we'll match the level.

Do you work at night and early morning?

24/7. The manager replies at any hour. Meetings after midnight are normal practice for Friday and Saturday. Morning formats (breakfast at the hotel, a shared departure) — we do those too, though less often. Agreed in advance.

What payment methods are available?

Bank transfer (EUR, GBP, USD), USDT TRC-20 / ERC-20, card by arrangement. Cash — only at the meeting, only by prior agreement. For returning clients — flexible terms: post-payment, monthly deposit.

Is a deposit required for the first booking?

Usually — a 30-50% deposit a day before the meeting, the balance at the meeting or after. Exact terms set by the manager. For returning clients a deposit is usually not required.

What if the model doesn't match expectations?

Speak up immediately — on the day, not a week later. If the model arrived in a different look or the format wasn't what was agreed — write to the manager that same hour. We work through every case. In 90% of cases the cause is an under-detailed brief at the agreement stage.

Can we meet at my place — in a flat, in a residence?

Yes. For returning clients — agreed without further checks. For a new client we usually do the first meeting on neutral ground — a hotel or restaurant from our list. The second meeting — wherever suits you. The address is passed only to the specific model for the specific meeting, not held on file.

Do you work with clients beyond the centre of London?

Zones 1-2 — standard zone. Zones 3-4 (Hampstead, Richmond, Kew, Greenwich) — by arrangement, with transfer factored in. Country addresses in Surrey, Berkshire, Hertfordshire — we cover those too, more often inside a "weekend" scenario or a private event. Agreed at least 24 hours ahead.

Do you have models who understand the art scene?

Yes, and it's one of the more frequent asks specifically in London. Frieze, White Cube, Hauser & Wirth, Saatchi — for those contexts we have models with a real interest in contemporary art. Not a "surface knowledge of names" but a conversation at the table that doesn't put the client on the back foot in front of a gallerist.

How is the "weekend" scenario or a trip organised?

From 24 hours to 7 days. The model accompanies throughout — breakfast, activities, evening. For London it might be a weekend in the Cotswolds or Oxford; for travel — Dubai, Monaco, a short hop to Geneva. All travel, accommodation and meals — on the client. The model's fee is agreed separately before departure. Minimum 48-72 hours to organise.

Do you have media-tier models?

Yes, a separate segment with a separate price list. From $3,500 for two hours, the rest by agreement. This pool opens to returning clients — after several successful meetings and a mutual feel for the format. We don't bring a new client into the media category.

How do you vet your models?

Three stages: photo verification (real, recent — not agency cards from three years ago), an in-person meeting with a manager, a trial format. We take fewer than one in twenty. We check language, education, the ability to hold a conversation in different contexts, experience in the relevant scenarios.

Can I request a particular model again?

Yes, standard practice for returning clients. If she has the slot free — we book her. If she's busy — we'll suggest an alternative of a similar type. Many clients in London work with one or two models for months on end.

Is confidentiality guaranteed?

Communication only through end-to-end encrypted messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp). Client data is held only with the manager, with restricted access. After the meeting addresses and details are wiped from working chats within 72 hours. Nothing is shared with third parties. Deletion of all data on request — within 24 hours, GDPR practice.

Can I call instead of texting?

Messengers only — Telegram or WhatsApp. All meeting details should be set down in writing, and end-to-end encryption is more reliable than an ordinary call. In urgent moments a messenger answers faster than a phone call.

How do I cancel or reschedule a meeting?

Free of charge — 12 hours ahead and more. Later — a compensation share is possible (usually 30% if the model is already en route). Cancelling an hour before — payment of half the slot. Rescheduling to another date with the same model — if she's free, no penalty.

Do you work with couples?

Yes, there's a separate category of models for that format. The agreement takes a touch longer — the details of expectations and roles matter. Not a frequent request, but we do work with it.

What's not part of your format?

Meetings under two hours. Mass events without a personal client. Sharing a model's photos with third parties. Scenarios with risk to the model's safety. Haggling after the meeting — terms are agreed before, and they hold. All of this is talked through at the agreement stage.
