How to reach APEX in Marbella
Marbella is a resort town with hard seasonality, and how fast a match happens here depends on the month. The APEX manager is on Telegram at @Apex_concierge or on WhatsApp at the same number, on shift 24/7, replying in 1-3 minutes. In low season the process is unhurried: a table on the Golden Mile, sunbeds, the meeting time — all of it closes in one conversation inside 30-40 minutes. In July and August the tempo is different, with requests running in parallel from dozens of clients. Don't call — communication happens only in encrypted messengers. And don't come to the address on Avenida Ricardo Soriano: it is a coordination point, not a reception.
Time zone and working hours
Marbella runs on Europe/Madrid: CET (GMT+1) in winter and CEST (GMT+2) in summer, with the clocks changing on the last Sunday of March and October. The manager replies around the clock in local time. Without these details, matching stretches by an extra thirty to sixty minutes on clarifications alone.
