How to reach APEX in Marbella
Marbella is a resort town with hard seasonality, and how fast a match happens here depends on the month. The APEX manager is on Telegram at @Apex_concierge or on WhatsApp at the same number, on shift 24/7, replying in 1-3 minutes. In low season the process is unhurried: a table on the Golden Mile, sunbeds, the meeting time — all of it closes in one conversation inside 30-40 minutes. In July and August the tempo is different, with requests running in parallel from dozens of clients. Don't call — communication happens only in encrypted messengers. And don't come to the address on Avenida Ricardo Soriano: it is a coordination point, not a reception.
Time zone and working hours
Marbella runs on Europe/Madrid: CET (GMT+1) in winter and CEST (GMT+2) in summer, with the clocks changing on the last Sunday of March and October. The manager replies around the clock in local time. Peak load is Thursday to Sunday from 21:00 to 05:00 — the Spanish evening starts late, dinner at 21:30-22:00, and the marina clubs fill up around one and run to five or six in the morning. For guests from Moscow (GMT+3) the difference is two hours in winter and one in summer; for Dubai (GMT+4), three and two respectively.
Languages
The manager handles correspondence in Russian and English at the same level, around the clock. Marbella itself is an international environment: staff at the Golden Mile hotels, the Puente Romano restaurants and the Puerto Banús venues speak English freely, while in the old town and Benahavís Spanish comes in useful. If a particular language matters for the evening — a reception, a business dinner, a meeting with a Spanish side — say so in your first message: it's handled individually at the agreement stage.
Channels
- Telegram @Apex_concierge — the main channel, reply in three minutes, 24/7.
- WhatsApp — the same number, for anyone who doesn't use Telegram.
- No calls, SMS or email — end-to-end encrypted messengers only. The conversation stays inside a protected channel, leaving no trace with telecom operators or on mail servers.
- The coordination point is APEX Liaison, Avenida Ricardo Soriano, Marbella. No meetings take place there — it is a working site for manager shift changes.
What to put in your first message
The more precise the task, the faster the match. Ideally the first message contains: the format (beach club, dinner on the Golden Mile, a night in Banús, a dining evening, a golf day, a yacht, a meeting at the hotel), the date and time, the location (hotel, restaurant or district — Golden Mile, Banús, Nueva Andalucía, the old town, eastern Marbella, Benahavís), the duration and your preferences regarding the model. For a yacht: the vessel's name, the berth or anchorage, and the return time to port; for a villa in a gated community: the approach and the name on the security list; for July and August: the dates as early as possible. Without these details, matching stretches by an extra thirty to sixty minutes on clarifications alone.
