Landing at NCE and the first evening in Nice
The most frequent Nice scenario. The flight lands at NCE, the centre is 20 minutes away, and the evening starts the same day. The model meets you at the hotel — Anantara Plaza by the Jardin Albert 1er or Le Méridien at the start of the Promenade — then an aperitif on the terrace and dinner in the old town: La Petite Maison by the Opera or Le Bistrot d'Antoine on Rue de la Préfecture. A 4-hour format with no trips out and no rush; it also serves as the opening evening before the runs to Monaco and Cannes on the following days.

Tip:
it's better to set the meeting at the hotel than in the arrivals hall — calmer, and not hostage to a delayed flight; for the same evening, two or three hours' notice to the manager is enough out of season, a day in July and August
An evening in Monaco with a base in Nice
Nice is cheaper than Monaco to stay in and softer in atmosphere, so many people sleep here and spend the evening in the principality. Leave at 19:00 and you're in Monte-Carlo at 19:25. Then dinner, the casino, the Port Hercule quayside, and back to Nice through the night. On the way you can stop in Èze: La Chèvre d'Or sits exactly halfway, twenty minutes from Nice and fifteen from Monaco.

Cannes and Cap d'Antibes
Thirty minutes on the A8 and you're in Cannes; twenty-five from Nice takes you to Cap d'Antibes and the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc. The classic daytime route: lunch on the headland, the afternoon on the Croisette, dinner on the way back. During the May festival days this scenario becomes the default — hotel rates in Cannes run several times higher, and Nice is half an hour up the road.

A day on Cap Ferrat and dinner in Èze
A calm daytime format for anyone who has already worked through the evening scenarios. Twenty minutes from Nice is the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula: the park of the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, the Club Dauphin pool above the sea, a walk along the coastal path. In the evening, the climb up to the medieval village of Èze and dinner on the terrace of La Chèvre d'Or with a view along the whole coast. Back in Nice in 20 minutes.

6 hours and up, otherwise the driving eats half of it; Èze means cobbles and a climb, so tell the manager if dinner there is on the plan and the companion's shoes will be picked for the route
A yacht in Port Lympia and an evening by the water
A format that runs from May to October. The model arrives at the Quai Lunel berth at the agreed time and boards at the crew's invitation. From there, either you stay in port with dinner along the quay, or you head out along the coast towards Cap Ferrat and Beaulieu. The logical close to the evening is JAN on Rue Lascaris — a Michelin-starred restaurant two steps from the berths.

The Nice Carnival in February
For two weeks in February the city lives on the carnival: night corsi on Place Masséna, the Bataille de fleurs on the Promenade des Anglais, the seafront closed to traffic. The scenario is daytime and evening at once — grandstands for the flower battle, dinner in the old town, a late continuation on the seafront. It is the one time of year when central Nice is denser than the coast around it.

Off-season: the city without the coast
From October to January the Riviera empties, the beach restaurants close, and Nice turns into an ordinary southern city. It is the best time for the gastronomic format: Flaveur with two Michelin stars, Le Chantecler at Negresco, evenings in Vieux Nice with no queues and no crowds. Agreement is quick — often the same day — and the choice is wider than in season.
