An evening on board in the marina
The most common Porto Cervo scenario: the guest lives on a yacht and the evening is built around the boat. The model arrives at the tender dock in Marina di Porto Cervo at the agreed time and boards at the crew's invitation. From there it is either dinner on deck or a run into the village: Il Pescatore two steps from the pontoons, an aperitivo on the Piazzetta, a late Billionaire. The format usually runs four to six hours; if the vessel is going out to sea, the route and the return transfer are settled in advance.

Dinner on the Costa Smeralda
The classic four-hour evening. The Cala di Volpe Barbecue is the most visible venue on the coast and the most formal evening format: a terrace above the bay, a long dress is right, book ahead. Spinnaker at Liscia di Vacca is seafood, calm, with tables at the water. Il Pescatore in the Old Port is the option for anyone who doesn't want to leave the marina. The meeting is usually at the restaurant entrance or in the hotel lobby, ten to fifteen minutes before the booking.

A meeting at a consortium hotel
For guests staying on shore rather than on the water. Cala di Volpe is the principal address on the coast, with dinner and a bar on the grounds. Romazzino and Pitrizza are intimate, with direct access to the water and minimal footfall. Cervo Hotel is the urban format, right in the centre, two steps from the Piazzetta. 7Pines in Baja Sardinia offers contemporary suites and a sunset over the archipelago. The staff at these hotels have worked with the same guests for decades; a correctly handled visit raises no questions at reception.

A beach day and sunset
The daytime scenario of the season, four to six hours, often rolling into dinner. Nikki Beach on Petra Ruja bay means loungers, daytime music and lunch by the water. Phi Beach on the Forte Cappellini headland means sunset sets and dinner on terraces above the sea. Between them lie Liscia Ruja, Principe and Capriccioli for a calm day with no club programme. Towards evening it makes sense to move on to Spinnaker or stay at Phi Beach until dark.

Late evening and clubs
The second half of a Porto Cervo evening runs predictably: aperitivo on the Piazzetta until eleven, dinner, and after one either Billionaire on the hill above the village or Ritual in the rock at Baja Sardinia. Phi Beach works as the halfway option — it starts at sunset and carries into the night. This format usually extends an evening already under way; almost nobody books it as a standalone two hours.

Regatta week
The two weeks of the year some of our clients come for: the Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta in early June and the Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup in the first half of September, both under the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda burgee. The marina is completely full and the evening programme is spread across the boats and the receptions. Company here means the society format: dinners on board, receptions at the yacht club, an evening at Cala di Volpe.

A villa or rented house
The format for anyone renting a villa on Pevero, at Liscia di Vacca, in Porto Rotondo or along the coast between the bays. The model comes to the agreed address, with the time and duration discussed beforehand. For new clients we usually suggest neutral ground for the first meeting — a consortium hotel or a restaurant by the marina — and use the private address from the second.
