01. Request on Telegram
You write to the manager on Telegram: scenario, date, time, preferences, specifics — guests from abroad, conference, anniversary. The more precise the brief — the more precise the match. The manager replies within three minutes during operating hours (24/7). Account for the Tomsk time zone — GMT+7, four hours ahead of Moscow.
02. Selection and agreement
The manager offers 2-4 profiles fitting the scenario: photo, height, age, languages, experience. Time from request to a fully agreed booking — usually 30-90 minutes. At peak (U-Novus, oil and gas forums, New Year) — closer to 90; on an ordinary weekday — 30-40 minutes. Place, time, duration, dress code, payment, transfer — all agreed at this stage.
03. Coordination
The manager organises everything before the meeting: the model receives the address and time, transfer from the rendezvous point if needed, dress-code briefing for the specific venue. In winter a transfer between every point is mandatory — that's part of the standard for working in a Siberian city, not an option.
04. The meeting
The model arrives 10-15 minutes ahead of the agreed time: in the hotel lobby, at the restaurant entrance, at the rendezvous point. After the meeting — the return transfer if agreed. A short follow-up with the manager isn't required, but it helps us match more precisely next time.
