How to book escort in Washington: complete guide
A detailed guide for anyone planning a meeting in Washington: pricing, hotels, scenarios, etiquette, confidentiality. From APEX practice in this city.
What APEX is in Washington
Washington is a city where the business week starts Tuesday and ends Thursday. Jefferson, Four Seasons Georgetown, Willard across from the White House, Watergate in Foggy Bottom — we've been working with these hotels since 2012. Plume, Minibar, Komi, dinner until 19:30, bars until 23, a concert at the Kennedy Center, then the Georgetown waterfront. Manager replies in three minutes, model matched within an hour. 48 cities in the network, and in Washington we hold a discipline of our own.
The pace of the city
Washington runs differently from New York or Miami. There's no nightlife in the usual sense: fine dining kitchens close at 22:00, bars by 23, and even on Friday by midnight Georgetown is asleep. So 70% of our meetings in DC happen between 18:00 and 23:00, with the peak landing midweek — Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. That's the "deal week" — when K Street lobbyists, McKinsey and BCG consultants, bankers from New York fly in for meetings at SEC, Treasury, Capitol Hill.
Requests in Washington come in earlier than in most of our other cities. For Tuesday evening they write Monday morning or Sunday. For a Friday gala at the Kennedy Center — two weeks ahead. It comes from how the city is built: schedules here are tight, meetings get set a month out, and nobody decides "for tonight" — even when they want to.
The manager replies on Telegram in 3 minutes, 24/7. Model selection — 30 to 90 minutes depending on the scenario. For a Plume dinner at the Jefferson — usually an hour. For a Kennedy Center gala with black tie — better to plan 5 to 7 days ahead, the choice is wider.
Washington's seasons
Washington has four peak windows in the year. Cherry Blossom Festival (late March through mid-April) — tourist peak, hotels in Georgetown and Foggy Bottom book 2-3 months ahead, restaurants around the Tidal Basin packed. White House Correspondents' Dinner in late April — a story of its own: journalists, media chiefs, political consultants, a gala at the Washington Hilton, after-parties across the city. State of the Union in late January or early February — incoming foreign delegations, embassy receptions. Inauguration every four years in January — the most intense window of all, hotels book half a year ahead.
In ordinary months — standard deal week. Summer in Washington is quieter: Congress is on recess in August, many top consultants leave for the Hamptons or Europe. September brings activity back, and that holds through December.
Where we work
Georgetown is our main district for meetings in Washington. Four Seasons on Pennsylvania Avenue, Rosewood on 31st Street with a canal view, historic homes and the waterfront — all within a 15-minute walk. Clients who value privacy and the aesthetics of colonial architecture come here.
Foggy Bottom — the district by State Department, World Bank, IMF. The Watergate, Park Hyatt, Ritz-Carlton sit here — hotels for business guests with meetings at those institutions. Ten minutes on foot to the White House, five to the Kennedy Center.
Penn Quarter and downtown — for meetings closer to Capitol Hill and federal agencies. Willard InterContinental across from Treasury, St. Regis Washington two blocks from the White House, Jefferson on 16th Street. Premium segment with a history: the Willard has been working since 1816, every U.S. president has passed through it.
Dupont Circle and Embassy Row on Massachusetts Avenue — the embassies and think-tanks district. We bring clients here for diplomatic receptions and dinners with foreign delegations. Capitol Hill — a separate scenario, with meetings in senators' and House members' offices, usually during the day, no evening continuation.
Etiquette and dress code
Washington is the strictest American city by etiquette where we work. Quieter than New York, more formal than Miami, more serious than Chicago. Smart business — the standard for dinners at Plume, Komi, Fiola: dress to the knee or below, closed top, minimum jewellery, classic pumps. No club looks, no bright makeup. The model has to read as a professional — consultant, lawyer, economist.
Black tie — the mandatory code for galas at the Kennedy Center, for the White House Correspondents' Dinner, for embassy receptions. Long dress, refined jewellery, flawless hair. We hold a separate pool of models who work specifically in this format — with experience at events like these, with an understanding of how to carry themselves alongside public figures.
For hotel meetings the dress code is softer, but even in the lobby of the Four Seasons or the Jefferson the model arrives in cocktail or business attire, not casual. That's part of our work — we brief the model for the specific venue and scenario, and the client doesn't have to think about it.
Things we say plainly
Washington is a delicate city. We have rules we keep strictly and without exception: no political talk from the model, no comments on sitting officials, no mention of the client or their work outside the meeting. It isn't a formality — it's a condition for working in DC. Our models are briefed and grasp this from the first conversation.
We don't take meetings under two hours. Standard slot in Washington — 2 hours from $1,200, 4 hours from $1,500, a night from $2,500, a day from $4,000, two days from $6,000. Media tier — from $3,500 for 2 hours, from $5,000 for 4 hours. All prices in U.S. dollars, payment — cash, bank transfer, by agreement crypto. Returning clients — post-payment and individual terms.
We don't work mass events without a specific client, we don't share model photos with third parties, we don't discuss politics and we make no statements about anyone. These are boundaries we've held since 2012, and they are one of the reasons our Washington clients stay with us for years.
When to write and how long to wait
The APEX manager in Washington replies on Telegram within the first three minutes, 24/7. Model matching — 30-90 minutes depending on scenario and load. At peak the choice tightens naturally — best to write 1-2 days ahead. In season (Cherry Blossom Festival (late March-April), White House Correspondents' Dinner (April), State of the Union (January-February)) the premium segment tightens significantly — booking 2-3 weeks ahead is required.
How a meeting is organised — step by step
01. Request on Telegram
You write to the manager on Telegram or WhatsApp: what scenario, the date and time, any specifics. "Dinner at Plume, Wednesday at 19:30, good English needed, smart business" — that's enough for an accurate match. "Gala at the Kennedy Center on Friday, black tie, plus after at the Watergate Bar" — works too.
The manager replies in 3 minutes at any hour. Washington is Eastern Time, and our managers run shifts 24/7 in the DC time zone.
02. Selection and agreement
The manager sends 2 to 4 profiles fitting your scenario. Photos, height, age, languages, DC experience, dress-code specifics. You choose, you clarify the details — meeting place, time, payment method, whether a transfer from Reagan National or Dulles is needed.
If the chosen model is busy on another booking, the manager says so right away and offers a comparable alternative. Time from request to a fully agreed booking — usually 30 to 60 minutes on a weekday, up to 90 minutes at peak (Tuesday-Thursday from 18:00).
03. Coordination
After confirmation the manager organises everything: the model gets the hotel or restaurant address, the time, a dress-code briefing for the specific venue. If dinner is at Komi — the model knows Komi runs a tasting menu and smart business. If it's the Kennedy Center — black tie, and the model is ready for the concert or the opera.
Payment is settled at this stage. In Washington we accept USD cash, bank transfer, USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20), BTC. For returning clients — post-payment, monthly retainer, flexible terms.
04. The meeting
The model arrives 10 to 15 minutes before the agreed time. At a hotel — waiting in the lobby, at a restaurant — at the door or at your table. If it's an event at the Kennedy Center or an embassy reception — you meet at the rendezvous point and arrive together.
After the meeting the model leaves on her own or by transfer if agreed. A short follow-up with the manager isn't required, but we welcome the feedback: what worked, what to improve. It helps us match more precisely next time.

Meeting scenarios
We hold each scenario separately: the model is matched to the format, not the other way around.
Dinner in Washington
Dinner is the most frequent scenario in DC. A 3-4 hour format: meeting at the restaurant or at the hotel lobby, dinner, optionally drinks afterwards. We book the table ourselves — we hold direct contacts with the maitre d's at the keystone fine dining addresses. Plume, Komi, Fiola for the classics, Minibar for a special occasion, Maydan and Rasika for a non-standard choice.
Tip: for the midweek peak book 2-3 weeks ahead; Minibar — 30 days ahead (standard for a tasting bar)
Hotel Meeting
For hotel meetings we work with the Washington five-star segment: Four Seasons Georgetown, Jefferson, Willard, Watergate, Rosewood, St. Regis, Park Hyatt. In each — its own check-in procedure, reception specifics, private options. The model arrives at the lobby, then — the room, the hotel restaurant or drinks.
Tip: if you choose the hotel yourself — name it to the manager and he'll tell you the specifics (private entrance, best floor, level of public visibility in the lobby)
Business Accompaniment
The DC business scenario is accompaniment at business dinners with international partners, corporate receptions, meetings with advisors. The model works in smart business, speaks English (on request — other languages), knows negotiation etiquette. Often a parallel format: first part at the event, second — a private dinner.
Tip: for a first business format with APEX we agree details deeper than usual — send the event format, dress code, guest list; the model has to read as part of your professional contour
Diplomatic Receptions and Embassy Events
Embassy receptions on Massachusetts Avenue, diplomatic galas, receptions inside embassies, cultural events with foreign delegations. The model — with the relevant language (French, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese, Arabic, Russian), with experience of protocol events, flawless discipline in conversation. No political statements, only culture and general topics.
Tip: book 1-2 weeks ahead; for major national days — 3-4 weeks; dress code agreed with the embassy, usually cocktail or black tie
Kennedy Center, Opera, Concerts
The cultural scenario — National Symphony Orchestra concerts, opera and ballet at the Kennedy Center, Broadway productions. We pick a model with experience of these events: knows the programme, observes the dress code, can hold a conversation about the production. Often combined with dinner before the concert at Plume or Bourbon Steak (Four Seasons) and drinks after at Top of the Gate (Watergate).
Tip: tickets for premieres — 2-3 months ahead; for the regular programme — 1-2 weeks; for galas black tie is required, for a regular concert smart business
White House Correspondents' Dinner and Major Galas
Washington's crown jewel — the White House Correspondents' Dinner in late April, galas at the Kennedy Center, charity receptions, annual corporate receptions of major consulting firms. Black tie required for all. A separate pool of models with experience at major events. Price above standard, booking 3-6 weeks ahead.
Tip: for WHCD plan 1-2 months ahead — demand peaks; long dress, flawless hair, experience working with public figures
Weekends and Trips
From 24 hours to 7 days. Within DC — weekends with activities: Smithsonian, Tidal Basin, Georgetown waterfront, a concert at the Kennedy Center, dinner at the Inn at Little Washington (Virginia, 90 minutes' drive). Trips to New York, Miami, Aspen — agreed 2 to 5 days ahead. All travel, accommodation, meals — on the client.
Tip: for Cherry Blossom season (late March-April) book 6-8 weeks ahead; for a regular weekend — 1-2 weeks
Pricing and formats
Pricing in Washington: $1200–$6000. Standard tier and media segment. Payment — cash, bank transfer, crypto by agreement.
Etiquette and dress code
Each venue in Washington holds its own code: central five-star hotels — cocktail or evening attire, premium restaurants — business or evening, cultural events — full-length dress and heel. We don't have to brief this with the client — the model knows.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly can a model be matched for tonight in Washington?
On average 30 to 90 minutes. In deal week (Tuesday-Thursday from 18:00) — closer to 90, choice is tight. Monday or Friday afternoon — 30 to 45 minutes. If the scenario calls for black tie or a specific language — add another 20 to 30 minutes.
Can I book a model for the White House Correspondents' Dinner?
Yes, this is one of our regular requests. We book 2 to 4 weeks ahead — black tie, long dress, experience at major galas. The price for that night runs higher than standard — the event happens once a year, and demand for models at that level is high.
Which Washington hotels does the model enter without questions at reception?
Four Seasons Georgetown, Jefferson, Willard InterContinental, Watergate, Rosewood Georgetown, St. Regis, Park Hyatt — all of these hotels receive guests correctly, no awkward questions. The model arrives in cocktail or business attire, no luggage. For your specific hotel the manager will tell you the specifics.
Do you work late at night?
Yes, 24/7, but Washington closes early: restaurants until 22, bars until 23, hotel lobbies quieter after midnight. Late meetings are possible and happen regularly — the format simply shifts from dinner to a meeting in the room or at the lobby bar of the Four Seasons or the Jefferson.
What's the price range in Washington?
Standard: 2 hours from $1,200, 4 hours from $1,500, a night from $2,500, a day from $4,000, two days from $6,000. Media tier: 2 hours from $3,500, 4 hours from $5,000. These are the lower bounds — the exact price depends on the specific model and scenario. Costs for dinner, taxis, the event itself — on the client.
