By seven the business part is done. Contracts signed, the panel wrapped, handshakes given out — and ahead lies the stretch of the day that, at this forum, decides as much as the daytime did. Dinner at Palkin, a Sber reception, a late conversation by the fireplace at the Astoria. The only question is how to spend that evening: alone, between your phone and the room bill, or beside someone who holds the table, speaks the delegation's language and asks no needless questions. We are the second option. Twelve years of it.

About the forum
SPIEF has been held since 1997, and from 2005 it carried the status of the country's main business venue. On paper it is a platform for signing contracts — at the 2025 forum 1062 agreements were signed, worth 6.3 trillion rubles. In practice it is four days that set the pace of Russian business through the rest of the year.
The SPIEF audience is not the average Petersburg guest. These are people on a tight schedule who fly in on Sunday, spend four days at the Four Seasons or the Lotte, travel out to ExpoForum and back, and pass their evenings in closed formats. They do not need a tour of the Hermitage. They need the evening to run by their own script, with no logistics to solve.
We have worked with this audience since 2014. We know which hotels take guests on an American passport, which restaurants will not seat you during forum days without a booking placed two weeks ahead, which models carry English close to a native speaker's and which carry Arabic. For the days of SPIEF 2026 the guest country is Saudi Arabia, and this year we keep a separate pool of models for Arabic-speaking delegations.

How we operate during the forum
In ordinary times we take bookings a day ahead. During SPIEF — no. The calendar is dense, models are booked out, the hotels are full. So:
— The ideal lead time is 2 weeks before June 3. In that window we can agree everything: the type, the languages, the days, the venues, the dress code for specific evenings.
— The minimum lead time is 3 days. We will take it, but the choice of models will be limited to whoever is free.
— Same-day requests — only if we happen to hold an open slot. That is rare on June 3–6. Usually the answer is "today won't work, there is an option for tomorrow."
The languages we keep on hand for SPIEF:
- English — native or close to it
- Arabic — a separate pool kept specifically for the delegations of Saudi Arabia and the UAE
- Chinese — native speakers for Asian delegations
- French, Italian, Spanish — on request
What we handle without being reminded:
- We agree the dress code in advance for the specific evening. We understand the difference between "dinner at Bellevue Brasserie" and "a reception at the Mikhailovsky."
- We know which hotels turn guests away without a reservation during forum days — Four Seasons Lion Palace, Astoria, Lotte — and there we keep a direct line to the concierge desks.
- We do not use the guest's working chat during the evening. Every question goes through our manager, not through the model.
- We keep correspondence for 72 hours, then delete it. That is the standard, not an option.

The classic, directly facing St. Isaac's Cathedral. More often chosen by delegations on diplomatic protocol. The distance to ExpoForum is the same.

Who you can spend the night with at these hotels

Forum day logistics
Logistics during SPIEF is a task of its own. The city locks up. Here is what we have learned about organising the day.
Morning — the transfer from the hotel to ExpoForum.
From the centre it is 35 minutes with clear roads, an hour or more during forum days. Guests often leave at 7:30–8:00 for a session that starts at 10:00. Returning to the hotel between sessions is not an option.
Daytime programme — at ExpoForum.
Catering there is arranged and there are lounges. If a guest has no wish to spend nine hours straight on site, after the second session they often head back to the hotel or to our office on Nevsky to rest and change for the evening.
Evening.
The most interesting formats during SPIEF are not at the forum itself. The closed receptions of Sber, Gazprom, the regions. Dinners at Bellevue Brasserie, Sakhalin, Palkin, Tinatin (Georgian cuisine — a delegation favourite these last two years). After 23:00 come the club formats we will not name in open text, but ask the manager and he will share the current year's list.
Back to the hotel — after midnight.
That is normal. We settle the schedule in advance: either the model accompanies you to the hotel, or we say goodbye at the restaurant. That is the guest's decision.

BRICS+ focus
SPIEF is our oldest recurring case. A short chronicle:
SPIEF 2023 (June 14–17) — a BRICS+ focus. Delegations from India and South Africa. During forum days our models with fluent English were fully booked from the second week of May. Demand for Arabic-speaking guests rose 30% against 2022.
SPIEF 2024 (June 5–8) — guest country the UAE. The most "Arabic" forum in our history. We assembled a separate pool for the Emirati delegations, part of it with working Arabic. One guest ordered a different format for all four evenings — a piece of focus we still remember.
SPIEF 2025 (June 18–21) — Belarus as guest country. A calm year with no special accents, but it was the year when, for the first time during forum days, we had no models free from Wednesday through Friday. Plan ahead — we mean it.
SPIEF 2026 (June 3–6) — Saudi Arabia. Already now, in May 2026, the first wave of requests for the forum dates is coming in. By our forecast, demand will rise another 20% against 2025.

How far ahead of SPIEF 2026 should I book?
Ideally two weeks. Three days at a minimum. Same-day rarely works — June 3–6 is booked out in advance.
Do you take requests from abroad?
Yes, the main channels are Telegram (@Apex_concierge) and WhatsApp. The guest's time zone makes no difference — the manager replies within 5 minutes at any hour.
Do you have models with fluent English?
Yes, and plenty of them. Some carry native-level English (studied or lived in the US or Britain), some a confident working level, enough for a social dinner. We will match precisely to the evening.
Arabic, Chinese, other languages?
Arabic — a separate pool kept specifically for SPIEF 2026 (guest country Saudi Arabia). Chinese — yes. French, Italian, Spanish — on request.
How much discretion is there? I am a public figure.
The standard — we do not keep correspondence longer than 72 hours, we do not publish photos from meetings, and models sign an NDA to work with public guests. Additional requirements (no phone during the evening, an incognito arrangement, a separate hotel entrance) we agree case by case.
Can I pay in dollars or euros?
Yes. We accept USD, EUR, AED in cash or by transfer to a foreign account. For Russian delegations — rubles, transfer or cash.
What are the prices during SPIEF?
During the forum a "seasonal" rate applies — 30–50% above standard. That reflects the peak load, not the type of guest. Two hours — from 80,000 ₽, a night — from 160,000 ₽. Public-figure models carry a separate rate by arrangement.
What if I want a companion only for the forum, with no evening?
A valid request. We have a separate "companion for a business event" format — the model joins a specific session, dinner or reception. Duration 3–6 hours. Rate — from 60,000 ₽.
What if my request is cancelled?
Cancellation 48 hours or more before the start — no penalty. Between 24 and 48 hours — 50%. Under 24 hours — 100%. During SPIEF days no refund is made without an objective reason (the forum cancelled, force majeure).
Can I book one model for several evenings in a row?
Yes, and it is the format we prefer — the model and the guest already know each other, the evenings run easier. We will give a 10–15% discount on a package of three days or more.
What guarantee is there that the photo on the site is the model who arrives?
We run mandatory video verification of the model before the meeting. If the photos do not match, the model does not go out. That has been the standard since 2018.
What if I want conversation without a planned outcome?
We take it. Not every guest during SPIEF wants an evening with an after. Often it is a business dinner and a goodbye. That format is ours too.
Which models suit business formats best?
Those with a university degree (MSU, SPbU, MGIMO, Western programmes) and experience in a corporate setting. Every model's file carries her education, languages and background. The manager matches to the evening.
Can I arrange a trip out of town — to Strelna, say, or the islands?
Yes, that format exists. We agree it separately, with a transfer fee added. During SPIEF many guests travel out to the Konstantinovsky Palace — we have a standard for it.
What if I arrive without a booking and want something now?
Message the manager — we will see what is open for the next 2–3 hours. It is rare during forum days, but sometimes it works.
How do I book a companion for SPIEF 2026?
Message the manager on Telegram or WhatsApp two weeks before June 3 — we will send 2–3 profiles matched to your evenings: dinner, reception, programme. Selection, dress code and schedule are agreed in advance.
