Scenarios and venues in Saint Petersburg
Meeting formats and venues we work with: five-star hotels in the centre, signature restaurants, theatres, private spaces.
Dinner in Saint Petersburg
Dinner is the most frequent scenario in Saint Petersburg, as in Moscow, but the format is different. In Moscow it's more often White Rabbit and Turandot with imperial scale; in Saint Petersburg — Birch with a Nordic set, Kokoko on local produce, Palkin with imperial classics. Three to four hours for the meeting, advance booking required. We hold direct maître d' contacts at the keystone central venues — at Palkin, Birch and Bolognese this matters in season.

Hotel Meeting
For hotel meetings — the central five-stars Four Seasons Lion Palace, Belmond Grand Hotel Europe, Kempinski Moika 22, Astoria, Lotte, SO/. The choice depends on the scenario: Lion Palace for proximity to the Mariinsky, Belmond for classical European atmosphere, Kempinski for views over Peter and Paul, Astoria for British high-end, Lotte for maximum privacy, SO/ for a contemporary tone. The model arrives in the lobby; from there — by your call.

Theatre, Opera, Ballet
Saint Petersburg is Russia's theatre capital, and our cultural scenario works deeper here than in any other city. The Mariinsky (historic stage and Mariinsky-2), the Alexandrinsky, the Mikhailovsky, the BDT — we pick a model with experience: knows the repertoire, holds the dress code. Often paired with dinner before the show at a restaurant five to ten minutes away (Palkin, L'Europe for the Mikhailovsky, Tartarbar for the Alexandrinsky).
Mariinsky Theatre (Historic Stage)
1 Theatre Square
The main stage of the Mariinsky, opened in 1860. World-class opera and ballet, Valery Gergiev — artistic director. Current repertoire — tickets one to two weeks out; gala premieres — a month to six weeks. We hold direct contact with the tic…

Mikhailovsky Theatre

BDT (Tovstonogov Bolshoi Drama Theatre)
65 Fontanka Embankment

For accompaniment — a daytime programme (2-3 hours at the museum, curator on request), an evening at the theatre, dinner after.
