Frequently asked questions — Saint Petersburg
Real questions from APEX clients in Saint Petersburg: matching, booking, hotels, travel, dress code.
How quickly can a model be matched for tonight?
In Saint Petersburg usually 30 to 60 minutes; during White Nights and on Fridays-Saturdays — up to 90. If the scenario carries a complex dress code (a Mariinsky premiere, a closed Hermitage reception) — add 20 to 30 minutes: we pick a model with the relevant experience.
Can I book for Friday evening with two hours' notice?
Yes, that's a working format. But the choice in that moment is already trimmed — the most-requested models are in play. If you want a particular one — write earlier, especially in season (late May to mid-July, the New Year holidays, Scarlet Sails).
Which hotels receive guests without questions at reception?
Four Seasons Lion Palace, Belmond Grand Hotel Europe, Kempinski Moika 22, Astoria, Lotte Hotel St Petersburg — all work in the format that's standard in the five-star segment. If the visit is organised correctly (dress code, no excess luggage, suitable time) — no questions arise. Specifics for your particular hotel — ask the manager, he knows each one.
Do you work during White Nights?
Yes, and it's one of our busiest windows. From May 25 to July 20 we hold an extended shift, a separate pool of models for summer scenarios (canal walks, terrace dinners, late outings after the theatre). Booking — minimum three days ahead, for premium models — a week.
What about Scarlet Sails?
The third Saturday of June in Saint Petersburg — the school-leavers' night with a show on the Neva, fireworks, a concert on Palace Square. We hold a separate accompaniment format for this evening: dinner at a restaurant with a Neva view, access to a closed venue (if the client has a pass), watching the show from a rooftop or from the water on a private boat. Planned at least two to three weeks ahead — every agency in the city is working that night, and the resource is limited.
Does the model know the Mariinsky dress code?
Models in our Saint Petersburg base go through a separate theatre-format selection stage. Full-length dress for premieres at Mariinsky-2, mid-length black dress for current repertoire, closed shoes and restrained jewellery — that's not up for discussion, the model knows it herself. For the Alexandrinsky and the Mikhailovsky — same level. For the BDT — the format is a touch more relaxed.
Do you have access to Mariinsky tickets?
Yes, we hold contacts with the theatre's guest service. Current repertoire — one to two weeks out; gala premieres and festivals — a month to six weeks. Stalls, dress circle, boxes. For the December Nutcracker — minimum two months, it's the most-booked title of the year.
Trips to Pushkin, Peterhof, Repino — do they work?
Yes. Peterhof — daytime format with an excursion, dinner usually at Tsarskaya Pristan or one of the Strelna restaurants. Pushkin — Catherine Palace by day, dinner at Trapeznaya or back in the city. Resort District (Repino, Komarovo, Sestroretsk) — more often a weekend format with accommodation on the Gulf of Finland. Everything is agreed in advance, transfer factored into the time calculation.
Travel to Moscow and other cities?
Yes, we have 48 cities. If you need a companion in Moscow for a business meeting or a trip — the manager pulls a Moscow model or arranges for a Saint Petersburg one to travel (transport, accommodation, fee separate). The Sapsan to Moscow is four hours — that doesn't scare anyone.
"Weekend" scenario — how does it work?
From 24 hours to 7 days. In Saint Petersburg — more often two or three days with accommodation in a hotel or rented apartments, with a programme (Hermitage or Russian Museum in the morning, canal walk in the afternoon, dinner and theatre in the evening). Weekends on the Gulf of Finland — Repino, Sestroretsk — a separate, calmer format. Travel, accommodation, meals — on the client; the model's fee separate.
Do you work after 2 a.m.?
Yes, 24/7. After 2 a.m. there are fewer active venues than in Moscow, but the "drawn bridges and a night walk" format during White Nights is one of our signature scenarios. The manager is reachable at all times.
Are there models who speak English?
English — for most. French, Italian, German — selectively, with particular models with specialist education. Chinese and Arabic — two or three people. When you ask, specify — we match for the level of conversation (small talk vs. business vs. cultural).
What about payment?
Cash — everywhere. Bank transfer — through the manager, with details sent over. Crypto (USDT, BTC) — by agreement. Returning clients — post-payment, deposits, flexible terms. In season and on holiday dates — 30-50% prepayment is required.
Is a deposit required for the first booking?
In most cases — 30% a day before the meeting, the balance on meeting. For longer formats (overnight, full day) — up to 50%. Exact terms with the manager, depending on the model, scenario and date.
What if the model doesn't match expectations?
Discussed immediately, not after the fact. If there's a mismatch on attire, format or level — write to the manager that same hour. Depending on cause — a different model, partial refund, scenario adjustment. Cases like this in Saint Petersburg run under 1% — tighter selection and more detailed coordination.
Can we meet at my flat or on a yacht?
Yes. We call it "client's private location". For a new client we usually suggest the first meeting on our ground (hotel, restaurant); for returning ones — your address is agreed without further questions. The address isn't kept on file; it's passed only to the model for the specific meeting.
Are there media-tier models in Saint Petersburg?
There's a separate category with separate pricing (from 200,000 ₽ for two hours). Access opens to returning clients after several successful collaborations. We don't put new clients into the media category for first contact.
How are models vetted?
Three stages: photo verification (current photos, not archived), an in-person meeting with the manager in Saint Petersburg, a trial format (a short meeting, level assessment for conversation, manners, fit). We take fewer than one in twenty. The Saint Petersburg base is smaller than Moscow's, but in the city we work even more carefully.
Confidentiality?
Client data — name, phone, payment details — held only with the manager, access restricted. After the meeting, details are wiped from working chats within 72 hours. Addresses of private locations aren't kept on file. GDPR practices, deletion on request — within 24 hours.
Can I call by phone instead of texting?
Messengers only (Telegram, WhatsApp). A deliberate position: all details in writing for accuracy, end-to-end encryption is more reliable than voice. The manager replies faster than a phone call.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Free of charge — 12 hours ahead. Later — a compensation share, usually 30% of the fee. On the day of the meeting an hour before — half the slot. Rescheduling with the same model, if she's free — no penalty.
Do you work with couples?
Yes, there's a category of models "for couples". Coordination is slightly longer — role and expectation details matter. In Saint Petersburg this runs around 4-5% of meetings.
What's not part of your format?
Meetings under two hours. Mass events without a specific personal client. Sharing model photos with third parties. Contact through third parties (only direct request from the client). Scenarios with risk to the model's safety. We discuss all of this at the coordination stage.
