The pace of the city

Yekaterinburg isn't Moscow. The rhythm is different — more predictable, more tied to the business calendar. Most requests here are planned a day or two ahead, not an hour. The top manager from a mining company flying in for talks knows what he wants and writes ahead. The visitor from Moscow or Samara who unexpectedly got stuck for three days — different story, but plenty of those too.

Peak load — Thursday, Friday, Saturday from seven in the evening. During Innoprom (July, every other year an international edition) and the major exhibitions at Yekaterinburg-EXPO, the whole week's volume of meetings compresses into three or four days, and the available models thin out noticeably. Those who understand this write a week ahead.

Time zone: GMT+5, two hours ahead of Moscow. For clients coordinating a meeting from Moscow this matters — "by eight in the evening Yekaterinburg time" is six o'clock in Moscow.

Where we work

Central Yekaterinburg is dense and compact. Lenina, Vainera, Kuibysheva, Malysheva, 8 Marta — the main hotels, restaurants and business spaces sit here. The Yeltsin Center on Boris Yeltsin Street, 3 — a separate point of attraction with restaurants and exhibition spaces. The business quarter around 1905 Square and along Lenina.

Outside the centre we work less, but we work. Verkhnyaya Pyshma (30 minutes) — industrial residences and corporate bases. Ganina Yama, suburban resorts — for "weekend" formats. Agreed in advance, with transfer factored in.

Etiquette and dress code

Hyatt Regency is the city's highest standard, and the staff are used to high-end guests without awkward questions. Angelo Hotel is a touch more relaxed in atmosphere, but the service level doesn't drop. Park Inn by Radisson — business format, strict dress code.

Restaurants in the business quarter — evening or cocktail dress, no club attire. Khmeli-Suneli and Barboris — places where serious people dine, and our model reads accordingly. Panorama at the Hyatt — held to a stricter line: business dress or cocktail, restrained jewellery.

Urals specifics: the winter is long, and from October to April transfer between meeting points isn't an option, it's standard. The model dresses for the weather, arrives in something warm, changes where it's appropriate, or wears a quality coat over an evening look.

Things we say plainly

Two-hour meetings — from 60,000 ₽; four hours — 80,000 ₽; a night — 120,000 ₽; a day — 160,000 ₽; two days — 220,000 ₽. The media segment — from 180,000 ₽ for two hours, from 240,000 ₽ for four. Media-tier models go to returning clients. No haggling after the meeting: terms agreed before are the terms in force.

The Yekaterinburg base is more compact than Moscow's, and during peak Innoprom days or the run-up to New Year the choice tightens for real. Write ahead — it's in your own interest.

Meetings shorter than two hours — we don't take. Mass events without a specific personal client — not our format. Sharing model photos with third parties is forbidden from the first message, and that's not up for discussion.
