Your evening at CIPR
Dinner
Tyubeteyka on Rozhdestvenskaya. Park Restaurant overlooking the Strelka. Yula restaurant. Your companion holds the table and the conversation without prompting.
Reception
Closed-door formats for vendors and integrators after the business programme. Dress code agreed in advance. In the room she belongs there.
After hours
If the evening runs past midnight — we settle the schedule beforehand. The rest is the guest's call.
NDA for public guests
Models sign a non-disclosure agreement. Photos from meetings are never published — ever.
Holds the room
A university education and the right social language — English or Chinese. At a reception she reads as part of the delegation.
Chats live for 72 hours
Then they're deleted. That's been the standard since 2018 not an option on request.
Video verification
Who's in the photos is who arrives. No match — the model doesn't go.
About the forum
CIPR has run since 2016, and over ten years it has grown from a sector gathering of IT people into the main arena where industry and developers settle the terms of digital sovereignty. On paper it's a conference about software import substitution, artificial intelligence and the data economy. In practice it's four days that produce somewhere between three and four hundred signed agreements and set the pace for the whole industry through the rest of the year.
In 2026 the forum drew more than 13 thousand attendees from 46 countries, 185 exhibition stands and over 350 signed agreements — international ones among them, with China, Laos, Angola. The business programme ran 165 discussions with more than a thousand speakers. This is not a small affair. It's a dense flow of people whose every hour is accounted for.
The CIPR crowd is not your average Nizhny Novgorod guest. These are IT directors, owners of software companies, people from state corporations and foreign delegations. They fly in on Sunday, spend four days at the Sheraton on Teatralnaya or the AZIMUT on the Strelka, travel to the Fair and back, and spend their evenings in vendors' closed formats. They don't need a tour of the Kremlin. They need the evening to follow their own script with no logistics to solve.
We've worked with this crowd for years. We know which hotels are booked solid during the forum, which restaurants on Rozhdestvenskaya won't seat you without a reservation, which models have fluent English and which have Chinese for the Asian delegations that grow larger at CIPR every year.

How we operate during the forum
In ordinary times we take bookings a day ahead. During CIPR — no. The schedule is tight, the models are booked out, the hotels are full of delegations. So:
— The ideal lead time is 2 weeks before May 18. That gives us room to agree everything: the type, the languages, the days, the venues, the dress code for specific evenings.
— The minimum lead time is 3 days. We'll take it, but the choice of models will be limited to whoever is free.
— Same-day requests — only if a slot happens to be open. On May 18–21 that's rare. Usually we say "today won't work, but there's an option for tomorrow."
The languages we keep on hand for CIPR:
- English — native or close to native
- Chinese — a separate pool for the Asian delegations, who keep growing in number at the forum
- French, Italian, Spanish — on request
What we handle without being reminded:
- We agree the dress code in advance for the specific evening. We understand the difference between dinner on Rozhdestvenskaya and an integrator's closed reception.
- We know which hotels won't take you during the forum without a reservation — Sheraton, AZIMUT, Grand Hotel Oka. We have a working line to their concierges.
- We don't use the guest's work chat during the evening. Everything goes through our manager, never through the model.
- We keep correspondence for 72 hours, then delete it. That's the standard, not an option.
Where guests stay
CIPR guests stay across several locations. We work with all of them, but there are favourites where we have a working rapport with the concierges:
Sheraton Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin
1 Teatralnaya Square
The city's first five-star international brand, a couple of steps from the Kremlin and the pedestrian Bolshaya Pokrovskaya. The main base for heads of IT divisions and foreign delegations. A Club Lounge for deluxe guests. From the Sheraton to the Nizhny Novgorod Fair is 15–20 minutes by car across the metro bridge, longer during the forum.
AZIMUT Hotel Nizhny Novgorod
2 Zalomova Street
A modern format overlooking the Strelka — where the Oka meets the Volga. Convenient because the Fair is effectively next door, on the same side. Often chosen by delegations who value being close to the venue.
Grand Hotel Oka
27 Gagarin Avenue
A large business hotel with conference infrastructure that traditionally hosts corporate groups. The choice for holdings bringing a whole team.
Marins Park Hotel
12 Sovetskaya Street
Right by the Moskovsky railway station and a few minutes from the Fair. A mid-range format for second-tier delegations who care about logistics rather than the prestige of the address.
Mercure Nizhny Novgorod Center
46 Ilyinskaya Street
A tidy business hotel in the historic part of town, close to Rozhdestvenskaya and its restaurants. Handy for evening formats in the centre.
Who you can spend the night with at these hotels
A hotel suite is only half of the evening. Below — companions available during the forum in Nizhny Novgorod. Choose a face; the manager confirms whether she is free for your dates.
Forum day logistics
Logistics during CIPR is a task in its own right. The city doesn't seize up the way the capitals do during big forums, but the Fair sits on the left bank, the hotels and restaurants mostly on the right, and between them are bridges with predictable traffic. Here's what we've learned.
Morning.
The transfer from the hotel to the Nizhny Novgorod Fair. From the Sheraton and the centre — across the metro bridge or the Kanavinsky, 15–20 minutes without traffic, up to forty during the forum. Sessions often start at 10:00, so guests leave by 9:00. From the AZIMUT and Marins it's closer — they sit on the left bank near the venue.
Day.
The programme runs at the Fair: 165 discussions over four days, an exhibition of nearly two hundred stands, lounges and catering on site. If a guest has no wish to spend nine hours straight there — they often head back to the hotel after the second session to change for the evening.
Evening.
The most interesting part of CIPR isn't at the Fair itself. Closed receptions for vendors and integrators, dinners on Rozhdestvenskaya — Tyubeteyka, Park Restaurant overlooking the Strelka, Yula, the Georgian spots. After 23:00 come the club scenarios, which we don't spell out in plain text, but the manager will share a current list for the year.
Getting back.
Returning to the hotel after midnight is normal. We settle the schedule in advance: either the model sees you to the hotel, or you part at the restaurant. The guest decides.

hyper-shift to the data economy — 785 speakers
CIPR is our recurring May case in Nizhny. A short chronicle:
CIPR 2024 (May 21–24) — "the hyper-shift to the data economy." Around ten thousand people attended, 785 speakers took the stage, 141 agreements were signed. The Asian delegations grew noticeably — that was the first year we faced the question of keeping separate Chinese-speaking models for the May week, and we solved it.
CIPR 2025 (June 2–5) — the tenth, the anniversary one. More than 10 thousand attendees from forty-odd countries, around 140 sessions, over 300 agreements — with China, Cuba, Serbia, Iran. A calmer year for the city in terms of load, but for us it was the one after which we stopped taking forum-week bookings at the last minute.
CIPR 2026 (May 18–21) — a record: more than 13 thousand attendees, 46 countries, over 350 signings, 185 stands. The most international forum in our Nizhny practice. Some guests were booking companions with fluent English back in late April — by early May there was almost nothing free Wednesday through Friday. That's not a threat, it's a fact: plan ahead.

Frequently asked questions
How far ahead of CIPR 2027 should I book?
Ideally 2 weeks. Minimum 3 days. Same-day usually doesn't work — May 18–21 is booked out in advance.
Do you take requests from abroad?
Yes, the main channels are Telegram (@Apex_concierge) and WhatsApp. The guest's time zone doesn't matter; the manager replies within 5 minutes at any hour.
Are there models with fluent English?
Yes, and plenty. Some speak English at a native level (life or an internship abroad), others have confident working English, enough for a social dinner. We'll match precisely to the format of the evening.
Chinese, other languages?
Chinese — a separate pool specifically for the Asian delegations, who grow in number at CIPR every year. French, Italian, Spanish — on request.
How is discretion handled? I'm a public figure in the industry.
As standard — we don't keep correspondence longer than 72 hours, we don't publish photos from meetings, and models sign an NDA to work with public guests. Additional requirements (no phone during the evening, an incognito mode, a separate hotel entrance) are agreed case by case.
Can I pay in dollars, yuan or euros?
Yes. We accept USD, EUR, CNY in cash or by transfer to a foreign account. For Russian attendees — roubles, by transfer or in cash.
What are the prices during CIPR?
A seasonal rate applies during the forum — 30–50% above standard. That's down to peak demand, not the type of guest. 2 hours — from 60 000 ₽, a night — from 130 000 ₽. Public-facing models — a separate rate by arrangement.
I want a companion for the business format only, no evening?
A valid request. We have a separate "companionship for an event" format — the model joins a specific session, dinner or reception. 3–6 hours, from 45 000 ₽.
What if a request is cancelled?
Cancellation 48 hours out or more — no charge. 24–48 hours — 50%. Less than 24 hours — 100%. During CIPR we don't refund without a genuine reason (the forum being cancelled, force majeure).
Can I keep one model for several evenings in a row?
Yes, and it's the format we prefer — the model and guest already know each other, the evenings run more easily. A 10–15% discount on packages of 3 days or more.
How do I know the photos on the site are the model who'll arrive?
Mandatory video verification before the meeting. If the photos don't match — the model doesn't go. The standard since 2018.
I want conversation, not a meeting with a script?
We'll take it. Not every guest during the forum wants an evening with a continuation. Often it's a business dinner and a goodbye. That format is ours too.
Which models suit business formats best?
Those with a university education and experience in a corporate or IT setting — CIPR guests find common ground with them more easily. Each model's file lists education, languages, experience. The manager matches to the format of the evening.
Where's best to stay so it's convenient both for the Fair and for the restaurants?
The compromise is the Sheraton on Teatralnaya: 15–20 minutes to the Fair, walking distance to Rozhdestvenskaya. If only closeness to the venue matters — the AZIMUT or Marins on the left bank.
What if I've arrived without a booking and want something now?
Message the manager — we'll see what's available for the next 2–3 hours. During the forum it's rare, but sometimes it works out.
How do I book an escort for CIPR 2027?
Message the manager on Telegram or WhatsApp 2 weeks before May 18 — we'll send 2–3 profiles for your evenings: dinner, reception, programme. Selection, dress code and schedule are agreed in advance.
Can I have a companion for a single evening?
Yes, it's the most common format at CIPR — a companion for dinner, a reception or the late programme. 3–6 hours, from 45 000 ₽.
Do you work with foreign delegations at the forum?
Yes. A separate pool of models with fluent English and Chinese for the delegations — the Asian ones grow in number at CIPR every year.
