Frequently asked questions — Paris

Real questions from APEX clients in Paris: matching, booking, hotels, travel, dress code.

How fast is the model matched in Paris on a regular day?

On average 30-60 minutes. A weekday outside Fashion Week — sometimes twenty. Thursday-Saturday evening — closer to an hour. A complex scenario with specific language requirements or dress code adds 20-30 minutes.

What about Fashion Week timing — can I book a day ahead?

Standard segment — yes, we work. Media-tier profiles during Fashion Week are best booked 5-7 days out: in this period they're in demand alongside the shows and parties. If you write on the day of the show — we'll try, but the choice will be narrower.

Which hotels do you work with?

Our principal zone — Le Bristol Paris, Hôtel de Crillon, The Ritz Paris, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Plaza Athénée. In all five we know the specifics of working with guests. If you're at a different hotel — name it to the manager and he'll tell you precisely.

Are there models who speak Russian?

Yes. Paris has a sizeable Russian-speaking diaspora, and a portion of our models are native or fluent. Specify it on request, it simplifies the match.

What languages do the models speak?

French and English — the majority. Russian — a portion. Spanish, Italian — selectively. Arabic, Mandarin — a few, but they exist; for those requests we need lead time.

Minimum meeting length?

Two hours. Less — we don't take. In two hours you can't really dine, can't really meet — none of our models will travel for a short slot.

How is a meeting in Paris paid for?

Cash EUR or USD — always. Bank transfer — through the manager. Crypto (USDT TRC-20, BTC) — by agreement. For returning clients — post-payment and deposit arrangements.

Is a deposit required?

Usually a 30-50% deposit a day before the meeting, balance on meeting. Exact terms set by the manager. Returning clients usually don't need a deposit.

Do you work at night?

Yes, 24/7. Friday and Saturday in Paris often run well past midnight, and that's a normal working slot. The manager is online, models travel.

Are there "weekend" or "trip" scenarios?

Yes. From 24 hours to a week. Paris as the start, then for example Nice or Côte d'Azur. All travel, accommodation, meals — on the client; the model's fee separate. Agreed 3-5 days ahead, for a passport-required trip — 7-10 days ahead.

Will the model come to my flat in the 16th?

Yes. For returning clients — agreed without questions. For a first meeting with a new client we usually suggest one of our proven options — hotel or restaurant. From the second meeting on — your address by default.

What if the model arrived in the wrong attire?

Discussed immediately, not after the fact. If the dress code doesn't match — call the manager that same hour. Depending on the situation: adjustment, replacement, or refund of part of the fee. We see fewer than 2% of cases like this — and almost always due to incomplete brief at the agreement stage.

How do I cancel or reschedule a meeting?

Free cancellation — 12 hours or more ahead. Cancellation 6-12 hours out — compensation share around 30%. Cancellation on the day of the meeting after the model has set out — half the slot. Rescheduling to another date with the same model — no penalty if she's free.

Can I book the same model again?

Yes. Returning clients often work with one or two profiles — that's standard. If the slot is taken — we'll suggest a close alternative.

Are there media-tier models?

Yes, a separate category. 2 hours from $3,500, 4 hours from $5,000. Access — for returning clients after several meetings. A new client's first request into the media segment we don't take.

How do you vet models?

Three stages: photo verification (real photos, not archive), in-person meeting with a manager, trial format. We take fewer than one in twenty. We check languages, manners, the ability to hold a conversation in the right context — whether it's dinner with Michelin stars or an after-show party.

Is confidentiality guaranteed?

We hold only what the current meeting requires. After the meeting — addresses, details, photos are wiped from working chats within 72 hours. Client data is held by the manager with restricted access. Not shared with third parties. Deletion on request — within 24 hours.

What's not part of the APEX format?

Meetings under 2 hours. Mass events without a personal client. Sharing a model's photos with third parties. Haggling after the meeting. Requests with risk to the model's safety. All of this is talked through ahead — no surprises.

How do I get in touch?

Telegram or WhatsApp. Messengers only — not calls. All details should be in writing: for accuracy and for security. End-to-end encryption. The manager replies within the first 3 minutes.

Do you have clients who live in Paris permanently?

Yes, plenty. The Russian-speaking diaspora in the 16th and Boulogne-Billancourt is part of our regular base. For them the format is slightly different: there's no "first meeting" stage anymore — there's their profile, their place, their regular slot.
