In an ordinary season week — 30-120 minutes for matching and agreement; in the quiet weeks, closer to an hour. Over New Year week and the February holidays the timing depends not on us but on how booked the dates are: matching can take a full day, because there simply aren't many options open on a given date. The manager still replies to the message itself within three minutes, any day of the season.

For 24 December to 7 January, two to three months, together with the hotel and the transfer. For the February holidays — two to three weeks. On those dates 1850 has no rooms free, no tables in the Michelin dining rooms and no seats on the Geneva transfers, and we work inside the same shortage as the rest of the resort. We do take "for tomorrow" requests over the holidays, but we'll tell you honestly: the choice will be narrow.

From €1,500 for two hours and €2,000 for four hours in the standard segment. Media segment — from €3,500 for two hours and from €5,000 for four. A night, 24 hours, two days and trips beyond the resort are on request through the manager. The model's travel and accommodation on the resort during the season are paid separately by the client: Courchevel isn't a city, you have to get here and stay somewhere.

Yes, all three work, and in Courchevel they sit more naturally than short slots: people come for a week and plan whole evenings. Pricing for these formats is always on request, agreed personally through the manager. There is no fixed rate for them, not on this page and not in messages before the details are discussed.

We do, but differently. From late April to early December Courchevel is close to empty: the lifts are still, most Palace-rated hotels and Michelin restaurants are closed, and there's no nightlife. Summer requests are fulfilled by bringing the model in — from Geneva, Lyon or the Côte d'Azur — with timings and logistics agreed in advance. A "today" format doesn't exist in Courchevel in summer.

The core circle is in 1850: Les Airelles and Cheval Blanc in Jardin Alpin, L'Apogée on Rue Emile Allais, Le K2 Palace on Rue des Clarines, Aman Le Mélézin and Barrière Les Neiges on Rue de Bellecôte, Le Strato on Route de Bellecôte, Le Chabichou on Route des Chenus. Plus hotels in Moriond and Village on request. Courchevel holds more Palace-rated hotels — the French tier above five stars — than any other ski resort in the country, and reception staff here treat visits to guests as routine.

Yes, and in Courchevel it's the most common format: most guests stay in a chalet rather than a hotel. The model arrives at the agreed time and is met by the chalet concierge or by you. For new clients we usually suggest neutral ground for the first meeting — a hotel lobby or a restaurant — and work at your address from the second. The chalet address isn't kept on file and is passed to the model only for that specific meeting.

The model's travel and accommodation during the season are paid by the client — that's the standard for mountain resorts, where there's no city base next door. The nearest station is Moûtiers (30-40 minutes up the switchbacks); airports are Chambéry (1.5 hours), Lyon (2 hours), Geneva (2.5 hours). For several consecutive evenings this works out better value than one-off arrivals, which is why in Courchevel we almost always suggest planning in a block.

Yes, but it's a separate scenario agreed in advance, not on the day — mention it in your first message, because we match specifically for this format. Lift pass, equipment hire and an instructor if needed are on the client. Lunch on the mountain (Le Chalet de Pierres on the Verdons piste, Le Cap Horn by the altiport, Bagatelle on top of the Loze) is normally part of the day. A day on the slopes almost always turns into après-ski, so plan for six hours upward.

On the mountain during the day — ski clothing, including La Folie Douce and the daytime terraces. In the evening at Le 1947, Le Kintessence and Le Chabichou — evening format: a jacket for the guest, a dress or a tailored look for the model; at Les Caves de Courchevel and La Mangeoire the same, but without any ski gear. Dinner in a chalet — smart casual. Local adjustment: a change of shoes and warm outerwear are essential, because ten metres from car to door at minus ten decides everything.

Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc holds three Michelin stars and a room of literally a handful of tables: over the holidays it's worth opening the booking two to three months out, and in an ordinary season week two to three weeks. Le Chabichou (two stars) and Le Kintessence at Le K2 Palace (two stars) book one to two weeks ahead, earlier at peak. Le Sarkara in the same hotel is a rare case of a Michelin-starred dessert restaurant — a separate evening format of an hour and a half to two hours. We don't make the reservation for you, but we'll tell you the realistic lead times and match a model to the specific room.

La Folie Douce Méribel-Courchevel is a daytime party at 2,100 metres by the mid-station at Saulire: live musicians, DJs and cabaret straight out on the snow, from lunchtime until the lifts close. It technically sits on the Méribel side, and you reach it from Courchevel via the Saulire Express. You have to ski down from there, and before the lifts close, so the format suits people who ski. It all wraps up around five, and the evening carries on down below.

The resort's nightlife is compact. Les Caves de Courchevel on Rue des Tovets is the main club in 1850, open until morning, with entry by list and table in peak weeks; La Mangeoire on Rue Park City is dinner that turns into dancing right there in the room, livelier and simpler than a club. Hotel bars — Cheval Blanc, Les Airelles, Le K2 Palace — are the calm option, no queues, no lists. Over New Year week club tables are booked weeks out, not hours.

Courchevel's altiport (LFLJ) sits at 2,008 metres and takes helicopters and light aircraft: the runway is 537 metres with a gradient of around 18.5%, and not every crew is certified to land there, so plan an alternate airport and a time buffer. A helicopter transfer from Geneva runs about an hour including ground formalities. By car: Geneva 2.5 hours, Lyon 2 hours, Chambéry 1.5 hours; by train, as far as Moûtiers, then 30-40 minutes up the switchbacks. On Saturday, changeover day for nearly every chalet, add an extra hour to the journey.

Yes, all trips are by arrangement, separately from the base formats. Méribel is 20 minutes on skis over the pistes or around 40 minutes by road; Val Thorens is further out, with La Tania and Les Menuires on the way. Of the cities, Geneva and Annecy are the most requested. We agree at least a day ahead, and in winter preferably three or four days: we don't take on routes that turn into a risk in a snowstorm.

Cash in euros, bank transfer to SEPA or SWIFT details, cryptocurrency — USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20), BTC. Returning clients can arrange post-payment and a season deposit. For the February holidays a deposit fixing the date two to four weeks ahead is usually required; for New Year week, earlier than that.

In an ordinary season week — a 30-50% deposit the day before the meeting, the balance on meeting. On peak dates more, fixed in advance: without a deposit a New Year week date simply doesn't hold. Returning clients usually don't need to pay ahead; we work on trust. Every condition is talked through in messages before you transfer anything.

It is genuinely small: in 1850 everyone crosses paths on the same lifts and in the same rooms. So communication runs only through end-to-end encrypted messengers, client data goes to no one, and chalet addresses and meeting details are wiped from working chats within 72 hours. The model knows exactly as much as that evening requires. We follow GDPR practice, and data deletion on request happens within a day.

Free of charge — a minimum of 24 hours ahead in an ordinary season week. For New Year week and the February holidays — 7 days, after which a compensation share applies (usually 30-50%). Rescheduling to another date with the same model, if she's free, carries no penalty. A mountain adjustment: if a flight is cancelled for weather or the road is closed, we don't count that as a cancellation on your side and we move the booking with no loss.
