New Year week in Courchevel
The densest week of the year, 24 December to 7 January. The resort fills completely, 1850 has no rooms and no tables free, and evenings are planned in advance. The typical programme: the mountain by day, dinner at Le 1947 or Le Kintessence in the evening, then Les Caves or the chalet until morning. Accompaniment on these dates is almost always taken as a block of consecutive evenings.

Dinner at Le 1947 or another Michelin room
The resort's principal evening scenario. Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc has three Michelin stars and a room of a handful of tables; Le Chabichou on Route des Chenus and Le Kintessence at K2 Palace hold two each. A three- to four-hour format: meeting in the hotel lobby, dinner, then the bar of the same hotel. Evening dress code, jacket for the guest, a dress or a tailored look for the model.

A day on the mountain and lunch at altitude
A day in the Three Valleys with lunch on the piste. Le Cap Horn by the altiport, Bagatelle on top of the Loze and Le Chalet de Pierres on the Verdons slope are the resort's classic daytime terraces. By three o'clock lunch becomes après-ski, and from Saulire you can drop down to La Folie Douce on the Méribel side. Six hours upward: a day on the mountain nearly always turns into an evening.

A restaurant on the slope by the altiport: a terrace, seafood and champagne at altitude, and aircraft landing in view while you eat. Later in the afternoon — music and dancing on the terrace, classic Courchevel après-ski.

An international brand with history in Saint-Tropez and Miami; in Courchevel it sits on top of the Loze. A daytime format that turns into a party on the snow by three o'clock: music, champagne, tables out on the terrace.
La Folie Douce Méribel-Courchevel
2,100 m, Saulire mid-station, reached from Courchevel via the Saulire Express
A daytime party on the snow: live musicians, vocalists, DJs and a cabaret show from lunchtime until the lifts close. It technically stands on the Méribel side, but people come across from Courchevel too — via the Saulire Express.
Tip:
the scenario is agreed in advance, not on the day; lift pass, hire and instructor are on the client, and descents from the high points only work while the lifts are running
Après-ski and an evening in 1850
The Courchevel evening in its classic shape: four to six, après-ski on the terrace by the altiport or in a hotel bar; then dinner at La Mangeoire, which turns into dancing of its own accord; and, if you've decided the evening isn't over, Les Caves de Courchevel until morning. The format is flexible: some guests step out after dinner, some stay until dawn.

Tip:
in peak weeks a table at Les Caves is booked weeks ahead; in winter people move between the quarters of 1850 by taxi, nobody walks the iced-over road
An evening in a private chalet
The resort's most common format. Dinner by the chalet's chef, a fire, your own staff, no public — all of it inside a closed house. The model arrives at the agreed time and is met by the concierge. The programme is softer than a restaurant's: smart casual instead of evening dress, free time, no timetable. Suits groups who'd rather not spend the whole evening in view.

For hotel meetings we work with Cheval Blanc and Les Airelles in Jardin Alpin, Aman Le Mélézin and Barrière Les Neiges on Bellecôte, L'Apogée on Rue Emile Allais and Le K2 Palace on Rue des Clarines. We know the specifics of reception and the private entrances at each. The model arrives in the lobby, and from there it's the room, the hotel restaurant, or going out together.

the minimum slot is two hours, but in Courchevel that's a purely hotel format: getting to a restaurant and back inside two hours isn't realistic
A gastronomic weekend
Two or three days built around food rather than the mountain. Dinner at Le 1947, then Le Chabichou or Le Kintessence the next evening, plus a separate late format at Le Sarkara, where the whole dinner is built on desserts. Days go to the hotel spa, short runs on the piste and lunch on a terrace. A scenario for the second half of January and for March, when the resort has thinned out and bookings are actually gettable.
