How to book escort in Rome: complete guide
A detailed guide for anyone planning a meeting in Rome: pricing, hotels, scenarios, etiquette, confidentiality. From APEX practice in this city.
What APEX is in Rome
Rome runs on two tall windows of six weeks: April-June and September-October, and most of our Roman meetings sit inside them. Hotel de Russie, Hotel Eden, Hassler, Bulgari Roma — we work with these hotels and we know how their reception receives a guest. A table at Pierluigi for Friday at ten, La Pergola two weeks ahead, Imàgo with the view onto Trinità dei Monti — that's our ordinary week. The manager replies on Telegram within three minutes. The model — within thirty to a hundred and twenty minutes. From $1,200 for two hours.
The pace of the city
Rome lives by its own clock. Dinner here starts after nine; in a Michelin venue, closer to ten, and ends past midnight. What in Moscow would count as a late meeting is, in Rome, an ordinary Tuesday evening. So our peak runs from 19:30 to two in the morning, and Friday-Saturday holds the bulk of the load.
Tourism in Rome is year-round, but our client flow is seasonal. April-June and September-October — two tall windows. In July and August the city empties out by five in the afternoon, the Romans leave, and what's left are tourists in shorts and Arab families at the Hassler. Winter is calmer, but it's in winter that guests come for closed Vatican events and diplomatic weeks.
The manager is on the line 24/7. Reply usually inside the first three minutes. Model matched in thirty to a hundred and twenty minutes — the lower bound for a weekday afternoon, the upper for Friday at ten on a high-season night. If you want a particular companion for Imàgo on Saturday — write a week ahead. For "tonight at eleven" we'll match, but from those who are free.
Where we work
Centro Storico is the core zone. The triangle of Piazza di Spagna, Pantheon and Piazza Navona, plus Via del Corso, Via Condotti, Via Veneto. All our principal hotels and three quarters of the restaurants we hold direct contact with sit here. On foot from the Hassler to Hotel Eden — ten minutes; to Bulgari — twelve. To Hotel de Russie — five.
Parioli — a quiet, respectable district to the north, the embassy quarter, private villas, private receptions. We go up there by arrangement, more often for returning clients or for diplomatic accompaniment. Aventino — for intimate evenings, Tiber views, the Aventine Hill. Trastevere — the other Italy, narrow lanes, osterie, an informal "no tie" dinner.
EUR — the business district to the south, business centres, conferences, corporate events. We go there for a specific scenario — talks, a corporate dinner, accompaniment at an event. Castelli Romani — the hills southeast of the city, Frascati, Castel Gandolfo, private Lazio villas. That's already the "weekend" or day-trip format. Usually agreed in advance, minimum 48 hours.
Beyond Lazio — Capri, Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast — we work through the trip format: the model accompanies the client from two days up. Travel, accommodation, meals — on the client. Airports — Fiumicino and Ciampino, both an hour from the centre.
Etiquette and dress code
Roman elegance is its own school. Not Milan with its fashion strictness, not Naples with its southern flourish. Here they value tailored — Brioni, Caraceni, Kiton — and they have no patience for the showy. The same goes for the model. At the Hassler, Hotel de Russie, Eden, Bulgari, St. Regis the model arrives in cocktail or evening wear — no sequins, no logos in plain sight, nothing in excess. Restrained accessories. A light fragrance, not one that arrives ahead of her.
For a Michelin level (La Pergola, Imàgo, Aroma) — smart formal: a long or strict cocktail dress, a mid-height heel, minimum jewellery. Pierluigi and Roscioli — slightly looser, but still a polished city look, not club wear. Trastevere is the only zone where jeans plus a blouse pass — and only in a premium label.
A late dinner is the Roman norm. A table at 21:30 or 22:00 is ordinary. The model arrives in the hotel lobby or directly at the restaurant ten to fifteen minutes ahead. After dinner — a walk through the Centro Storico, the hotel bar, or up to your suite. No one is in a hurry — this isn't Dubai with its midnight finish.
Languages: Italian — the working base of our Roman team. English — across the board, at conversational level, not schoolroom. French, German, Arabic, Russian — selectively, on request. For a diplomatic format we match a model with the specific language and an understanding of the protocol.
Things we say plainly
Minimum slot — two hours. We don't take less: in an hour you can't really dine, can't really get to Castelli, can't really meet. A standard dinner in the Centro Storico runs three to four hours — plan for it from the start.
Prices in Rome are denominated in dollars — that's the APEX external settlement currency, and convenient for most of our clients (Americans, Arab guests, visitors via the trip format). Standard segment: $1,200 for two hours, $1,500 for four, $2,500 for a night, $4,000 for a day, $6,000 for two days. Media tier: $3,500 for two hours, $5,000 for four. Prices are final; haggling after the meeting doesn't exist. If something is off in the format — discussed in the same hour, not "we'll sort it later".
Sharing a model's photos with third parties is forbidden. It's not a wish, it's a condition fixed at the coordination stage. A breach is a matter for lawyers, and we make that clear to the client up front. Mass events without a specific personal client are not our format. Hostess functions at large events — only if there's a personal scenario inside.
Twelve years in the industry built themselves on simple rules. They apply equally in Moscow, Dubai and Rome.
When to write and how long to wait
The APEX manager in Rome replies on Telegram within the first three minutes, 24/7. Model matching — 30-90 minutes depending on scenario and load. At peak the choice tightens naturally — best to write 1-2 days ahead. In season (April-June and September-October) the premium segment tightens significantly — booking 2-3 weeks ahead is required.
How a meeting is organised — step by step
01. Request on Telegram
You write to the manager on Telegram or WhatsApp: which scenario, what time, hotel or restaurant, any preferences. "Dinner at Pierluigi on Friday at ten, Italian and English needed" — that's almost a finished brief. "I want a beautiful companion for the evening" is a reason to clarify three more things.
The manager replies within the first three minutes during operating hours — meaning around the clock. Night in Rome is one of our active slots, especially on Fridays and Saturdays.
02. Selection and agreement
The manager sends 2-4 profiles fitting your scenario. Photos, height, age, languages, distinctive features. You choose, we settle the details: place, time, duration, dress code, payment method, transfer. If the chosen model is on another booking — the manager says so straight away and offers a close alternative, doesn't keep you waiting in vain.
From first message to a finished agreement — usually 30-60 minutes. At peak (Friday-Saturday, April-June, September-October) — up to two hours.
03. Coordination
After confirmation the manager organises everything before the meeting: the model receives the address and time, transfer if needed, dress-code briefing for the specific venue. You get the confirmation and, if needed, a direct contact for the model.
Payment is settled at this stage. In Rome we accept USD cash, bank transfer, USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20), BTC. For returning clients — post-payment and deposit arrangements.
04. The meeting
The model arrives at the agreed time — usually ten to fifteen minutes before the hour. Hotel lobby, table at the restaurant, a meeting point near Piazza di Spagna — agreed in advance. After the meeting the model leaves on her own, or by transfer if that's part of the scenario.
A short follow-up with the manager isn't mandatory but is useful. What worked, what would you adjust — that helps us match more precisely next time.

Meeting scenarios
We hold each scenario separately: the model is matched to the format, not the other way around.
Dinner in the Centro Storico
The most frequent scenario in Rome. Dinner starts between 21:00 and 22:00, runs three to four hours, and is followed by a walk through the Centro Storico, the hotel bar or a continuation in the suite. We book the table ourselves through direct contacts with the maître d's at Pierluigi, Roscioli, the Stravinskij Bar at Hotel de Russie, La Terrazza at the Eden. For Friday-Saturday in high season — a week to a week and a half ahead.
Tip: Pierluigi and La Terrazza — a week ahead in normal time, two weeks in April-June and September-October; Roscioli is freer, but a booking is still required
Evening with a view (Imàgo / La Pergola / Aroma)
The "make the evening an event" scenario. Imàgo on the roof of the Hassler with a view of the Centro Storico, La Pergola at the Hilton with a view of the dome of St. Peter's, Aroma facing the Colosseum. Smart formal mandatory. Length — four hours minimum: aperitivo, dinner, digestivo. Often with a continuation at the Hassler or another central hotel.
Tip: La Pergola — two-three weeks ahead in high season; Imàgo and Aroma — one and a half to two weeks; jacket for men at La Pergola is mandatory
Weekend in the Castelli Romani
A trip out to the Lazio hills from 24 hours up. Frascati with the vineyards, Castel Gandolfo with the lake panorama, private 18th-century villas. Breakfast on the terrace, a winery tour, lunch at a family trattoria, the evening — by the pool or by the fireplace depending on the season. The model accompanies throughout, save the agreed rest hours.
Tip: agreed minimum 48 hours ahead, ideally 4-5 days; in April-October — the principal "two days out" format, in winter — "day"
Diplomatic accompaniment
Accompaniment at closed receptions, embassy dinners, events with the participation of officials. A model with confirmed protocol experience: she knows how to address, where to stand, when to stay silent. Languages — Italian, English at base; on request French, German, Arabic. Dress code — long evening or strict cocktail.
Tip: agreed 5-7 days ahead minimum; we send the model the event format, the guest list by tier, the language brief
Dinner in Trastevere
The other Italy — narrow lanes, osterie, an informal "no tie" dinner. The scenario for clients on a return visit to Rome who want to step outside the Centro Storico perimeter. Dress code — premium-label casual: the model in jeans with a blouse, light shoes, minimum jewellery. The atmosphere — relaxed, the conversation — not about business.
Tip: we book a table at one of the two-three osterie we work with; not tourist places, but a booking is still required 3-5 days ahead
Meeting at a Centro Storico hotel
Hotel de Russie, Eden, Hassler, St. Regis, Bulgari, JK Place, Six Senses — our usual seven. In each we know the check-in procedure and the private options. The model arrives in the lobby or at the agreed point; from there — the suite, the hotel restaurant or bar. For a first meeting with a new client we often recommend JK Place — the most intimate format.
Tip: if you're choosing the hotel yourself — name it to the manager, he'll tell you the specifics of the entrance, the bar, the time of day when the lobby is quieter
Trip (Capri, Tuscany, Amalfi)
From 48 hours. Capri in season, Tuscany any month, the Amalfi Coast from May to October. Travel — train, private transfer, flight. Accommodation — client-tier hotels, agreed in advance. The model accompanies throughout, save the agreed hours. All travel and accommodation costs — on the client; the model's fee separate, by the standard rate.
Tip: Capri in high season — we plan two weeks ahead, hotels and ferries fill in advance; Tuscany and Amalfi — from a week
Client's Private Location
When the client has their own place — a villa in Parioli, an apartment near Piazza Navona, a house in the Castelli Romani, a yacht in Civitavecchia. For returning clients agreed without further checks. For new clients the first meeting is usually at one of our Centro Storico hotels, with the rest where it suits you.
Tip: the address isn't kept on file; it's passed only to the specific model for the specific meeting; after the meeting the coordinates are wiped from working chats within 72 hours
Pricing and formats
Pricing in Rome: $1200–$6000. Standard tier and media segment. Payment — cash, bank transfer, crypto by agreement.
Etiquette and dress code
Each venue in Rome holds its own code: central five-star hotels — cocktail or evening attire, premium restaurants — business or evening, cultural events — full-length dress and heel. We don't have to brief this with the client — the model knows.
Confidentiality
Communication only through end-to-end encrypted messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp). Client data held in limited scope, after the meeting — wiped from working chats within 72 hours. Private addresses don't enter our database. GDPR compliance, deletion on request — within 24 hours.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly can a model be matched for tonight?
On average 30-120 minutes. On a weekday afternoon — the lower end. Friday-Saturday from nine in the evening in high season — closer to two hours. A complex scenario with a specific language, dress code for a Michelin venue, or type constraints — adds 30-40 minutes to the matching.
Can I book a model for Friday with two hours' notice?
Yes, and it's a frequent format in Rome. But the choice in that moment is narrower than a week ahead — the most-requested models are already in play. If you want a specific companion — write 5-7 days ahead; for April-June and September-October, better two weeks.
Which hotels does the model enter calmly?
All the ones we work with regularly: Hotel de Russie, Hotel Eden, Hassler Roma, The St. Regis Rome, Bulgari Hotel Roma, JK Place Roma, Six Senses Rome. Their reception receives guests correctly, with no questions at the desk, provided the visit is agreed in advance. For other hotels — better ask the manager; he'll tell you the specifics.
Do you work after two in the morning?
Yes, 24/7. Late slots are normal for Rome. Dinner till midnight, hotel bar till one, continuation in the suite — an ordinary sequence of an evening in the Centro Storico.
Which months are high season?
April, May, June and September, October. In these months the load is at peak, Michelin restaurants are booked two-three weeks ahead, hotels in the Centro Storico — a month ahead. In July and August the city empties out, the Romans leave, demand shifts to Arab families and northern Europeans. Winter is calmer, but the diplomatic weeks and closed events run.
