01. Request on Telegram

You write to the manager on Telegram (or WhatsApp): what scenario, what date, any preferences. "Dinner at Steirereck Saturday at eight, German or English needed, no smokers" — that's almost a brief. "I want a good companion for Friday in Vienna" is a reason for four follow-up questions.

The manager replies in the first three minutes at any time of day, usually faster. The Vienna shift runs 24/7 — night hours are an ordinary working slot here, especially Friday and Saturday.

02. Selection and agreement

The manager sends 2-4 profiles fitting your scenario: photos, height, age, languages, distinctive features, experience in the relevant format (ball, opera, diplomatic dinner, weekend in the Wachau). You choose, you clarify the details.

This stage agrees: meeting place, time, duration, the model's dress code (especially important in Vienna), payment method, transfer if needed. If the chosen model is busy — the manager says so straight away, doesn't keep you waiting in vain.

Time from first message to a fully agreed booking — usually 30 to 90 minutes. For ball season with image preparation — up to 2-3 hours in the active phase, and up to several days for agreement on the gown and the waltz rehearsal.

03. Coordination

After confirmation the manager organises everything: the model receives the address, the time and a briefing on the dress code for the specific venue (especially if it's the Staatsoper, Musikverein or one of the balls). If needed — transfer from her point to yours. The client receives confirmation and the model's contact, if direct communication is wanted.

Payment is settled at this stage. In Vienna — cash (euro or USD), bank transfer to a European account, crypto by agreement. Returning clients — flexible terms, deposit arrangements, post-payment.

04. The meeting

The model arrives at the agreed time. Usually 10 to 15 minutes ahead — waiting in the hotel lobby, at a bar, at the agreed point. At a restaurant — meeting at the entrance or at the table. At the opera or a ball — at the central entrance half an hour before curtain, to make the cloakroom and a glass before the overture.

After the meeting the model leaves on her own or by transfer. A short follow-up with the manager isn't required, but we welcome the feedback: what landed precisely, what to adjust. It helps us match more precisely next time.
