Scenarios and venues in Vienna
Meeting formats and venues we work with: five-star hotels in the centre, signature restaurants, theatres, private spaces.
Opernball and the ball season
The headline scenario of the Vienna season — January-February. The Opernball at the Vienna State Opera (end of February), Bal in der Hofburg, Kaffeesiederball, Jägerball, Wiener Philharmoniker Ball, Rudolfina-Redoute. White tie (tailcoat) is compulsory at the Opernball and at the Wiener Philharmoniker; at the others — black tie or a specific dress code (green and Dirndl at the Jägerball). Model — full-length gown, gloves, hair done by a Vienna stylist, impeccable manners in the box and on the dance floor. Selection 2-4 weeks at the very minimum; for the Opernball preferably 2-3 months ahead.

Dinner at a Michelin restaurant
Dinner is the most frequent Vienna scenario outside the ball season. Steirereck (two stars) and Pramerl & the Wolf (one star) — our principal addresses for the gastronomic format. The tasting menu at Steirereck — two and a half hours, at Pramerl — about two. We book the table ourselves; we hold direct contacts with the maître d's. Smart elegant dress code is mandatory — without a jacket you won't be seated at Steirereck. Often the format is "restaurant plus hotel" — dinner and a continuation in the room.

book 4-6 weeks ahead in season; for Steirereck on a Saturday — 2 months; dinner takes a minimum of 3 hours, count it into the slot
An evening at the opera or Musikverein
An evening at the Vienna State Opera or the Musikverein — one of the canonical Vienna scenarios. Stalls or a box at the Staatsoper, the Goldener Saal at the Musikverein, a concert at the Konzerthaus. Often — dinner before the show at Sacher, Imperial or Bristol (all within a 200-metre radius of the opera), the show itself 2-4 hours, a glass at the hotel bar after. Dress code smart elegant in the evening, for premieres a full-length gown and a dark suit. Tickets for marquee productions — 2 to 6 weeks ahead.

Diplomatic and business dinner
Vienna is the headquarters of OPEC, IAEA, OSCE, and one of Europe's keystone diplomatic capitals. Accompanying a private client at a dinner or reception with diplomatic context — a separate scenario. The model in strict evening dress code, speaking the relevant language (English, German, on request — Arabic or French), understanding the protocol of small talk: neutral subjects, no politics, no personal questions. Often the dinner is a continuation of negotiations, and the model is required to bring tact and precision.

for a first format like this with us — we agree the details deeper than usual, sometimes brief the model separately on the meeting context; the format is not for an official diplomatic accompaniment status
