How to book escort in Vienna: complete guide
A detailed guide for anyone planning a meeting in Vienna: pricing, hotels, scenarios, etiquette, confidentiality. From APEX practice in this city.
What APEX is in Vienna
Vienna runs around 400 balls a season from January through February, plus Staatsoper, Musikverein and Konzerthaus year-round. Hotel Sacher, Imperial, Bristol, Park Hyatt, Mandarin Oriental — we work the Ring addresses as our own corridor. Diplomatic dinners with OPEC and IAEA guests, dinners at Steirereck with two Michelin stars — a format where the model has to read as part of your contour, not as "a beautiful woman beside you". Manager replies on Telegram inside three minutes. Selection — 30 to 120 minutes. From $1,200 for two hours.
The pace of the city
Vienna moves more slowly than Moscow or Dubai, but more precisely than either. Here no one writes "I need a girl by nine" at seven in the evening — here they write two or three days ahead and send the occasion: a dinner with partners at Steirereck, a box for "Così fan tutte", a reception at a residence, two days in the Wachau. Half our Vienna meetings are planned in advance, and that sets the city apart sharply from the Russian and Arab textures.
We hold the selection speed all the same. The manager in chat is a real person, replies in the first to third minute, at night too. A model for an uncomplicated scenario comes together in 30 to 60 minutes; for the ball season or a format with language and cultural context — in 90 to 120 minutes. Same-day requests do happen in Vienna, but they're 10-15% of the flow, not the main mode.
Eighty percent of meetings fall on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with the peak from 19:00 to 01:00. In January-February the ball peak adds to that — more on this below. Summer brings Festwochen in May-June and a relative lull in August, when the city heads out to the lakes.
The ball season — Faschingssaison
From January through February Vienna lives by its balls. There are around 400 of them in a season — from intimate university affairs to the Opernball at the Vienna State Opera. This isn't tourist decoration; it's the central part of the Viennese social year, and for our clients it's the keystone occasion for premium companionship in these months.
Opernball is the headline event. End of February, Vienna State Opera, five and a half thousand guests, live broadcast on ORF, black tailcoat with white tie compulsory, full-length evening gown compulsory, elbow-length gloves compulsory. Debutantes in white are a separate category — not our format. Companionship at the Opernball means a full-length gown, at minimum one fine accessory, hair done by a Viennese stylist, impeccable manners. The model has to know how to behave in the box, how to dance the waltz at least to the level of a turn, how to answer a German "Darf ich bitten?". Selection — two to three weeks at the very minimum, and ours is always bespoke.
Beyond the Opernball — Bal in der Hofburg, Kaffeesiederball, Rudolfina-Redoute, Bonbon-Ball, Jägerball (with traditional hunting dress), Ball der Wiener Philharmoniker. Each has its own dress code, and it's to be observed literally. At the Jägerball without a green waistcoat or a Dirndl — refused at the door, and that's not a fiction.
Prices in the ball season run 20-40% above the usual. An Opernball ticket — from 350 euros for entry only, a box from 21,000 euros. Companionship is a separate conversation and a separate budget. If you're planning, write in December; by January the whole premium segment is already booked out.
Where we work
1st district (Innere Stadt) — our main area. The Ring: Kärntner Ring, Schubertring, Opernring, Burgring. All the keystone hotels, the Staatsoper, Musikverein, Konzerthaus, Hofburg, the cafés and restaurants of the historic centre — inside a 15-minute walk.
7th district (Neubau) — the area for intimate evenings, design hotels, a younger format. Spittelberg with its lanes — for a stroll after dinner.
13th district (Hietzing) — Schönbrunn and its surroundings. For a daytime programme with the palace and the park, for dinner at Café Residenz, for clients who want the imperial decoration.
19th district (Döbling) — vineyards, villas, Heuriger taverns in Grinzing and Nussdorf. For summer evenings and for clients who want to see Vienna outside the centre.
Travel: Schönbrunn — within the city, a normal format. Wachau (the wine villages along the Danube, an hour and a half drive) — a "day" or "weekend" format, often with an overnight in Dürnstein or Spitz. Salzburg — a two-hour train or drive, format from 24 hours. Bad Gastein — an Alpine spa, format 2-3 days. Hungary (Budapest, two and a half hours) and Bratislava (an hour) — a separate conversation, agreed several days ahead.
The airport is VIE Schwechat, 20 minutes from the centre by CAT or taxi. Arrival pickups we organise — the model meets in arrivals or in a lounge lobby, then by scenario.
Etiquette and dress code
Vienna is the strictest European capital on dress code, and that isn't a marketing line. At the Opernball — black tailcoat (white tie) is compulsory; in a tuxedo you won't be admitted. At the Wiener Philharmoniker Ball — tailcoat or formal uniform. At the lighter balls — tuxedo (black tie). The model in any case wears a full-length gown; gloves are compulsory at white-tie balls.
Wiener Staatsoper — smart elegant in the evening, business attire is acceptable at daytime matinées. Stalls and boxes ask for more — jacket for the gentleman, dress or elegant suit for the lady. Jeans and trainers — no, even in the gallery.
Musikverein and Konzerthaus — slightly easier than the Staatsoper, but still a suit or an elegant dress. At the Vienna Philharmonic New Year's concert — close to ball-level.
Hotel Sacher and Café Sacher — elegant casual. That doesn't mean "jeans are fine" — it means jacket without tie, a tidy dress. The former imperial hotels (Imperial, Bristol) are a touch stricter, especially in the evening.
Steirereck — two Michelin stars, suit or elegant casual, no sportswear silhouette. Pramerl & the Wolf — contemporary Michelin, slightly easier, but still "as if visiting your partner's parents", not "as if at a bar".
Heuriger in Grinzing and Nussdorf — the only Viennese format where relaxed casual is acceptable. A light dress on the model, shirt without tie on the client — the norm.
Things we say plainly
Meetings under two hours — we don't take. Two hours in Vienna only covers a quick dinner at one restaurant, and no premium-segment model will travel for a slot like that, especially when the dress code is for the Staatsoper or for a Steirereck dinner with a two-hour seating.
Pricing — from $1,200 for two hours in standard format up to $6,000 for two days. Night — $2,500, day (10 hours) — $4,000. Media-tier — from $3,500 for two hours, $5,000 for four. In the ball season prices rise 20-40% above these bases, because the choice narrows and the model's preparation (stylist, full-length gown, waltz rehearsal where needed) takes many times longer.
Sharing model photos with third parties is forbidden. In Vienna this matters especially — the city is small, the diplomatic and financial circles cross densely, and even a single leak can cost a model her career in the premium segment. If a photo gets out, lawyers follow, and we make this clear at the coordination stage.
No haggling after the meeting. Agreed — performed. If on meeting it's clear something went off (model in a different dress, format not what was agreed) — write to the manager that same hour, we'll resolve immediately. After 24 hours the conversation no longer makes sense.
We don't take requests without a specific client — mass events, hostess functions for a large event without a personal booker. We don't work diplomatic functions where official accompaniment status is required — that's outside our zone.
When to write and how long to wait
The APEX manager in Vienna replies on Telegram within the first three minutes, 24/7. Model matching — 30-90 minutes depending on scenario and load. At peak the choice tightens naturally — best to write 1-2 days ahead. In season (ball season (January-February), Festwochen (May-June)) the premium segment tightens significantly — booking 2-3 weeks ahead is required.
How a meeting is organised — step by step
01. Request on Telegram
You write to the manager on Telegram (or WhatsApp): what scenario, what date, any preferences. "Dinner at Steirereck Saturday at eight, German or English needed, no smokers" — that's almost a brief. "I want a good companion for Friday in Vienna" is a reason for four follow-up questions.
The manager replies in the first three minutes at any time of day, usually faster. The Vienna shift runs 24/7 — night hours are an ordinary working slot here, especially Friday and Saturday.
02. Selection and agreement
The manager sends 2-4 profiles fitting your scenario: photos, height, age, languages, distinctive features, experience in the relevant format (ball, opera, diplomatic dinner, weekend in the Wachau). You choose, you clarify the details.
This stage agrees: meeting place, time, duration, the model's dress code (especially important in Vienna), payment method, transfer if needed. If the chosen model is busy — the manager says so straight away, doesn't keep you waiting in vain.
Time from first message to a fully agreed booking — usually 30 to 90 minutes. For ball season with image preparation — up to 2-3 hours in the active phase, and up to several days for agreement on the gown and the waltz rehearsal.
03. Coordination
After confirmation the manager organises everything: the model receives the address, the time and a briefing on the dress code for the specific venue (especially if it's the Staatsoper, Musikverein or one of the balls). If needed — transfer from her point to yours. The client receives confirmation and the model's contact, if direct communication is wanted.
Payment is settled at this stage. In Vienna — cash (euro or USD), bank transfer to a European account, crypto by agreement. Returning clients — flexible terms, deposit arrangements, post-payment.
04. The meeting
The model arrives at the agreed time. Usually 10 to 15 minutes ahead — waiting in the hotel lobby, at a bar, at the agreed point. At a restaurant — meeting at the entrance or at the table. At the opera or a ball — at the central entrance half an hour before curtain, to make the cloakroom and a glass before the overture.
After the meeting the model leaves on her own or by transfer. A short follow-up with the manager isn't required, but we welcome the feedback: what landed precisely, what to adjust. It helps us match more precisely next time.

Meeting scenarios
We hold each scenario separately: the model is matched to the format, not the other way around.
Opernball and the ball season
The headline scenario of the Vienna season — January-February. The Opernball at the Vienna State Opera (end of February), Bal in der Hofburg, Kaffeesiederball, Jägerball, Wiener Philharmoniker Ball, Rudolfina-Redoute. White tie (tailcoat) is compulsory at the Opernball and at the Wiener Philharmoniker; at the others — black tie or a specific dress code (green and Dirndl at the Jägerball). Model — full-length gown, gloves, hair done by a Vienna stylist, impeccable manners in the box and on the dance floor. Selection 2-4 weeks at the very minimum; for the Opernball preferably 2-3 months ahead.
Tip: prices in the ball season run 20-40% above the base; budget for the ticket (from 350 euros for the Opernball, a box from 21,000 euros), tailcoat or tuxedo, gown from a Viennese atelier (4,000 to 10,000 euros), stylist, florist; write in December
Dinner at a Michelin restaurant
Dinner is the most frequent Vienna scenario outside the ball season. Steirereck (two stars) and Pramerl & the Wolf (one star) — our principal addresses for the gastronomic format. The tasting menu at Steirereck — two and a half hours, at Pramerl — about two. We book the table ourselves; we hold direct contacts with the maître d's. Smart elegant dress code is mandatory — without a jacket you won't be seated at Steirereck. Often the format is "restaurant plus hotel" — dinner and a continuation in the room.
Tip: book 4-6 weeks ahead in season; for Steirereck on a Saturday — 2 months; dinner takes a minimum of 3 hours, count it into the slot
An evening at the opera or Musikverein
An evening at the Vienna State Opera or the Musikverein — one of the canonical Vienna scenarios. Stalls or a box at the Staatsoper, the Goldener Saal at the Musikverein, a concert at the Konzerthaus. Often — dinner before the show at Sacher, Imperial or Bristol (all within a 200-metre radius of the opera), the show itself 2-4 hours, a glass at the hotel bar after. Dress code smart elegant in the evening, for premieres a full-length gown and a dark suit. Tickets for marquee productions — 2 to 6 weeks ahead.
Tip: for the opera we choose a model with experience — she knows how to behave at the interval, in the box, at the buffet; for premieres — a full-length gown is mandatory
Weekend in the Wachau
The wine villages along the Danube — Dürnstein, Spitz, Krems. From 24 to 72 hours. A car with driver (or yours), the route through the vineyards with tastings (Knoll, Pichler, Hirtzberger), dinner with a Danube view (Landhaus Bacher, Restaurant Floh, Nikolaihof), an overnight at Schloss Dürnstein or one of the region's boutique hotels. The harvest in September-October is the most beautiful and the most loaded period. Better 5 to 10 days before the trip.
Tip: agreement 3 to 5 days ahead minimum, in the harvest — a week; all costs for car, tastings, hotel and meals — on the client; the model's fee separate
Diplomatic and business dinner
Vienna is the headquarters of OPEC, IAEA, OSCE, and one of Europe's keystone diplomatic capitals. Accompanying a private client at a dinner or reception with diplomatic context — a separate scenario. The model in strict evening dress code, speaking the relevant language (English, German, on request — Arabic or French), understanding the protocol of small talk: neutral subjects, no politics, no personal questions. Often the dinner is a continuation of negotiations, and the model is required to bring tact and precision.
Tip: for a first format like this with us — we agree the details deeper than usual, sometimes brief the model separately on the meeting context; the format is not for an official diplomatic accompaniment status
Heuriger in Grinzing
Heuriger — traditional Austrian wine taverns serving young wine of the latest harvest and simple local food. The main addresses are in Grinzing (Mayer am Pfarrplatz, Bach-Hengl, Reinprecht) and Nussdorf. Season from late spring to deep autumn. The atmosphere is relaxed — the only Viennese format where a light casual is acceptable. 3 to 4 hours, often with a light walk through the vineyards along the Beethoven-Wanderweg.
Tip: best in summer and early autumn, when the tables are set out in the gardens; public transport — tram 38 to Grinzing, easier by taxi
Pricing and formats
Pricing in Vienna: $1200–$6000. Standard tier and media segment. Payment — cash, bank transfer, crypto by agreement.
Etiquette and dress code
Each venue in Vienna holds its own code: central five-star hotels — cocktail or evening attire, premium restaurants — business or evening, cultural events — full-length dress and heel. We don't have to brief this with the client — the model knows.
Confidentiality
Communication only through end-to-end encrypted messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp). Client data held in limited scope, after the meeting — wiped from working chats within 72 hours. Private addresses don't enter our database. GDPR compliance, deletion on request — within 24 hours.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly can a model be matched in Vienna for tonight?
On average 30 to 90 minutes. Weekday afternoon — closer to half an hour. Friday-Saturday evening — closer to 90 minutes. If the scenario is opera, ball, or a two-star Michelin dinner with a dress code — add 30 to 60 minutes for preparation and gown agreement.
Can I book for the Opernball with a week's notice?
Technically — we'll try. Realistically — no. The premium segment for the Opernball gets booked out from October-November, and a week ahead the only options left are usually "by cancellation" from neighbouring European bases. If you're planning the Opernball — write in December, ideally November.
Which hotels does the model enter without questions at reception?
At Hotel Sacher, Imperial, Bristol, Park Hyatt, Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Rosewood — yes, in a "client's guest" format no questions arise at reception, provided everything is done correctly: a cocktail or evening look, an agreed visit time, no luggage. At lesser hotels they may ask for an ID — the model is ready, the passport is always with her.
Do you work after midnight?
Yes, 24/7. The Vienna peak runs to one in the morning, but real meetings continue into the morning. The manager is on through the night, models travel. Morning meetings (before 10:00) are rarer but possible, especially after a late-night event.
What's the dress code at the Wiener Staatsoper?
Smart elegant in the evening — jacket compulsory for the gentleman, dress or elegant suit for the lady. Stalls and boxes are stricter than the gallery. Premieres — full-length gown and dark suit. Jeans, trainers, sportswear — refused. Our models for the opera are picked with this in mind, always.
