January–March is the densest period: guests fly in from Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, land at Novokuznetsk or Kemerovo, then transfer to Sheregesh for 3 to 7 days. Around 30% of our winter regional meetings happen at the resort, not in the city itself.
The summer peak is shorter and tied to corporate dates. The last Sunday of August — Miner's Day, the principal holiday of Kuzbass with festivals, forums and receptions for industry leadership. June — Sabantuy, July–August — the Kuzbass Festival, corporate events of metallurgists at Kuzbass-Arena.
Central Kemerovo — Sovetsky and Leninsky avenues, Kirova Street, Vesennyaya, Sovetov Square, Tom riverside. Premium hotels and restaurants are concentrated here: Olimp-Plaza, Kuzbass Hotel, Laplandia, AZIMUT, Hotel City. The Krasnaya Gorka museum-reserve on the right bank of the Tom — the historic core of the city, the former Shcheglovsk settlement. Sheregesh is a separate cluster of work during the ski season. 350 km to the resort, around 4 hours by car through Novokuznetsk or 1 hour by air via the airport. Sector A with the lifts — the heart of the resort, sector E — spa resorts, Kaskadnaya Street — flagship hotels. Mantra, Wood Park, Coronet, Resort "Gorod" — the principal addresses. Winter 2026/27 — the commissioning of new lifts has expanded the map.
Kemerovo Airport (Alexey Leonov) and Novokuznetsk Airport (Spichenkovo) — two arrival points. Hotel "Aeroport" — for meetings right after a flight or before departure.

The model's winter outerwear is a separate point. A quality down jacket or fur coat, non-slip footwear, gloves, hat. This isn't discussed at every meeting — it is part of the Siberian work standard the model holds for herself.
