Frequently asked questions Mykonos

Real questions from APEX clients in Mykonos: matching, booking, hotels, travel, dress code, payment, confidentiality.

How quickly is a model matched on Mykonos?

30-120 minutes. In May, June and September it is usually 30-60 minutes and the choice is wide. In July and August it can take up to two hours, because the island is full and part of the roster is already committed to specific dates. The manager replies to the message itself within three minutes, at any hour.

When is the season on Mykonos and what happens in winter?

The season runs from May to the end of September, peaking in July and August. From November to March the island is effectively closed: most hotels and all the beach clubs are shut, only a handful of restaurants in Chora stay open, and flights and ferries are thin on the ground. In winter we will work a quiet format — hotel, dinner, a low-key evening — but the island's programme simply does not exist at that time of year, and we say so plainly.

How much does companionship on Mykonos cost?

From €1,500 for 2 hours and €2,000 for 4 hours — standard pricing. The media segment is from €3,500 for 2 hours and €5,000 for 4 hours. A night, twenty-four hours, two days and trips off the island are on request through the manager: on Mykonos those formats depend on the date and the logistics far too much to publish a figure.

Which hotels do you work with?

The core circle is the Belvedere Mykonos and Cavo Tagoo in Chora, Bill & Coo above Megali Ammos bay, Santa Marina in Ornos, Mykonos Blu on Psarou, Kalesma on the Aleomandra hill, and Kenshō. We work at other addresses on the island too — name your hotel and the manager will fill in the details of the arrival. Staff on Mykonos are used to an international clientele, and a correctly handled visit raises no questions at reception.

Is accompaniment to Nammos, Scorpios or SantAnna possible?

Yes, that is our principal daytime format from May to September. Nammos on Psarou is lunch by the water and front-row sunbeds; Scorpios at Paraga is a day that rolls into the sunset set; SantAnna next door is the seawater pool and a daytime programme. The model comes to your table or your sunbeds under the name on the booking. The format usually runs 4-6 hours and often continues with dinner in Chora.

Who books the table and the sunbeds?

We do. Booking the table and the sunbeds is part of the coordination, and the manager handles it through our own contacts. A table at Nammos or Scorpios for an August evening goes weeks ahead rather than a day ahead, and without a reservation made in advance getting in at peak is close to impossible. In May, June and September three to five days is enough.

Can we meet on a yacht?

Yes, that is one of the standing formats from May to September. Yachts lie in the Tourlos marina or at anchor off Ornos, Psarou, Platis Gialos and Panormos, and the model comes to the quay and boards at the crew's invitation. For her safety we fix the name of the vessel, the captain's name and the tender pick-up point in advance. If the boat is going out to sea, the route, the duration and the return transfer are agreed separately.

How far ahead should I plan for July and August?

Two to four weeks is the sweet spot, a week is the minimum. At peak the island is full, free dates are fewer, and bookings at the main clubs and restaurants go well ahead. We will take and work a "tonight" request in August, but the choice will be narrow, and we will tell you that up front rather than after payment.

What is the dress code on the island?

By day at the beach clubs it is designer beachwear: a kaftan dress, flat sandals, a hat. In the evening in Chora it is a dress and smart casual, no jackets and no long formal gowns. The key detail: Chora's paving is polished stone, slippery by nightfall, and stilettos do not work on it. The model comes to an evening in stable shoes, and we cover this in the briefing.

How do I get to Mykonos and how long is the transfer?

JMK airport is four kilometres from Chora, with plenty of direct summer flights from Europe and heavy private-aviation traffic. The ferry from Rafina takes about two and a half hours; from Piraeus it is two and a half to five, depending on the vessel. The drive from the airport into Chora is ten to fifteen minutes, or up to forty at the August evening peak. In a strong meltemi ferries are cancelled, and that is worth building into the plan.

Is a "twenty-four hour" or multi-day format possible?

Yes, and on Mykonos it is the most natural format there is: the beach club from lunch to sunset, dinner in Chora, a bar or a continuation on the yacht. Terms for twenty-four hours, two days and long trips are on request through the manager. All costs on a long format (accommodation, meals, transfers, boats) are on the client; the model's fee is discussed separately.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash — EUR or USD. Bank transfer — through the manager. Cryptocurrency — by agreement (USDT TRC-20 / ERC-20, BTC). For returning clients — post-payment, a season deposit, flexible arrangements. At the July-August peak a deposit is usually required for new bookings.

Is a deposit needed for a first booking?

In the quieter months — a 30-50% deposit the day before the meeting, the balance on the day. For July and August and for long formats — a larger deposit with the date fixed one to two weeks ahead, because a date on this island at peak is worth more than in any other city in the network. Returning clients work without a deposit.

Can we meet at a rented villa?

Yes. Villas at Agios Lazaros, Aleomandra, above Ornos and above Panormos are a frequent scenario, especially for groups taking a house for the week. For a new client we usually suggest the first meeting on neutral ground — a hotel or a restaurant — and after that your own address. The address is not kept on file and is passed only to the specific model for the specific meeting.

What about confidentiality? The island is small.

We understand, and that is exactly why the discipline here is tighter than in a large city. Communication runs only through end-to-end encrypted messengers, client data is held by a single manager, and after the meeting addresses and details are wiped from working chats within 72 hours. The model knows precisely what she needs for the meeting at hand — not the name of your company, and no more about the yacht than is necessary. Nothing goes to third parties, ever.

Do you work with couples?

Yes, there is a separate category of models for the "couple" format. The agreement takes a little longer than usual — the details, the expectations and the roles all matter and are worth talking through beforehand. On Mykonos these requests come in more often than the network average, mostly from the yacht crowd.

Can we take a trip to Santorini, Paros or Athens?

Yes, as a separate "trip" format, on request. The nearer Cyclades — Paros, Naxos, Delos, Rineia — are logically covered by boat or yacht within a day. Santorini is a fast ferry or a flight, usually two or three days. Athens is a forty-minute flight, and our permanent team works there. All costs on a trip are on the client, and planning runs 5-10 days ahead.

What is not part of your format?

Meetings shorter than 2 hours. Mass events without a personal client. Sharing a model's photographs with third parties. Scenarios that put the model's safety at risk. Haggling after the meeting. We do none of it, and we say so at the agreement stage so there are no surprises on the day.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Free of charge — a minimum of 24 hours ahead in May, June and September, and 5-7 days ahead in July and August. Later than that, a compensation share, usually 30-50% of the slot. A cancellation on the day, an hour before the meeting, means half the slot is due. Rescheduling to another date with the same model, if she is free, carries no penalty. One island-specific case: if the meltemi kills a ferry or a flight, we reschedule without penalty — that is force majeure, not a cancellation.

Contact?

Telegram @Apex_concierge — the only official APEX channel. No phone calls and no other messengers apart from WhatsApp on the same number. It is a deliberate position: all details in writing, end-to-end encryption, and for urgent matters a message is faster than a voice call.

Premium companions in Mykonos — APEX Escort

Mykonos is a seasonal point on the APEX map: from May to September we work here daily, and around the clock at the July-August peak. Of the 58 cities in the network it is one of the few islands, and the logic here is its own: the day is built around the beach club, the evening around Chora, the night around the bars and the yachts. The coordination point for the seasonal shift sits in Chora, near Matogianni; the manager replies on Telegram within three minutes, and matching a model takes 30-120 minutes depending on the month. We have worked since 2012, and on Mykonos we work to island time, shifted towards the evening.

The beach clubs of Mykonos as the main daytime stage

The daytime format on Mykonos matters more than the evening one — that is what sets the island apart from any European city in the network. The principal addresses: Nammos on Psarou beach (tables at the water's edge, front-row sunbeds, tender access from the yachts), Scorpios on the Paraga headland (wooden decks, the sunset ritual with a DJ set), SantAnna on the same Paraga (a seawater pool, cabanas, a more club-leaning delivery), Principote at Panormos (white canopies on the sand, long lunches) and Alemagou at Ftelia (the most informal option on the island).

We handle the table and sunbed bookings ourselves, through our own contacts. In August a table at Nammos or Scorpios for the evening goes weeks in advance, and that is the only way to get in on the day you want. In May, June and September three to five days is enough. A separate factor is the meltemi: the northerly wind of July and August makes Panormos and Ftelia uncomfortable, while the southern beaches — Psarou, Paraga, Platis Gialos and Ornos — sit in the lee and carry on as normal.

Hotels in Chora, Ornos and Psarou — where the meetings happen

Our hotel circle divides by geography. Chora and its surroundings: Belvedere Mykonos in the School of Fine Arts district, with the Matsuhisa restaurant on site; Cavo Tagoo on the cliff at the northern entrance; Bill & Coo above Megali Ammos bay, an intimate adults-only format with one of the finest sunsets on the island. From here it is ten to fifteen minutes on foot to the restaurants and bars of Chora, and no car is needed.

Ornos and the south: Santa Marina, a Luxury Collection Resort, with a private beach and its own tender jetty; Kalesma on the Aleomandra hill with a panorama over the bay; Kenshō with properties in Ornos and on Psarou; Mykonos Blu right on Psarou beach, a step from Nammos. This geography works for yacht clients and for anyone whose scenario is built around the daytime beach format: the tender comes to the hotel jetty and there is no need to drive across the island.

Dinner in Chora, the bars and the night programme

The evening on Mykonos starts late. Dinner at ten or eleven: Matsuhisa at the Belvedere, Interni in its garden off Matogianni, Kiku in Chora, the Bill & Coo restaurant with its sunset view, Hippie Fish on Agios Ioannis beach for the daytime and early-evening format. Then the bars, all within five minutes on foot: Astra on Matogianni, running since 1987; Scarpa in Little Venice with the water directly beneath the terrace; Bonbonniere for a club continuation. The far end of the night is Cavo Paradiso, on the cliff above Paradise beach, where the programme closes around dawn.

One practical detail the guidebooks skip: the streets of Chora are paved in polished stone that turns slippery after dark. Stilettos do not work here. A model coming into Chora for the evening arrives in stable shoes — that is part of our standard briefing, on a level with the dress code for the venue.

Yachts, the port of Tourlos and the Cyclades route

Mykonos sits on the Cyclades route, and a noticeable share of our clients arrive here by sea. The larger vessels and the cruise ships are handled by the new port at Tourlos, two kilometres north of Chora, where the yacht marina is as well; the old port in Chora itself works with tenders and small boats. The anchorages are Ornos, Psarou, Platis Gialos and Panormos.

Companionship on the water runs from an evening on board to several days of passage: Delos with its ancient archaeological site under UNESCO protection half an hour away, Rineia for swimming, then Paros, Naxos and Santorini. Planning runs 5-10 days ahead. Before departure we fix the name of the vessel, the captain's name and the tender pick-up point — a standard safety procedure for the model, identical in every port city in the network.

Pricing and formats on Mykonos

The island's pricing is the standard European sheet: 2 hours from €1,500, 4 hours from €2,000. The media segment is a separate pool and separate pricing: 2 hours from €3,500, 4 hours from €5,000. A night, twenty-four hours, two days and trips off Mykonos are on request through the manager: on this island those formats depend on the date, the logistics and the season far too much to publish a fixed figure. The minimum slot is 2 hours, but the real Mykonos format is longer: the club from lunch to sunset, dinner, whatever follows.

Payment — cash (EUR, USD), bank transfer, cryptocurrency by agreement (USDT TRC-20 / ERC-20, BTC). In July and August a deposit fixing the date one to two weeks ahead is usually required for new bookings. For returning clients — post-payment and individual arrangements. All costs on long formats and trips (accommodation, meals, transfers, boats) are on the client.

Seasonality, planning and confidentiality

The Mykonos season runs from May to the end of September. May, June and September: an unhurried rhythm, a wide choice, matching in 30-60 minutes, bookings three to five days out. July and August: the island is full all week, matching takes up to 120 minutes, and planning runs two to four weeks ahead. From November to March the island is effectively closed — a handful of venues in Chora stay open, while most hotels and all the beach clubs are in hibernation. We will work a winter format, but the island's programme does not exist at that time of year, and we say so before payment rather than after.

Confidentiality on a small island is a matter of discipline rather than declarations. Communication runs only through end-to-end encrypted messengers, Telegram and WhatsApp. Client data is held by a single manager. After the meeting, addresses, vessel names and details are wiped from working chats within 72 hours. Passing information to third parties is ruled out. We follow GDPR practice as a requirement of Greek and European law, and deletion on request happens within twenty-four hours.

Client reviews

Returning client for two years. They work in different cities to the same standard — that is especially noticeable now as I move between countries often.

— Alexey S.

Confidentiality at the level of a Swiss bank. All communications on Telegram, nothing by email, nothing by SMS. After the meeting everything is wiped — I checked.

— Viktor N.

Dinner with partners — the format went well, the companion looked the part. One downside: the profile did not flag that the model smokes, I found out on site. Not critical, but I will ask next time.

— Timur K.

Booked a companion for a four-day business trip. Visa, tickets, accommodation — all through my assistant, the model's fee on a separate track. Logistically clean.

— Oleg P.

In three years working with APEX there has not been a single meeting that made me want to switch agencies. That says a lot.

— Alexander V.
