How to reach APEX in Nice
The only official channel is Telegram @Apex_concierge. The manager replies within three minutes, around the clock, including the May festival weeks and August. No calls, no SMS and no e-mail: every detail is recorded in writing, in an end-to-end encrypted messenger.
Time zone and working hours
Nice runs on Europe/Paris — CET in winter, CEST in summer. The manager is available 24/7, but the city's peak hours are 20:00-03:00 and the busiest days run Thursday to Sunday. If you're writing from another time zone, just state the local Nice time you need the meeting for — the manager will do the conversion.
