How to reach APEX in St. Moritz
St. Moritz is a town of planning, and it shows in the correspondence: guests give their arrival dates early, often before the hotel booking is even confirmed. The APEX manager is on Telegram at @Apex_concierge or on WhatsApp at the same number, on a round-the-clock shift, replying within three minutes. In an ordinary week of the season the matching is unhurried: a table at Chesa Veglia or Da Vittorio, an evening at Badrutt's Palace, a daytime trip up Corviglia — all of it settled in one chat within 30-90 minutes. Over the Christmas holidays, at Snow Polo and at White Turf the tempo is different: you need to write a month ahead, or the choice will be narrow. There are no calls — communication runs only through encrypted messengers. There's no need to come to the coordination point on Via dal Bagn: it's a working site, not a reception.
Time zone and working hours

What to put in your first message
The more precise the brief, the faster the match.
