01. Request on Telegram
You write to the manager on Telegram. Scenario, date, time, hotel or resort, preferences. The manager replies within three minutes during operating hours (24/7). Factor in the time zone: GMT+5, two hours ahead of Moscow. "Tonight at ten" from Moscow is already midnight in Tyumen — late for matching at peak.
02. Selection and agreement
Two to four profiles to fit the scenario. Selection usually takes 30-90 minutes; in TNF days — up to two hours, with the choice limited to who's free. We agree on the place, time, dress code, transfer, payment method, special conditions. For a thermal-resort trip we clarify the format (spa and dinner only, or with an overnight).
03. Coordination
Address, time, dress code, transfer, payment. In winter transfer between points is mandatory — we have our own trusted drivers. For Velizhansky Tract (Verkhny Bor, Sosnovy Bor, AvanPost) — transfer always; we don't call a taxi out there.
04. The meeting
The model arrives 10-15 minutes before the agreed time — at the hotel lobby, by the restaurant, at the rendezvous point in the centre. For a thermal resort you go out together from the hotel or meet on site. After the meeting — a brief follow-up with the manager, not required, but the feedback is welcome.
