Frequently asked questions — Ibiza

Real questions from APEX clients in Ibiza: matching, booking, hotels, travel, dress code.

Do you work in Ibiza all year round, or only in season?

All year round, but honestly: the full programme exists from May to October. From November to April the clubs are shut, most beach restaurants are closed and the island lives on its permanent population. We accept and fulfil winter requests — quiet villas, restaurants in Dalt Vila, drives around the island — but there is no club scenario in winter.

When is the best time to come?

June and September are the optimum: the season is in full swing, the crowd is smaller than in August, the water is warm (in September the warmest it gets all year). July and August give you maximum programme and maximum crush. May brings the opening parties and the arrival of the industry. The first half of October is closing parties, and after them the island switches off inside a week.

How fast is a model matched?

30-120 minutes for selection and agreement. In May, June and September — closer to the lower end. In July-August and on the opening and closing weekends — closer to the upper end: there are fewer free windows and each has to be checked. The manager answers the message itself within three minutes.

How far ahead do I need to book for August?

For August — in June, three to four weeks minimum. If you have specific dates and a specific residency at Hï or Ushuaïa, earlier still. We will take a request for "tomorrow" in August, but we will warn you straight away: it is a choice from what is left, not from everything.

How much does it cost?

From €1,500 for 2 hours and €2,000 for 4 hours in the standard segment. Media segment — from €3,500 for 2 hours and from €5,000 for 4 hours. A night, 24 hours, 48 hours and trips beyond the island are on request through the manager.

Why is there no price on the site for a night or 24 hours?

Because in Ibiza those formats vary too much for one figure to be honest. A day at a villa in Sant Josep, a day with a yacht and a crossing to Formentera, and a day over the August closing weekend are three different stories in logistics and load. The manager gives you the terms as soon as the dates and the programme are clear.

Can we meet at a villa?

Yes, and it is the island's main format — most of our clients stay in villas. We need exact coordinates and a contact who meets her: addresses in Ibiza often have no house numbers and satnav will not find them. For a first meeting with a new client we usually suggest a neutral point — a restaurant or a hotel lobby — with the villa as the second step.

And on a yacht?

Yes, from May to October that is a regular format. For the model's safety we fix the vessel's name, the berth (Marina Ibiza, Ibiza Magna, Marina Botafoch) and the captain's name in advance. The format usually runs from four hours; going out to sea with a crossing to Formentera or a stop at Es Vedrà is on request, with the return transfer confirmed as a condition.

Which hotels do you work with?

Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay in Talamanca, Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel and Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza on Playa d'en Bossa, Destino Pacha Ibiza Resort at Cap Martinet, ME Ibiza in Santa Eulària, Six Senses Ibiza in the north at Cala Xarraca, Can Domo on the road to Cala Llonga. On request — other addresses, private residences included.

Can I have company at a club — Hï, Ushuaïa, Pacha?

Yes, that is the most common night scenario. One important detail: entry and the table are booked by you in advance — in July and August getting into Hï or Ushuaïa without a reservation is close to impossible, and we do not solve that for the client. The model arrives at the agreed time at the entrance or straight to the table.

What time does the evening usually start?

Later than you are used to. Dinner in Ibiza is set for 22:00, you leave for the club around one in the morning, and the programme runs until five or six. The daytime format at a beach club runs from 14:00-15:00 until sunset. If you are planning both a day and a night, you need a window of at least an hour and a half between the blocks.

Is a daytime format at a beach club possible?

Yes, and in season it is half of our meetings. Blue Marlin in Cala Jondal, Cala Bassa Beach Club in the west, Nikki Beach in Santa Eulària, Beso Beach on Es Cavallet, Experimental Beach on Cap des Falcó. Sunbeds and a table are booked in advance — in August, several days ahead as a minimum.

How do I get to the island and how long does it take?

Ibiza airport (IBZ) is about ten minutes' drive from Ibiza Town and five from Playa d'en Bossa. In summer it is one of the busiest airports in Europe for private aviation, with a separate business-aviation terminal. From the airport to the north of the island (Portinatx, Cala Xarraca) is around forty-five minutes.

What about a trip to Formentera?

Yes, it is a popular daytime scenario. The ferry from Ibiza port takes around thirty minutes, with sailings every half hour in summer; the alternative is a crossing on your own or a chartered yacht. Any trip beyond the island is on request and is discussed together with the return transfer and the timing.

What payment methods are available?

Euros in cash, bank transfer to details from the manager (SEPA/SWIFT), cryptocurrency — USDT on TRC-20 and ERC-20, BTC. For returning clients, post-payment and a season deposit are possible.

Is a deposit required?

For a first booking — a deposit, usually 30-50%, a day before the meeting, with the balance on meeting. On peak dates (August, the opening and closing weekends) the deposit is larger and comes earlier, because the date is taken off sale. For returning clients a deposit is generally not required.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Free of charge — 24 hours ahead as a minimum in ordinary season weeks, and 7 days ahead on peak dates. Later than that — a compensation share, usually 30-50% of the slot. Moving to another date with the same model carries no penalty if she is free.

What if the model does not match expectations?

Write to the manager in that same hour, not afterwards. Depending on the cause — a replacement, an adjustment to the format, or a partial refund. Cases like this are rare and almost always trace back to an incomplete brief at the matching stage: the more precise the request, the more precise the result.

What about confidentiality? It is a small island.

The island really is small, and in season everyone crosses paths. So: communication only through messengers with end-to-end encryption, client data shared with no one, villa addresses and yacht names wiped from working chats within 72 hours of the meeting. The model knows exactly what is needed for the specific meeting and nothing beyond that.

How do I get in touch?

Telegram @Apex_concierge — the only official APEX channel. No phone calls and no other messengers: all details are recorded in writing, the correspondence is encrypted, and in season, with music playing around you, a message beats a call anyway.
