01. Request on Telegram
You write to the manager on Telegram or WhatsApp: what scenario, what time, any preferences. The more detail upfront, the more precise the match. "Dinner at DiverXO Saturday at ten, guest from London, needs strong English and a feel for the wine list" — that's almost a finished brief. "I want a good companion on Saturday evening" is a reason to clarify three or four more things.
The manager replies within 3 minutes during operating hours (24/7). Night in Madrid is core working time; the shift runs through to morning, there's no "gone to bed" on Telegram.
02. Selection and agreement
The manager sends 2-4 profiles fitting your scenario. Photos, height, age, languages (Spanish / English / Russian / Portuguese — the common ones), specifics for the format. For DiverXO the choice is narrower than for a hotel meeting, because experience of high cuisine and wine literacy is needed. For an opera premiere — a model with a theatrical background.
This stage agrees: place, time, duration, dress code, payment method, transfer, special conditions. If the chosen model is busy — the manager says so straight away, doesn't keep you waiting. Time from request to confirmed booking — 30-90 minutes; at Friday-Saturday peak — up to 120.
03. Coordination
After confirmation the manager organises everything before the meeting: the model receives the address, time and dress-code briefing for the specific venue. Restaurant booking — through us; we hold direct contacts with the maître d's at DiverXO, Coque, Sandó, Lhardy, Botín. Tickets to Teatro Real — through our agent, stalls and boxes. The client gets a confirmation and, if needed, a number to reach the model directly.
Payment is settled at this stage. In Madrid — cash dollars or euros, bank transfer, USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20), occasionally other crypto formats. Returning clients have flexible terms: post-payment, monthly retainer, individual arrangements.
04. The meeting
The model arrives at the agreed time. At the hotel — 10-15 minutes ahead, waiting in the lobby or bar. At DiverXO, Coque or Lhardy — you meet at the door or at the table. At Teatro Real — in the foyer after the first bell. At Las Ventas — half an hour before the start, on Calle de Alcalá by the arena.
After the meeting the model leaves on her own or by transfer (if agreed). A follow-up with the manager isn't required, but we welcome the feedback: what worked, what could be sharper. It helps us match more precisely next time.
