01. Request on Telegram
You write to the manager on Telegram: dates, format, preferences. The more specific the request, the shorter the correspondence. "Saturday, aperitivo on the Piazzetta at seven, dinner at DaV Mare at half past eight, evening on the yacht, we're at anchor in the bay" — that's already a finished brief, and matching starts straight away. "I'd like a companion in Portofino" is a reason to ask five clarifying questions: which dates, where you're staying, whether you're in the village or in Santa Margherita, whether there's a yacht and where it's lying, and whether you want dinner or just the evening.
The manager replies within three minutes, around the clock. On peak August weekends the shift is reinforced, and the reply usually lands in the first minute.
02. Selection and agreement
The manager sends several profiles matched to your scenario: photographs, height, age, experience by format — dinner, yacht, society event, daytime programme. You choose and clarify the details.
Everything else is settled in the same conversation: place and time of the meeting, duration, dress code for the specific restaurant or vessel, payment method, the route in and the route out. Portofino differs from other cities in that the route is discussed seriously: boat, taxi or tender, who meets whom and where, what time the return transfer leaves.
In ordinary weeks agreement takes thirty to sixty minutes. In July and August, and on weekends with events in the region, thirty to a hundred and twenty. If the companion you chose is busy, the manager offers a close alternative immediately, without making you start over.
03. Coordination
After confirmation the manager builds the meeting down to the last detail. The companion receives the exact address, the time, the landmarks and a dress-code briefing for the specific place — the Splendido terrace and a table at O Magazin ask for different things.
The transfer is coordinated separately, because in Portofino it isn't trivial. From Santa Margherita — a taxi along the coast road, or a scheduled boat. To a yacht at anchor — a tender, arranged with the crew: we fix the vessel's name, the name of the captain or chief stewardess and the tender pick-up point in advance. The way back is written down before the meeting begins, not at midnight on the quay.
Payment is closed at this same step: bank transfer, cash in euros or cryptocurrency. For returning clients — post-payment and seasonal arrangements.
04. The meeting
The companion arrives at the agreed time, usually ten to fifteen minutes ahead. At a hotel she waits in the lobby or on the terrace. In the village — at a specific landmark on the Piazzetta or at the restaurant entrance, not "somewhere on the square": the square is small, but in August it's busy. On a yacht — at the quay, or boarding at the crew's invitation.
Afterwards the companion leaves on her own, or by transfer if that's what was agreed. A short note back to the manager isn't required, but it helps: it sharpens the matching next time. None of the details of the meeting stay in the working chats.
