For complex requests — an evening on board with a run out to sea, a society event, a dress code for a specific venue — up to two hours. The overall range for the city is 30-120 minutes.

A different story. For the second half of July, all of August, the days around Ferragosto, the Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta and the Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup we ask for three to four weeks of planning, two at the absolute minimum. We still take "for tonight" requests in August, but we say honestly that the choice will be narrow. Terms for those dates are agreed separately, usually with a deposit and the model fixed.

No, and that is a matter of principle. From late October to April the village is effectively shut: the consortium hotels and Billionaire are closed, the boutiques on Promenade du Port are shuttered, and the Piazzetta is empty in the evening. A request for that period we either move to Milan, Rome or Monaco, or handle as a companion travelling in for specific dates with separate logistics.

The core circle is the Costa Smeralda consortium hotels: Hotel Cala di Volpe (Marriott Luxury Collection), Hotel Romazzino, Hotel Pitrizza and Cervo Hotel on the Piazzetta. Nearby — 7Pines Resort Sardinia and Grand Hotel Poltu Quatu in Baja Sardinia, and the Colonna Pevero Hotel by the Cala di Volpe bay. The staff at these hotels have worked with the same guests for decades; a correctly handled visit raises no questions at reception.

Yes — in Porto Cervo this is one of the main formats, because a large share of guests live on board rather than in a hotel. The model comes to the tender dock in the marina at the agreed time and boards at the crew's invitation. For safety we fix the vessel's name and the captain's name in advance; without that, she does not leave. The format usually runs four to six hours, and if the yacht is going out to sea, the route and the return transfer are discussed separately.

€1,500 for two hours, €2,000 for four — standard segment. Media segment — from €3,500 for two hours and €5,000 for four. These are the same rates that apply across every European city in the network. For August and the regatta weeks, terms are agreed separately.

We take those formats, but we don't publish a price for them — they are agreed with the manager. The reason is simple: in Porto Cervo a long format almost always involves logistics, a boat or a trip out, and there is no universal figure for that. Send the dates and the scenario and the manager will give you the terms in writing.

Olbia Costa Smeralda airport (OLB) is 30-40 minutes from Porto Cervo, longer in summer, and it carries the bulk of the private-aviation traffic. Ferries come in from Civitavecchia and Livorno to Olbia and Golfo Aranci, a crossing of five to eight hours. Your own transfer is arranged on your side; we coordinate the model to be there at the right time. If she is travelling in from another city for your dates, the journey and accommodation are discussed in advance.

The Cala di Volpe Barbecue is the most formal evening setting — a long dress is right. At Spinnaker, Il Pescatore and the terraces by the water it is smart casual: a light dress and a flat sole, because granite and gangways do not forgive stilettos. At Billionaire, put-together and expensive, no carnival. The models who work these formats understand it themselves; nobody needs reminding.

Yes, the daytime format is a regular scenario in season. Nikki Beach Sardinia at Cala Petra Ruja, Phi Beach on the Forte Cappellini headland in Baja Sardinia with its sunset programme, and the beaches at Liscia Ruja and Principe. The format usually runs from midday into the evening, four to six hours, and often rolls into dinner. Tables and loungers in August are booked well ahead — that part sits with you or your hotel concierge.

Yes — these are the two weeks of the year some of our clients come for. The Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta runs in early June, the Maxi Yacht Rolex Cup in the first half of September, both under the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda burgee. The format is dinners on board, receptions at the yacht club and an evening programme around the marina. Agreed three to four weeks ahead, with separate terms for those dates.

Cash — EUR and USD. Bank transfer — SEPA or SWIFT, details from the manager. Cryptocurrency — USDT (TRC-20 or ERC-20) and BTC. Returning clients have post-payment and a season deposit available.

In June and September — a 30-50% deposit the day before the meeting, the balance on the day. For August, Ferragosto and the regatta weeks — a larger deposit, usually 50-100%, with the booking fixed two to four weeks ahead. Returning clients generally aren't asked for a deposit.

Yes. For returning clients, with no further conditions. For new ones we usually suggest neutral ground for the first meeting — a consortium hotel, a restaurant by the marina, an aperitivo on the Piazzetta — and use your address from the second. For a villa rental on Pevero, at Liscia di Vacca or in Porto Rotondo we work from confirmation of the booking; the address is not kept on file and is passed only to the specific model for the specific meeting.

Yes: Porto Rotondo (25 minutes), San Pantaleo (20 minutes), Olbia (30-40 minutes), Palau and La Maddalena by road or by water from the marina. Points further out across Sardinia — Stintino, Alghero, Cagliari — are possible too, but that becomes a full-day format or longer. Every trip is agreed a minimum of a day ahead, on terms arranged with the manager.

Yes, there is a separate category of models for that format. The agreement takes a little longer: the details of the scenario, the expectations and the roles all matter, and they are better talked through in writing beforehand. In Porto Cervo these requests come in more often than the network average — the yachting audience shows.

We understand, and we take it seriously: in Porto Cervo everyone sees everyone, and half the guests know each other. Communication runs only through end-to-end encrypted messengers, client data goes to nobody, and meeting details and addresses are wiped from working chats within 72 hours. The model knows exactly what the current meeting requires and nothing beyond it. Filming on board and in the clubs happens only with your permission.

Write to the manager straight away, that same hour, not after the meeting. Depending on the cause: a replacement, an adjustment to the scenario, or a partial refund. Such cases are rare and almost always trace back to an incomplete brief at the agreement stage. The more precise the request, the more precise the match.

Free of charge — a minimum of 24 hours ahead in an ordinary week of the season, and 7 days ahead for August, Ferragosto and the regatta weeks. Later than that, a compensation share, usually 30-50% of the slot. Cancelling an hour before the meeting means half the slot is due. Moving to another date with the same model, if she is free, carries no penalty.
