Frequently asked questions — Madrid
Real questions from APEX clients in Madrid: matching, booking, hotels, travel, dress code.
How quickly can a model be matched for tonight in Madrid?
On average 30-90 minutes; at the Thursday-Sunday evening peak — closer to 90-120. On a weekday afternoon — 20-40 minutes. If the scenario carries a dress code for a specific venue (DiverXO, Teatro Real, Las Ventas) or a language requirement — add 20-30.
Can I book for Friday-Saturday with two hours' notice?
Yes, it's a working format. But the choice in that moment is narrower than a week out — the most-requested models are already in play. If you want a particular type — write at least a day ahead; that way it's certain. Especially in February for ARCO and in May for San Isidro, when the city is full to capacity.
Which hotels does the model enter without questions at reception?
Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Four Seasons Centro Canalejas, Rosewood Villa Magna, Hotel Wellington, Hotel Único, Bless Hotel, Heritage Madrid — the "client's guest" format is routine. No questions, provided the model arrives in the right dress code, without luggage, at the agreed time. For your specific hotel — ask the manager; he knows the specifics of each reception.
Do you work after 3 a.m.?
Yes, 24/7. In Madrid this is the norm, not the exception — La Movida Madrileña didn't end in the eighties, the night runs until six in the morning. The manager replies, models travel. Morning meetings (before 10:00) happen too, more often for guests on a long flight from Latin America with their body clock thrown off.
Travel beyond Madrid — where do you work?
Toledo, Segovia, El Escorial, Aranjuez — short single-day trips by AVE or by car. Marbella, Ibiza, Costa Brava — weekends, agreed two to three days ahead. Latin American capitals — Mexico City, Bogotá, Buenos Aires — we travel with models if the client has a longer trip in mind, discussed separately. International travel — model's passport and visa, plan one to two weeks ahead.
What about the dress code at DiverXO and other Michelin restaurants?
DiverXO, Coque, Sandó — smart formal or cocktail for the model, shirt and jacket for the guest. Not beach format, not club, not casual. Chef David Muñoz at DiverXO is known to greet guests personally — the public side of the restaurant runs higher than average for the segment, and clothing is read. This point is standard for our models.
Can I request a particular model again?
Yes, that's standard practice. If the model has the requested slot free — we book her. Returning clients in Madrid often work with one or two models; that's normal. If she's busy — we'll suggest a close type, with comparable level and languages.
What languages do the models in Madrid speak?
Spanish — across most of the base (it's the baseline). English — practically everyone, at varying levels. Portuguese (Brazilian and European) — with several models, useful for guests from Brazil and Portugal. Russian — across part of the base. French, Italian, German — selectively. When you ask, specify the language and the level (small talk vs. business).
What payment methods are available?
Cash, euros or dollars — everywhere. Bank transfer through the manager, with the details — standard. Crypto (USDT TRC-20 / ERC-20, BTC) — by agreement, often more convenient for international clients. Returning clients — post-payment, monthly retainer, flexible arrangements.
Is a deposit required for a first booking?
In most cases — a 30-50% deposit a day before the meeting, the balance on meeting. Exact terms are set by the manager depending on the scenario and the amount. For returning clients a deposit usually isn't required. The deposit can be paid by transfer or USDT.
What if the model doesn't match expectations?
Discussed immediately, that same hour, not after the fact. If on meeting it's clear the model arrived in different attire or the format isn't what was agreed — write to the manager. Depending on the cause: refund of part of the fee, replacement of the model, scenario adjustment. Our statistic — cases like this run under 2% and usually trace back to incomplete brief at the coordination stage.
Can we meet at my villa in La Moraleja or on a yacht in Puerto Banús?
Yes. We call it "client's private location". For a first meeting with a new client — we more often suggest one of our proven options (hotel, restaurant). For returning ones — your address is agreed without further discussion. In any case — the address isn't kept on file; it's passed only to the model for the specific meeting. Puerto Banús is already Marbella, a separate logistical format, agreed in advance.
Can I book a model in another city?
Yes, we have 48 cities in the network. If you're going to Barcelona, Lisbon, Paris, London — the manager either picks up our model from the destination city, or arranges a Madrid model to travel with you (transport, accommodation, fee). The second option — from 24 hours and up.
"Weekend" scenario — how is it organised in Madrid?
From 24 hours to 7 days. Within the region — Toledo, Segovia, El Escorial, paradores in the Sierra de Guadarrama mountains. Further afield — Marbella, Ibiza, Costa Brava, the Canaries. The model accompanies you throughout: breakfast, activities, evening. All travel, accommodation and meals — on the client; the model's fee separate, agreed before departure.
Do you have media-tier models in Madrid?
Yes, a separate category with separate pricing — from $3,500 for 2 hours, $5,000 for 4 hours, the rest by agreement. Access to this pool opens after several successful collaborations. We don't put new clients into the media category for first contact.
How are models vetted in Madrid?
Each profile goes through three stages: photo verification, in-person meeting with a manager, trial format (a short meeting, level assessment). We take fewer than one in twenty. We check education, language ability (Spanish — mandatory), conversation on contemporary art (for ARCO), on wines (for Coque and Sandó), manners in formal settings.
Which models are right for Teatro Real and the opera?
A separate part of the base — models with experience of cultural events. They know the repertoire, follow opera at an informed-amateur level, observe the dress code. For premieres — full-length dress, restrained jewellery. Booked five to ten days ahead, rarely for tonight. The Teatro Real season runs September through July, premieres scheduled two to three months out.
Is confidentiality guaranteed?
We keep only what's needed for the current meeting. After the meeting — addresses, details, photos are wiped from working chats within 72 hours. Client data is held only with the manager, access restricted. We follow GDPR (Spain is in the EU, the requirements are strict); deletion on request — within 24 hours. Not shared with third parties.
Can I call by phone instead of texting?
Communication only through messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp). It's a deliberate position: all details should be in writing for accuracy, and end-to-end encrypted messaging is more reliable than ordinary phone lines. For urgent matters messengers respond faster than phone — the manager sees the request within seconds.
How do I cancel or reschedule a meeting?
Free of charge — minimum 12 hours ahead. Later — a compensation share (usually 30% if the model is already en route). On the day of the meeting, cancellation an hour before — payment of half the slot. Rescheduling with the same model on another date — no penalty if she's free.
